Seems like What A Lovely Way To Go and Lovely Way are one and the same.
Brilliant! It's exciting to have a new title and a song we don't know much about
I wonder if it's related to "What A Lonely Way To Go" that Mike names and sings under his breath here at 4.14
So, this is a vocally-finished song being released on a reissue? I’m surprised!

Must be. I wonder if the vocals are from the mid 70's though. Not sure if this track was really seriously considered for Thriller. But exciting none the less. So, this is a vocally-finished song being released on a reissue? I’m surprised!

Scheint, als wären What A Lovely Way To Go und Lovely Way ein und dasselbe.
So were some "new" songs on Bad 25.So, this is a vocally-finished song being released on a reissue? I’m surprised!
Get Around, Who Do You Know, Tomboy...btw, I definitely want a 40th anniversary release of "Bad".
Imagine, Buffalo Bill, Chicago 1945, APOM 1985 mix, etc.
Just for the record, the first two songs were never officially linked to the Bad sessions.Get Around, Who Do You Know, Tomboy...
Guess we'll have to wait and see. Fingers crossed!Just for the record, the first two songs were never officially linked to the Bad sessions.
Make or Break is unfinished but a gem, supposedly. But don't want to go off topic.btw, I definitely want a 40th anniversary release of "Bad".

According to Barnes only. It's possible the song's been further worked on without him.Make or Break is unfinished but a gem, supposedly. But don't want to go off topic.
Got The Hots was not disappointing at all. I can't get that song on any physical media as it stands so I will be happy that I can buy it when THriller 40 releases. This totally makes up for last week’s disappointing track reveal of Got The Hots
No no you can’t deny me this fun.You can just let people be happy with the announcement, you know.
All I know about is Remember This NightI don't think anyone talked about it, but I'd really love to hear the alleged other track(s) from the session with Macca.
I don’t think the actual recording era makes a difference, so long as it was at one point considered for Thriller (which for all we know it was, even if briefly). If we’re sticking strictly to recording dates, “Don’t Be Messin’ ‘Round” shouldn’t be on Bad 25 because it was originally recorded for Thriller.
I’m very happy foremost because it is a song written very early on in his career. We have almost no info or idea how developed he was as a songwriter pre Destiny so it is interesting. As far as I know only “blues away” is available from this time period. Considering Michael used to dig back to old songs for each album I am sure it was once considered for inclusion on both Off the wall and Thriller. The short snippet doesn’t sound like 1975/1976 so it must be a reworked version.
So in terms of how excited I am this is my top 3
1) the toy
2) what a lovely way to go
3) she’s trouble
