Some are still alive.... Although I think there were a couple of singers on the original WATW who didn't like the song if I remembered correctly (one called it a cheesy charity song), so those wouldn't care.

I'll keep Kanye though and some old school singers are on the new one too. (Although people intentionally ignore this.) Miley and Biber(sp?) should go away!

I have this strange feeling that people here wont be happy with what THE KIDS DECIDE TO DO.

You don't know if they can sing or not hell their DAD was Michael f**king Jackson for god sake! Even if they were messing around they were on Point! You need to realize that these kids are defo old enough to make their own choices. It is NOT up to us to make up their minds on anything. We have no say in THEIR life. We are going to have to deal with what ever they decide to do.

If the kids want to be on this song GREAT! Don't rip them apart for wanting to pay tribute to their dad.

Hmmm....Maybe they will sing WITH Michael's parts? :unsure: Might be interesting to hear the harmony between Michael and his kids together, but I hope no one completely removes him. :( Meh...we shall see what comes of all this in a few days I gather. The recording took place today, right?

yeah, the kids are brave to pay tribute to their daddy. i think it's a good way of healing the loss too.

if they want they can do whatever they want, besides those kids are polite and humble.

and they are the Michael Jackson kids.

I am not complaining cuz it's for a good cause.

But I have to notice that just how better everything used to be. The music? I mean, take a look at those artists that recorded the original song - not just Michael. But numerous others. And now? Everything is so... Meh. Whatever. Average.

I have learn my lesson yesterday: wait and see :D
I was so uncomfortable with the idea of the kids in front of the camaras and they were simply awesome and perfect. What I still DON'T like is the idea is using the kids to call everybody's attention, as if they were an attraction. But that is another thing.
Let's wait and see

That's sweet of them but I'm not going to get my hopes up until it's confirmed. It's nice that they want to do this and be involved. Michael would be proud.

Maybe they will sing WITH Michael's voice. That would be pretty cool...

Well I think this is another way for them to pay tribute to their dad in a controlled environment. However I almost hope they are just in the chorus so they won't be dissected in the media.
Mary Hart said Barbara Streisand has a solo. And that there is a rap section (UGGGHH)

No need to be so defensive... I come here in peace...

Anyways, I was in another forum and people are already talking about the kids singing voices. That's why I said I don't want them to sing a verse because you know the whole world is judging them. But I have faith in the kids. If they want to participate, then I'll be happy for them.

Michael surely would have taught them how to sing... Its can also be an inherited trait, it could just come naturally probably to them :)

I agree with you on that. :) Although If they do sing, I hope they won't be judged harshly. But I know it won't happen,
