OK, I'll just repeat this again. I never once said we were invading their privacy. This is what I posted:

1 This thread is about alejandra's batle with the estate.
2 It is a rule of the forum about posting personal things about Michael.
3 That rule applies to his children as well.

Some sites have no problem talking about the children's lives. But it won't happen here. There is no need to scrutinize them at such a young age.

You will notice that you do not see any information about the children here. (What they do, where they go, etc). There are other sites where this is allowed (Of course people will have an interest in them) but it will not be talked about here.

I don't think it is right to talk about something like the pregnancy of Genevieve. She was underage. It was not made public. Ergo, we do not know definitively, as the general viewing public, if she even was in the first place. We can only speculate. And I don't think it's proper here.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Michael Jackson Wanted Brothers' Baby Mama Evicted From Family Compound, Says Jermaine

Michael Jackson wanted the mother of his two brother's children evicted from the family's Encino compound, Jermaine told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Jermaine said the King of Pop told his brothers and sisters, before his shock death: "My mother never said Alejandra could stay at Havenhurst forever!"

He said Michael, who died of lethal levels of the powerful anesthetic propofol at age 50, had explicitly asked the mother-of-four be removed from the home he owned when Jermaine split from her, in 2004.

the above statement from Jermaine and Jackie's previous interview shows me that Jackson's are the ones that wants Alejandra out of the house and making the Estate do the dirty work.

However there's something that doesn't make sense

- Jermaine says that Michael wanted Alejandra out of the house in 2004.
- there's a 2007 letter by Katherine saying that she allowed Alejandra stay at the house by Jermaine's request after 2004.

so does that mean that they didn't care for Michael's request in 2004 and let Alejandra stay at the house?

It was OBVIOUS from the very beginning.

Whoever doubted it was the family behind this eviction request, has colored glasses on.


From the very beginning I knew they were using the estate to do their dirty work...sadly, many clueless fans are blaming the estate for trying to "divide" the family.

Also,, why did he have to go to Radaronline to tell them that MJ wanted AO out? i mean her kids, his kids, Randy's kids will read that mess and probably resent MJ & his kids.

What a mess...why can't they handle their business privately for once?

Is he TRYING to earn money to pay-off his child support? I mean, seriously, what was the point, talking to a RAG like RadarOnline serves no purpose, in my opinion. Other then making Jermaine sound like a "father" who is looking to blame EVERYBODY aside from himself, for his lack of providing financial support for his children.

And why does he have to drag Michael's name into this mess. Shoot, who even knows if what Jermaine is saying is true, i.e. "Michael didn't visit Havenhurst because he didn't like Alejandra."

No offense, but I just don't trust folks when they "all of a sudden" start sharing POSSIBLE quotes from somebody who is no longer here to confirm those quotes.
 
I can totally see Michael not agreeing with her abusive, greedy stay at Hayvenhurst, why is she still there, it's beyond me, maybe she's blackmailing the Jacksons, it's very likely she is, which is beyond cowardly and ungrateful, say what you want about some of them, but what this woman is doing, her obstinacy from refusing to leech off, is nauseating.
 
Once again, Michael was the one took all shit and blame. the Jacksons certainly are afraid of her tell all book, aren't they. Firstly the evil estate wanted the "poor homeless" Alejandra out, now it's Michael. What's wrong with the Jacksons, they cannot even admit they are the ones wanted this woman out. BTW I highly doubt the credibility of Jermaine's words, if Michael hated her to live there, she will be out long time ago? The Jacksons can say whatever they wanted in favor of themselves of course, Michael cannot defend himself anymore.

they surely loved to sell their own business(opz Michael's) to the tabloid. Attention seekers.

that's the alternative isn't it. I didn't want to write it but perhaps Michael never said such a thing, didn't even care who lived there and now this quotes is being made to say "look it's Michael who didn't want it"

The sad thing is that no one has the balls to come out and say "we want her gone". It's always pinned on the Estate or Michael.

started the day all of them found out MJ died leaving those cousins and their respective parents NOTHING.

The resentment started once they found out all the money was going to the kids and charities.

You guys should be praying and hoping that PP&B are in a wonderful, loving environment and that they are having fun with their cousins. But INSTEAD you guys want to plants seeds in your minds and others that there is some kind of animosity and it ISN'T. Mike has had more money than their parents for a long time, and I'm sure they know that their cousins have more money than them and ALWAYS HAVE (also don't exclude the fact that their daddy paid the bills for the house they lived in).. Why are we throwing stone at this woman,Alejandra had gone back to her home country columbia Randy Jackson went there to get back his child and bring her back to the USA to live, he fail to protect her from his shameless womanise brother, we don't know what they might have done to her or her end story, those two have a history with abuseing woman.
I am not saying she is right about everything but we should not throw stone at her,
Plus we only have JJ word MJ wanted her out, for all we know it's just him using MJ name like everyone else. Dead man tell no tale.

I do not think Michael was the one that resented Alexandra and didn't want to come to Encino because of her.

Mike was above their pettiness and little fights... On the contrary Michael was supportive to all his nephews, helping them with fees for school, cloths, and shelter.

Read Margaret Maldonado, Jackson Family Values, She described very well the dysfunctional mechanisms of this family.
In her own words, the only one to trust was Michael. He was the one that payed for everything in that house, and even for the kids schools when his brothers didn't wanna....

As for Alexandra she is responsible of course, but firstly is Jermaine... He got how many kids?? Got rid of how many women in order to move to the next...?

I am also sure that there's more to this story than meets the eye... And if Alexandra is thrown out is because Katherine wants her out, not necessarily the Estate. She might pissed Katherine for some reason... and when Katherine wants somebody out, then is final.






How many kids Alexandra gave birth? Four or five? For some women might be hard having those kids and having a job, is not so easy. Not all of them handle both being mothers and go to work. And years passed by, now it's even harder for her to find work.

Jermain should FIRST FIND JOB, and take care of his many kids with different wives... And also put stop to uncontrollable spending, because he still got money from old albums, various interviews etc

to me Jermaine's talk to radar online shows that -once again- it's the family who doesn't want Alejandra in the house any more. The people (especially on the internet) blamed estate for going to court can hopefully see the light.
 
The bottom line is this: Alejandra has children with two living fathers. She and her children should demand moneys from their fathers not from the Estate that Michael Jackson, (who has passed) set up to take care of his children; because he can no longer be with them. She is using her issues with the dead beat fathers of her children to gain financial advantage. She is trying to get the Court to declare her children legal dependents of Michael Jackson, and
thus, entitled to a share of the money from his Estate for their upkeep, in the same manner as Michael's own children.
Randy Jackson and Jermaine Jackson are both scum for allowing this to happen to their elderly mother and Michael Jackson's children.

Alejandra is scum because for over 20 years she took full monetary advantage of Katherine Jackson an elderly woman, and now she is stabbing her in the back.

Upon the arrival of Michael's children, Alejandra looked at Prince, Paris, and Blanket and saw Big $ signs over their faces. She smiled in their faces, and behind their back called the Paparazzi Photographers, and Tabloid Press and made money off of them by reporting to them their whereabouts at all time. Now she has zoomed in for her BIG FAT PAY OFF:
Money (which she is now getting)
and, soon, she hopes Hayvenhurst and a Big Fat financial monthly stipend.

She wants Hayvenhurst because it is worth a whole lot of money,
much more than the condo she is being offered.
In her court documents she is claiming that her children are "known dependents" of Michael Jackson, and that condo living was not how they are use to living. They are used to living in a mansion, and should continue to live at Hayvenhurst because they are
"dependents of Michael Jackson."

I really hope she has to leave on the 14th and be forced to get support from Jermaine. I hope the estate is firm about who Michael''s dependents are.
