But the interest in the movie has NOT died out, that's why I say it has potential if it keeps going, and can gross more.. little by little, week by week..it can get at the 90's level, i bet you..
How come Japan with only 309 theatres made over 2.5 million over the weekend while about only 1.5 million was made in the US with over a 1000? I think Sony Should leave it only in Japan throughout the christmas holiday.
Not bad at all, at no.8 with $471,255.. Keeps grossing..
This Is It has been officially killed in the USA !
Since wednseday, it has only 500 theaters...It lost 1100 theaters today once again !
No, Paranormal Activity is in an equivalent number of theaters for over a month, and it keeps grossing steadily..
And cumulative gross for Monday and Tuesday for TII was very descent -Monday is a dead day for cinemas-; I insist that there's still interest there to keep it going quietly but steadily..
72 mds...is the final US Mark...
This is it has not dropped to 500 theaters, it's still at 1500 according to box office mojo. It's final number will be higher than 72 million considering it's already at 70.8 million as of Tuesday. I say final number is 75 million
It's already gone from my theaters. Apparently last weekend was it's final week. You can still see it in some theaters in Canada until Thurs Dec 3rd. I just happen to live in a smaller city where the demand is less. I know in big places like Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal you can still see it until the 3rd.
Argh the thread title.........
Yes but it's gonna change at friday
with only 570 theaters, MJ was able to stay in the TOP 10 this wednesday...
I can't understand this decision of the theaters !!! TII works well sundays and during holidays !

not only is twilight missing..but also precious and the men who stare at goats((those 2 movies were always ahead of TTI in the past few days..so this chart seems weird.
BUT if its correct, then MICHAEL is doing spectacular AFTEr 27 days!!
