no prob thats my understanding. im gonna ring tomorrrow to double check as i have a few other issues. still waiting on a confirmation email but ive rung a couple of times and my order is all there. im gonna be worried until the tickets are in my hand lol right im off to bed to distress and be ready for friday. urghhh a few dates at wembley stadium would be so much easier lol

Just to clarify for people buying multiple tickets . . READ

The maximum a household can buy is 6! This is the limit for each address registered

So if you got 4 today, when the general sale begins you can only buy another 2! ANY more than the 6 limit and they will be cancelled

I have been e-mailing and ringing today, and 4 people have told and written to me saying the same thing

dont ring the 02 tho, they dont actually have a clue but give you the impression they do

so if i have 4 tickets from 1 billing address, is the slate wiped clean on friday? can i keep getting six on different shows, with different cards , but all the same billing address? SO SO confusing!

yep the o2 told me this, but also told me that you cannot get any premium tickets in the presale, and that less than 10% of tickets were available to buy in presale.. both of this is rubbish

i wonder if people just try and give a definate answer when they dont actually have a clue. if multiple tickets go through on friday, then can they really cancel them a week later? ie.. if multiple tickets process and you get an email, havent you got away with it?

Thats great thankyou. On the general sale on friday how many more single tickets can i buy?? bearing in mind i have purchased 2 already

Also is it ok to have multiple sales of just single tickets on seperate transactions

Dear Tom

Thank you for your response.

I can confirm that when these tickets are released for general sale on Friday, the ticket limit will be 6 tickets per card, per billing address. Therefore as you have already purchased 2 tickets you are entitled to purchase a further 4 during the general sale.

Please note that if you exceed 6 tickets in total, your booking will be cancelled.

Make sure the card you use is in the business address

For example if the card is in your home address that IS the billing address

Yeah I have used 2 cards already so that nothing is cancelled.. I will be using a different card for the general sale - can we not just change the address on ticketmaster to say.. a work address? If not I can have them put on a mates card to his address..

To put it simply, its 6 tickets per household, no matter how many cards you use or how many people in your house

its so confusing cause people have also said its definitely 6 per show and they checked in phonecalls and emails with supervisors etc lol

IM SOOOOOOO CONFUSED

but... surely theres no harm in trying for more. your original tickets wont get cancelled so you wont actually loose anything?

i know i keep saying it but i really would take what 02 staff say with a pinch of salt. where are the written terms and conditions saying 6 tickets max per household/ billing adress regardlss of seperate cards?

the only thing i see written down on o2 website is 4 tickets per card only ROFL confusing much!

Tickets are getting cancelled as we speak, those rip off merchants on ebay are having their details passed over and the tickets are cancelled. The 02 is very very strict. We may find a lot of people turning up with forgeries or getting refused at the door etc. It is electronic and any tickets cancelled will come up on the system.

Hello, everyone i'm new to this forum. ive been reading this thread since the conference last thursday, and i want to say thank you to everyone who posted information & tips. if i hadn't read this thread i would never have got tickets today. i did though and i have tickets for july 16th in block 110.
i wish everyone luck for friday, and i hope we all manage to get tickets to see our legend

I bought 8 tickets today (for two different shows) with the same creditcard. I had my other creditcard right in front of me but I was so stressed out I couln't focus anymore so I clicked further in panic.

Will the last two be cancelled?

Wait wait wait, hold it.....the tickets are getting cancelled? Am i misunderstanding you or does this mean i DO NOT have tickets anymore to the july 30 show? ( i bought from the presale this morning?)

by the way..i bought 4 tix

but surely both cred cards would have the same billing adress anyway so it didnt matter which you used? none of ths makes sense to me, but if you havent had an email with any cancellation maybe its all ok?

They wont always notify you they have been cancelled! They can do it upto 2 weeks before the show aswell!

So ring and check with them
