I wanna come. goin to be in London anyway as had tickets for the 13th but gonna be on my own so might be kinda weird/daunting approaching a huge group of people on your own.
anyone else gonna b goin alone? please tell me i'm not the only one.

im sure there will be lots on their own... i will be!

dont be scared... everyone will be friendly i'm sure. we all have one big thing in common! :) :punk:

Anyone who is on their own wont be on their own for long, as fans we are a community there to support eachother as one :)

This is going to be amazing...I have mentioned this to few other fans as well so I assume there will be about 10 people coming with me...they might not all go to the club house tho...they'll come later in the evening.

I think it would be a really good idea, if we could ALL bring or arrange some how to have helium balloons with us at the vigil. Bring a marker along and write your messages on the balloons and we can let them go.
It would be a beautiful thing to see a lot of helium balloons and also a great way to show our love for Michael, reminiscent of Michael letting them go ........

as i will only take hand luggage with me to london, i doubt i can bring anything except a marker maybe :(

Hi

I'm new to the community.... but have been a huge MJ fan since I was 8 years old (I am now 32)

My family and I are truly devestated by his untimely death, and we will definitely be at the O2 vigil on the 13th. We live in Kent, and the O2 is about a 20 minute drive for us.

We will be there at about 6pm (my husband has to work but we'll be there as soon as we can). My children have already made Michael some lovely posters, and I will bring some flowers and probably a helium balloon to release for him...

We had concert tickets for 3rd February 2010.... I am so so sad that this will never happen. I feel like my heart is broken. It's wonderful to be a member of this lovely place where we can all continue to share the love of our beautiful boy.

R.I.P dear friend - if you're playing a concert in the clouds, my mum & dad will be in the front row, screaming for me! Until we meet one day...... x x x

I know it sounds strange but the thought of next Monday is helping me a little.
Cant wait to be around real fans.

its not strange at all, thats exactly the way i feel.

first i didnt even want to go to london but now i really look forward to it becuz it will be so special and it will help all of us :)

Has anyone got an idea of just how many people are going to be there next week - I speculate there will be thousands(?) and if the 02 plan on laying on any kind of special event?

I keep harassing 02 and AEG asking if they are doing anything. They have said all times 'keep watching the website'.......so dont know if they will or not. But I will keep sending emails to them.

I love the balloon idea - but could we tell the people on the facebook group about it - so we can have loads of balloons - it would look so great having them all released at the same moment
