Sleep deprivation is a bitch! Too much sleep as well ... it´s a struggle for me as well.I think it’s a destructive circle. I keep myself occupied to keep the dark thoughts away, but in doing so, I never really relax. And also, I’m pretty sure that sleep deprivation leads to more and denser darkness! So, you see, it’s a destructive circle.

Pretty good, but in my experience, people (at least in Sweden) don’t know where to correctly put the emphasis in ‘tinnitus.’how about Tinnitus Agonum?
How about Tritonus Tinnitus? I’m big on alliteration.lol
Tinnitus is more evil than Tritonus. And it sounds much worse. I know from experience
Hi @zinniabooklover *waves*
Tritonus Tinnitus, our tempestuous time traveller, unravels the tangled turbulence in his head and treats us to tantalising, twisty, tall tales full of trepidation, triumph, twilight skies, toasty toasted teacakes, tropical trees and tinkling teacups full of black tea ...How about Tritonus Tinnitus? I’m big on alliteration.
