I am not absolutely certain, but I think John Landis said they decided on a "werecat" look because they wanted the monster to look a bit more attractive than in American Werewolf in London.

I have to research if their even is such a thing in literature as a "werecat" or if they made that up. Which is very creatice, nonetheless.

Browsing through the Radio Times just now (I'm old school, lol) I noticed this programme is coming up in a week's time. Ten part series on mythical creatures. I don't listen to a lot of radio these days but I'm going to try to remember to check this out, try to find out if werecats are going to be one of the creatures they look at.

Did you see the 1996 movie "Sling Blade" with him in it? Michael talked about that movie during his trip to Gary. I watched it and I didn't regret it. I could see why Michael liked it.
