I feel my last shred of hope disappearing with the testimonies today. :( For a short time I was thinking maybe it could be a different dead body, but with members of his personal staff testifying they saw the dead body, and with the children being present.... I feel like how could it be anyone but the real Michael? So maybe the death certificate and the ambulance photo and the autopsy were faked or had inconsistencies... but I still can't explain how a hoax could have been pulled off with all the people who were around on June 25. Sigh.... I miss him so much. :cry:

WOW...I amaze myself still being on this thread after hearing all the very hard testimony I've heard so far! =,( But, here I am...o_O SMH My guess some believers would say that the body was not MJs since it was unrecognizable?! Which I heard them say before!?

Everything is tightening up now with this court hearing. The evidence is so hard to hear. :(

For me personally this takes away any shadow of hope and belief that Michael is alive.
She could NEVER have 'staged' that. This is for real. :(
Hurts so much. I DO however believe that there was definately a conspiracy. Dr CM is the fall guy in this messy horrible scene.

All of this is hard to bare. I was really, really hoping that our baby is alive.
I was living in my dream-land....too afraid to see....:(:(

Unfortunately, I have been reading everything under The Case too. I agree that all this testimony makes it much, much harder to believe that Michael is still alive somewhere, especially for those of us who were always on the fence. :(


Then again, I've still been trying to rationalize the last video posted here. Why is the 911 call coming from the Beverly Hills Hotel? My first question was, why is there a picture of the screen? Is it possible to fake the information (i.e. take a picture of the original call and manipulate where the call is coming from). It doesn't look fake though, so that's got me scratching my head too. I'm not sure what info pops up on 911 calls. Maybe whoever dialed has there home/billing address as the BHH.

I think the trouble has always been with the evidence that is found that it is open to being tampered with.

There is always plauasble excuses for most of the evidence that is found. It is also hard to base facts on media reports as we can see the media gets things wrong all the time.

Still I have found alot of the evidence to be very convincing, like in the last video.

But to think that all the court stuff and reports from now on in is staged (which is where we are at to ''beLIEve'' now)... is really pushing the faith bar toooo far now, I think.

Definitely a resemblance there. But the hands are too small, the nose too big and the legs too short. Also, would Sony be in on it? Then Michael would have cooperated with his own new album I'd think. And he clearly didn't.

Meh. I'm losing my last spark of hope here. The trial is so real, it's scary.

As I was driving to work this morning I was thinking it might be all stories they tell and it's not real I found some really small inconsistencies in the statements but I guess it's wishfull thinking again. I feel so sad when I hear and read what is said in the courtroom it seems genuine.

This route seems to also favor him in a big way, since he seems so clueless and non-credible. A sociopath or just an insane being. Pleading for insanity could be thing he's after. Paramedics did not recognize Michael Jackson when they came into the house.
They saw an very sick, frail, hospice patient.
I mean...how is that possible ?!
We saw how Michael was looking 24.6, didn"t we ?

Hard to believe they wouldn't recognise him. If you believe the hoax, they switched a body for MJ is my only guess.
