The Discussion of MJ's Unreleased Tracks

For HIStorical accuracy I believe to have counted the times I do actually hear the real title and the most important message it contains.

From now on it's a criminal offence to refer to the song by any other other title than WE ARE FOREVER
Seriously? There's photos of Michael's notes where this song is called Best of Joy though... Search up "michael jackson best of joy notes".
Or maybe I'm missing something here, if that's the case I'm sorry.

But don't you dare call "Chicago" Chicago! It's She Was Lovin' Me by Cory Swanson. I mean, the guy who actually wrote it.

Did we establish what era the "new" vocals are from? The fact they are a bit more soft and mumbled might mean they're 2007 onwards?

It all points out to the song being called "Best Of Joy"; from copyright registrations, notes that were written between the early 90's and late 2000's, and people like Michael Prince referring to the song as "Best Of Joy". I don't know what Korg is babbling about there.

My point exactly

The purpose of putting this water... erm, thing out was mainly to get rid of the song's most commonly mistaken title: B... uh, can't remember.

I think it sounds off because all we have to go by is with amateur mixes, I'm sure if Neff-U had mixed the verse into his remix it would've sounded more natural.
Also yeah, aside from one part being slightly mumbled for a few seconds I think it would fit fine if it were mixed in from the multitracks.

I do think they may have left it out because of his slightly different delivery though, even though I wouldn't have made that choice.

Still amazes me how youthful MJ could sound even as he got older.
Agreed! What impresses me also is how he's managing to sing better than he did when he recorded The Toy, and that was when he was 23 and was near the height of his career.
