I still haven't recieved a mail that confirms they have shipped it - BUT on the 2nd of July the money was taken from my account. And normally they take the payment same time as they ship the item.

It is now 8 days since I paid and still have not recieved a mail or the Blu-Ray.

Well I wouldn't worry yet. It says Estimated to 10 days above. " Estimated" It may take longer being over sea's delivery.

No, it is not available here through that website. Hence the question, how else can I get it? I haven't even seen the documentary yet.

You can ask a friend from another country to buy and ship it to you, you can wait for it to appear on eBay

Take a look at your order confirmation. There you will find an order number, which is also a link.

Click on this link an you will get the information if your blu-ray is still shipped, and what the estimated time of delivery is.

I also ordered the blu-ray on July 3rd and when I click on the order-number-link I get the following information:

Shipped on Juli 03, 2013 via UPS Mail Innovations Intl..
Estimated Delivery: Juli 15, 2013 to Juli 29, 2013

So, in the worst case I have to wait until July 29th.....

Shipping is to Germany, which is not so far away from Denmark.

Yes, they can be used on a computer only. You simply drag and drop the SRT file over the media player window after the movie starts playing - for most players it will do the trick.

Nope, no subtitles on the disc(s).

Things like extras or subtitles are not a giant inconvenience to produce...

I got mine. I made a night of it. Spike Lee really did a great job with this documentary. In my opinion, the whole Bad 25 project has been the best posthumous release so far.

My only gripe aside from the MITM bit from Bad 25 was I think it would have been nice if Spike also interviewed Lavelle Smith (backup dancer/choreographer for the Bad Tour). I don't think the dancers for the tour really got any representation in the film
The band members at the very least had their cameos in the APOM segment.

Write as much detail as you can full name address you used to order it. ( check your confirmation email or bank statement for order ID# ect) They may be able to track your order from your name address and email, so use the same email you used to order it with... I recieved the DVD today. I love it. The only thing I didn't like was you could tell some footage was cropped on the top and bottom to make it 16:9 aspect ratio. I think they should have kept that footage at 4:3, the original aspect ratio.

Yeah, but I guess since the majority of the footage was in 4:3, they made a decision to zoom in on the frame to fill the 16:9 space. The only time it really is bothersome is for Man In The Mirror. Everything else isn't so bad.
