Possible witnesses - Information and Discussion

Personally, I've always had the feeling that Janet's interview statements about Michael after his death might possibly come back to haunt her. I hope by some miracle that she is not called to the stand as a defense witness. If she is, Murray's lawyers could have a field day throwing the things she said back in her face. This whole thing is going to get very ugly.

As of what we know now, MJ was not an addict at the time of his death. So no matter how much you want to believe he was, and how you came to your conclusions, it's irrelevant. The talk is not allowed here.

. well said. yet another troll who doesnt have have the ability to read court/medical documents yet thinks they are right cause its what they think happened regardless of what the facts are.

yes he was but one of his lawyers said he wasnt working for mj on june 25th and another one said he was! so based on that the judge allowd him to be subed.his lawyers are obviously as dumb as murrays

I don't think they are gonna call her and I'm not too sure how that will work since she is gonna be on tour and not even in the country. I just wouldn't be surprised who they called and what they use against them though... It will be ugly for sure.

I also just found out that Casey Anthony is gonna be on trial at the same time. Her trial will be in Florida(on the east coast where most news is reported from) it may off set alot of coverage of the MJ case.
Background: in the states this will be a big trial. This ladys daughter Caley went missing and she is on trial for her daughter death and disappearance. 1st the mother tried to say that this lady had her but it turned out not to be true. Her daughter was missing for a month vefore she was reported missing and the ladys stories dont add up. They still haven't found her daughter to this day.
Sorry to get off topic but I found it interesting since it could mean less negative MJ coverage.
 
Janet said that whatever the family knew about Michael, they would find out from Katherine. Katherine was probably getting her info about Michael from an "inside source" around Michael. And during the trial, you will hear about this person and her lies she spread to Katherine and the children, that eventually spread to all of the Jackson family.

.randy was the source for all the druggie crap fed to friedman which included attacks on grace. so hardly something grace would do ie talking crap about herself. and janet kisses randy ass on twitter etc so its pretty obvious who was feeding her crap that she was so quick to believe
 
yes Randy sure was the source for that crap.. He was blaming both Grace and Raymone for keeping MJ away and drugged and both Grace and Raymone denied it.

Janet should be ashamed of herself for believing anything liar and thieving Steven Randall Jackson would say. If she was so concerned and felt this was true why didn't she go and check on Michael instead of relying on what Katherine and Randy said? It shows a lack of concern to me, especially if she felt her brother could die at any minute like she told Oprah. She was acting as if she wasn't surprised or shocked at all that he died abruptly and suddenly. In the beginning she had the attitude of he did it to himself. It was just the nonchalantness and lack of concern she demonstrated.

I said from the very begiinning that the entire family did not act like a loving and grieving family when MJ was pronounced dead. I think I've been proven right and I think a lot of other folks see it too.

There were sworn depositions given against Grace as witness to her actions.. Someone from Michael's family could have given depositions as well, but I'm not sure. The only one I know of so far is from just a friend of Michael's. It should come out in trial.

This is what I was told
"Grace Rwanda is accused and has had depositions sworn against her as complicit in the fact that she had several aliases-picked up opiates for a long time under these aliases and had been drugging MJ - when Michael was commencing the project to launch the project -begin rehearsals etc.. for the 02 shows-& had brought people around the house again affiliated with the project-he was slowly getting back in control of his own daily routines and his meals were served at the dining table with the children by cook-not handled by that freak prior to MJ having his food and drinks separate from the family. He realized the clearer he became-that this maniac was controlling him with these CNS drugs _ ie demerol-morphine-oxycontin etc.. and was livid and FIRED her banning her from the house once and for all! She was crazed and angry and told lies to the media-and Katherine and the children!! People have sworn depositions under oath as witness to these actions she had been taking-as well as cahoots with other shady lowdown scumbags."

This trial won't be pretty...:( :( I'll be completely away from all boards during that time....

Come on, don't generalize. ... I'm sure they all hurt somehow. Jackie, for instance, was also really pained and he speak with love about him genuinely still.

Agreed, enough with the generalization. Just because you don't see them crying in public after Michael's passing doesn't mean they genuinely care for them.

I agree.. As much as I love to come and get info about the trial, I think I'm gonna stay away during the trial.

this is the question I have... I know MJ was doing work with Randy around 2005 & 2006, even IF he was the one who was giving the info to Friedman, where was he getting this info from about the alleged drug use?? I don't think it was from Grace because like you stated, why would she bash herself. Also during this time Randy wasn't staying with MJ or even had personal contact with him, so someone had to be feeding him this.... unless he was making it up (I'm not saying the info/informant is true but I'm just asking a question).

I was watching tmz live the other day (yea I know most don't like tmz, but Harvey has a legal background so I'm sure he has an idea as to how thing work)

He said (in his opinion) no one from the family will be called but MAYBE Katherine and to a lesser Joe. He said the kids would be a lose lose situation so they probably won't be called. He didn't give any info on why he didn't think other relatives would be called though. He also said Katherine would be a difficult witness (which I agree)...

^ Well, as a "lawyer" the best he could have done was to explain why he believed some won't be called instead of talking from the side of his mouth acting like a know it all, without even given good info! lol Just saying!

I am by no means a troll. I love how people generalise a DIFFERENT opinion and immediately think that a) you're a troll or b) you're obviously not a fan.

Oh hey, I don't think that Michael pooped sunshine and rainbows all day long and some doctor just came in and whoopsie-daisy! injected him with a dangerous drug without him knowing! Oh my! How cruel of me not to think that! I must be a TERRIBLE fan! Yadda yadda yadda.

He didn't have to explain or go more into detail... He was asked who he thinks from the family will testify and he touched on those persons and his reasons why. This video isn't exclusively about the trial, it's a q&a video about many topics where people ask for his opinions on subjects. If you want more detail about why, then ask..
 
Okay that's fine! I was saying that because u said he didn't elaborate on his reason why he thinks certain family members won't testify which is typical of Harvey Levin! He never says what he really means or allegedly knows! I also know how TMZ live Q & A works! lol And I wouldn't ask him a thing because I don't care! I just wish he wouldn't say anything when it came to MJ period! He and his show rides MJ coattails to much and exaggerate info to get hits on their website! They can give two Sh!t about MJ, just how much he can make them!

Ill beleive it when i see it as thats the same story that was doing the rounds when mj was in bahrain when randy was selling stories to friedman

Me too. I think I'll browse the headlines and hopefully nothing more. This period resembles way too much the 2005 pre-trial and actual trial days, except Michael's not even here to defend himself.
 
It would be very interesting if Randall got his behind on the stand..

also Cascio's sold their stories to Friedman. I hear that Friedman is "frequent" guest in their restaurants " ilmichelangelo". How true is the story I don't know, but I wouldn't dismiss it. Especially how supportive he was of the Cascio's tracks...

If I was a friend of MJ's and even just as a fan, I wouldn't dream of associating myself with those who tried their hardest to make him out to look guilty even though they knew he wasn't! PERIOD!

True.... N he trips me out when he acts like he doesn't want to reveal stuff.... He rides everyones coattails.. I think MJ, Lindsey Lohan are his top money makers
 
Yeah i believe frank attended friedmans birthday party a few years back it was a wtf moment.same as him hanging around the fake rabbi

first of all the jury questionnaire labels the list as possible witnesses and "people who might be mentioned" so I think they put everyone from the Jacksons on that list to see reactions towards them from the jurors and not necessarily call them as witnesses. Latoya said she won't be a witness that means she didn't receive a subpoena.

As for the kids goes they bring emotion to the mix but yet generally speaking kids aren't that reliable witnesses. They can be more inconsistent than the adults. They can be more easily tricked. No lawyer wants to badger a kid so they wouldn't be used unless absolutely needed.

Similarly mothers are emotional witnesses but rarely seen as credible because they are mothers and they can tend to defend their kids no matter what.
 
Ivy how the hell did you came with so many names... Wow... every time you are one of the first to came with updates news lists of names... really inpressive, and handy for the rest. So thank you for that! I could not came up to 10 in my own.
Is it already known how many witnisses will be heared or can be heared in a case? IS there a max or something?
