I'm in the same boat. 16 aswell, only get significant amounts of money on birthdays and christmas. Collectings pretty good though otherwise all my money would be wasted on excessive amounts of food. With collectors items 1.) they look nice 2.) Some may possibly increse in value
All of your collections are unbelievable! I'm very jealous :cheeky: I'd love to have even half of what a lot of you own! But sadly I'm only 16 years old and I'm currently unemployed so it's very difficult for me to add to my Michael collection. It is growing slowly but surely, lol.

You guys' and your collections :blush: I love them!
My collection consists of:
CD's : I have every single CD of his (special edition and all), I have all of the Jackson 5/ Jacksons records (Thanks Grandma!) from the earliest, EARLIEST days to the Jacksons days. I even have the Thriller, Bad and Off The Wall records. I have this 7" LP of I Just Can't Stop Loving You with Baby Be Mine on the B-Side *puts on the aviator glasses and smiles* I have this golden record that's in a frame with the Thriller album cover inside of it and under it, it says "He wrote his dream on the bathroom mirror and it came true." I have it on the wall above my bed.
Merchandise: Yeah...lol, I also have this holographic picture of Michael and it changes from Thriller to Bad, and then to HIStory hanging on my bedroom wall. I also met this artist who painted a picture of Michael and Elvis together on a car, and she gave me one of her copies (I was like...yasssss!!! Thank you!). I have the Bad 25 special deluxe edition and it reminds me of a suitcase with everything I've ever wanted in there lol. It has the Live At Wembley DVD and CD in it, the Bad 25 album (with the unreleased stuff) and the replica of things from the tour. The program and all y'all! (Hey..that rhymes)I have 120 Michael Jackson pins, two packs of pens that I don't even use to write with, I have 5 t-shirts, the boots with the buckles, the Thriller doll, his book Moonwalk, and Moonwalker on VHS. Oh, and my aunt Tiffany got me this heart necklace from a jewelry store, and when you open it up, it has Michael's picture. She got it engraved with a quote from the letter I gave to him at Forest Lawn. :heart: I also have this big newspaper that has all of Michael's achievements and stuff (it's from Russia, and let me say..that's the first newspaper I've read with all things positive to say about Michael.) I have these tribute magazines too, and my uncle gave me some special edition MJ L.A. Gear shoes from way back when. I don't wear them though. Don't wanna mess them up. And lastly, my back wall is a collage of Michael's pictures, quotes and Peter Pan. ^_^

What is your must precious Michael Jackson memorabilia?
For me it must be the concert ticket from the concert I went on. But otherwise it must be the Orginal Bad Tour book and the special edition of the History Tour book. It was only made in 5000copies :bugeyed

Probably my Opus book too, even though it has some factual mistakes in it. I only ever looked through it once. It's enormous. I almost wish it came in a condensed form, but I'm sure all the stories and pictures can be found on the internet now.

I was lucky with the bottom 2 DVDs, we have a player they work on but I haven't tested them on anything else, sometimes DVDs from America don't play in Australia because of zoning issues. I bought "The Trials Of Michael Jackson" after being made aware of its existence by Dana Gedrick who helped make and was in the DVD. She was on a group I used to have on Facebook about the allegations regarding MJ. It was only a group of about 33 people. Imagine my surprise when someone who'd helped make a documentary about MJ was on my little group!
Fridge magnet. I used to have 2 other but they broke

The one on the far right is a calendar
A bit lacking in the book department but I'm working on it
A friend of my family brought this back from LA for me. It's the only bag I use given that I don't really like carrying bags.
Keyring and wallet. The keyring broke, could very easily have lost it.

Ohhhh lordy...most of my stuff is actually in storage...fun fact, when I was packing it up - I found stuff I TOTALLY forgot I had!
The stuff I collect - I don't really count CDs/DVDs...there are so many overlaps and such. I can always get more...EXCEPT a few rare things.
This weekend, I hope, I will be able to get it all out of storage as I'm emptying my unit and hopefully can spread it out for everyone to see. I know I have a lot! Right now the stuff I have at home is mostly my books and a TON of old clips/posters a friend of mine gave me from the Thriller/Victory tour era...they're so awesome! It's literally a pile from her teenage years - she wanted to give them to someone who would appreciate it I also have Mystery Drink promo stuff. And Dancing the Dream...all sorts of stuff.
I'll come back to show everyone once I get it all home and unpacked!
