I believe a lot of people do that because they see it as an investment; they think the albums and DVDs will be worth a lot more some day.

Just finished cataloging my MJ CD's. In total I have 424 different discs which includes around 25 or so bootlegs - all others are official from around the globe. Next job is to catalogue all my other stuff and get some photos done :)

Does anyone have more than 424?

Wow... 424??. That's a lot of cd's!. How much of them are repeated? does your collection contain differents editions?.

All 424 items are different, although I do have various editions of the same item, ie the same single / album from different parts of the world or different release dates. Basically speaking, if there's something different about the CD, book or artwork then it finds a place in my collection!

Hopefully the photos will explain more once I get around to posting them :)

I'd like to think that it's one of the biggest MJ CD collections in the world...:angel:

Thanks guys for the comments must confess though i have alot more since them pics were taken,its got to a stage now where i need to store stuff at my Gf's LOL.

JoanMJ-Basically i go to alot of record fairs here in the uk and internationally.Ive purchased alot of items that havnte been photographed just yet for example i purchased a couple of DJ Cd's of (ITC studio testers) from Seattle when i visited for a shopping trip they basically contain the offical Instrumental and various test Mixes.I guess its just down to hard work and determination that pays off in the end.

MJJDC- I would love to trade in the future atm its abit awkward with me making a move to canada for good but at some point i would be intrested in trading.Regarding the Promo Cd's I will try and get some photos up of the inlays and Disc ;)

Thanks KOTD, I would really appreciate the photos when you have chance, and at the risk of pushing my luck, could I also get a look at the DJ promo of ITC you mentioned in your most recent post?

Hey good luck with your relocation to Canada - I've just come back from 4 months travelling out there and it's awesome! If you don't mind me asking, which part are you moving to?

Oh one last thing, if shifting all those CD's to Canada becomes too much of a logistical nightmare, I might be able to lighten the load in exchange for cold hard cash hehe ;)

I have two big boxes of Michael Jackson stuff. The first box is all his albums solo all the way back to jackson 5. And the other box include Magazines , posters,vintage things , t-shirts. It's alot it's probably going to grow more lol

wow, impressive collections you guys! I've never been a collector myself, but I have few things here and there..
this is one thing I treasure the most. a vinyl from 80's printed in my country once called Yugoslavia :D it's framed in my room along with a few paitings of Michael I did and framed.



and my room was all over with these in the 90's. I still keep them and I have some more posters and pics somewhere..
