I was asking what he was convicted of in a court of law. Not what people consider he "got away with". I would have thought as Mj fans we would be above that sort of thing all things considered.

He just beat the life out of his mistress/wife whatever Stevanna's mother was to him, while she was pregnant with his seed. But it was nothing too severe, every decent husband/boyfriend beats the life out of their pregnant wives/girlfriends, it's totally common, he just ended up in jail/psychiatric ward for doing so.

Then there was the well documented Gina Spargue incident where Steven along with Katherine and Janet beat the shit out of her like true goons, just because Joseph wasn't able to keep it in his pants.

He was also convicted of fraud and fraudulent behavior more than once, but apart from all this, he is a good boy.

Ortega’s testimony was not that of an expert. He is a layperson giving his opinion. He did not deserve some of the questions both lawyers inquired of him. However, he replied to the best of his ability to questions that did not include full disclosure and/or context that the jurors have. A reminder: he was the plaintiff’s witness. If or when recalled, he will be the defense’s witness.

AEG had control over Murray not Michael. You know you really have summary up this case in your post. In the bold parts.

Now it will be up to the jury to make a descion on this don't know which way their will go just have to wait and see.

And i agree with you the different is AEG had a relationship with Murray and Klien didn't.

Thank you. I do not feel this case is complicated. I feel issues may be overlooked, maybe even over exaggerated because it is Michael and his circumstances are extraordinary compared to others. I do not know which way the jurors are leaning. There are many witnesses still to testify and now rebuttal witnesses. As the judge said: “it is what it is.” However, the trial will end at some point in time.

I do find it interesting that the doctor’s contract is consistently compared to other tour employees considered independent contractors who were not responsible for Michael’s health as opposed to Klein who was clearly paid with an advance.

you might want to tell this to T-Mez because apparently he disagrees with you. everyone might want to listen to first few minutes T-Mez talking about Randy wanting all of these to be investigated.

Katherine on the other hand testified that she did not discuss this case with her kids before she filed it. So if the kids did not know anything before she filed it, how can they meet the lawyers before she did? How can Randy ask for lawyer recommendations if he did not know anything before Katherine filed the lawsuit?

This is not the first time that T-Mez have said Randy approached him about the lawsuit and he recommended Panish to him.

When I first saw T-Mez jumping into the ring regarding this lawsuit, I figured he was doing Randy Jackson's bidding. Just my personal opinion, nothing more.

To me personally Randy's involvement was obvious. He tweeted about the lawsuit extensively (and before it was filed) which I saw about acknowledging his involvement. T-Mez (either at a fan interview or TMZ) mentioned he recommended Panish to Randy. This time around he's providing a lot more detail about how Randy was suspicious, wanted this to be investigated, asked for lawyer recommendations, selected a lawyer and later introduced Katherine to the lawyer.

Katherine on the stand claimed she never discussed it with any of her kids and her grandkids and she brought this lawsuit on her own. I don't get it. She didn't need to lie. she could have said "I was suspicious, wanted to find out more, discussed it with some of my kids, searched for lawyers together and then I brought the lawsuit on my and MJ's kids behalf." It would have been an perfectly acceptable explanation.

If they asked Randy during his deposition and if he acknowledged his involvement , AEG would impeach Katherine.

I brought it up b/c this is often effective for intractable medical problems, including pain, and you don't necessarily have to smoke it.

Hashish and marijuana are used against pain in alternative medicine since about 10 or 15 Years.
A friend of me smoked it in her last stadium in leukaemia for her pain (she was a strikt non-smoker all the times before) because she doesn't want opiats. After smoke she was relaxed and the pain was less then before.

I write this because I think Michael was it too trying sometime (think at Latoya's finding!) und for me it was always clear maybe Michael used it for his pain.
But for some fans was the imagine about smoking (or alcohol) & Michael a great-great no go and so I have never write my opinion.
I never have understand this indignation.....

I think they applauded because Ortega wasn't calling Michael a drug addict, with slurred speech. When he gave MJ suggestions MJ would smile and say OKAY, IN A VERY LOVING WAY.

I'm late because I'm working 12 hr. days since my new job started July 1st but I just want to say I think they applauded because they saw Kenny’s integrity, his respect for MJ and his complete impartiality in this pathetic lawsuit. It must have been very refreshing for them after wading through all the manipulative, self-serving BS they have endured the past few weeks. I applaud Kenny O and love him for sincerely caring about Michael Jackson and what was good for HIM. Well done Kenny!

I can't say I'm surprised by this latest news regarding Randy testifying in person. I mean, it was like pulling teeth just to get him to sit down for his deposition.

But these were the three talking about interventions and denials and how they crashed the gates to save MJ.. Yet they don't want to testify to get to the truth? WTF?? I just can't anymore with this family. RIP MJ!! I now see what you had to deal with all of your life. Considering the kind of phuckery he had to deal with, from every angle, my respect for him has only increased. I always imagined him having to deal with a lot but with everything that came to light after his death, it is just way too much for a single person to handle. He was very strong, he doesn't get enough credit for his strength IMO. I would have never been able to deal with all the ****ery for as long as he did, when Michael said he had rhinoceros skin he really meant it in the literal sense.

Michael lived in the rented house for a very short time. Latoya found rotted pot in the back of a cupboard in the kitchen and gave it to the detectives as heroin when they were thinking Micheal died due to drugs (not prof). So how does this rotted pot indicate Michael took it? Dry pot does not rot in such a short time. That is not to say Michael did not use weed, but that Latoya story does not prove anything.

So Randy is afraid, who here is surprised. He is a coward. What I see happening is that these grown men and women got their mother in a big mess with this case and are now leaving her behind to hold the bag and basically sink with the ship. You have to love these people. She is left alone, so that if everything fails, it looks as though she got into this mess all by herself. They are doing the same thing to her that they did with Michael, when they connected his name to a list of strange deals and then went on their merry way while Michael is left to pay for the damages. The result was that Michael was the one that always got the bad name.

No doctor would have done the 17 deviations from standard of care combined which caused MJ's death. Like Schaffer said eventhough propofol is not a sleep aid it's a great drug and safe if administered by a specialist .

That's probably true, but we don't know that for sure. Michael wanted someone to administer propofol and if it wasn't Murray, it would have been someone else. Administering propofol is risky outside a hospital setting, even for an anesthesiologist, like Dr. Ratner, who successfully, miraculously administered it to Michael without incident. But, the point is--Michael controlled what doctor was selected and for what purpose. If AEG knew that Michael wanted a doc to give him propofol to sleep, they would NEVER have agreed to any association with that, nor would the insurance company, obviously.

Haaaa Oh my goodness. You guys should hear me laughing loud in my home. Is this guy crazy or what? He must have heard me call him a coward, or maybe some fans tweeted him some names. Now he peeks out and act as though he wants to testify and AEG will not allow him. OK Randy I am waiting for you. Time to gather up all his tweets to show he knew about this case although Katherine claims otherwise. Let me hear how he is going to "be" there for his brother as he claims he wants to do. I want to hear what kind of evidence Randy constitutes "being" there for his brother.

Aqarious AEG can use information from the video to question him. They did something similar when they asked Kai if she knew Paris had a birthday party, and they stated where it was held and on what day. Remember Kai had said the day before that Paris did not celebrate her birthday after 09.
