A lawyer for Michael Jackson's estate gave an entertainment industry consultant permission to help AEG Live in its defense of the wrongful death lawsuit filed by the pop singer's mother, the expert testified.
The revelation was a surprise to Katherine Jackson, who was sitting in court Tuesday listening to the expert testify that he believed her son would not have earned any money even if he had not died of a propofol overdose.
Briggs, however, previously consulted for the Jackson estate in determining a value of it's biggest asset -- the Sony-ATV music catalog that includes the Beatles songs. He testified that before he signed a contract to serve as an expert in AEG Live's defense he sought and gained permission from the Jackson estate lawyer Jeryll Cohen to waive any potential conflict of interest.
"She (Cohen) was well aware of everything that was going on," Briggs testified.

AD made it sound like estate did it behind KJ's back, and theyallowed Briggs to testify because they want to help AEG:smilerolleyes:

So now we can assume RP didn't know drugs, he didn't know about MJ sleep problem, and he didn't know about propofol.

I don't know what the Jacksons got but the other chef thought he walked slow & talked slow- he probably had come from Klein. And the oxygen tanks gave him pause. If I had seen oxygen tanks, it would make me worry & wonder. I can't say I would trust Kai or the nanny.
 
Michael was already beautiful and Klein didn't need to be injected him with anything.. One of those idiots made MJ's cleft much bigger than it was when he first got it in 1987.. whose bright idea was that? Klein told the media after MJ died, he was 'rebuilding' MJ's face/nose from the botched surgeries he blamed on Hoefflin of course. They both treated MJ like a damn science experiment.

I doubt she would have seen them - it sounded like things were cleaned up every day & garbage was even in Murray's bags.
 
I am skeptical about Michael Amir and Faheem Muhammed. They both knew something was wrong too because they were around MJ and they did nothing either. When Mike was hot and cold they called Cherilyn Lee and she said take him to emergency now allegedly that is what the bodyguard should've done.

Shake my head that is ashame no respect for MJ. That why MJ Kept far away from his family and that is sad to see.

Many people with breathing problems have oxygen tanks at home and check this out:

RP was alerted about MJ being loopy(or something similar) after coming from Klein.
Does anyone remeber when Dileo sent the mail to CM to do bloodwork to see what was going on.
I was wondering if it was about the time when CM stopped giving stuff to MJ?

It wasn`t a E-Mail. It was a voicemail on Murrays phone on June20th.

That the way i am seeing it. Bodyguards should've have done that.
If their were worry about the media there was a way to get Michael into the hospital am sure. without anybody know aleast their woulld have know what was going on with Michael that day.

Maybe Michael didn't see what we saw when he looked in the mirror?
I can certainly understand his issue with his self-image, after being mercilessly mocked for his looks by his father and siblings, maybe he saw what they told him.

I asked nearly the same question. Didn't she see the pill bottles on the bedside table when she watched telly there with Trent and MJ? She testified she went there unannounced, so noone had time to clean them away, so I would think she would have seen them.

About bodyguards not taking MJ to hospital. What if MJ told them he doesn't want go, what if MJ told them he is ok?

RP noticed him being loopy first part of June & asked Michael Amir about it. Dileo sent email June 19 or 20. CM stopped giving propofol June 22, 23 & just 50 mg on the morning of the 25 according to him. So yes.
 
This is how dermatologists make there money. Got wrinkles no problem. Dry lips no problem. Sweat a lot no problem. I just wish Michael was seeing any doctor but Klein. He and Hoefflin were beefing like girls after Michael died they both had things to be nervous about. Klein and that to the best of my knowledge jazz spending lawyers to hearing him trying to deflect and not doing a very good job. Now you can't hide

I asked nearly the same question. Didn't she see the pill bottles on the bedside table when she watched telly there with Trent and MJ? She testified she went there unannounced, so noone had time to clean them away, so I would think she would have seen them.

Pill bottles - impossible to know if they were there & even if they were, I would not think about that, lots of us have meds - so to me that would be a non-issue.

I don't know much about medical stuff, but couldn't Klein use that Emla crem to numb the skin so he didn't need to use any drugs? I know from Dr Treacy that MJ had very sensitive area around the nose, thus perhaps there was a need for something stonger for that area, but if he was getting something other place than around the nose, could he not use that cream for it?
That time when Emla cream was used,was it Klein's partner who was taking care of MJ that time, and used Emla for numbing?

I was wondering that as KJ testified she never saw MJ on drugs or anything, and she went to see MJ at his home without calling beforehand, went his bedroom watch telly. If she didn't call before hand to warn MJ she is coming, as she testified, he wouldn't have had time to clean away his medicines from bedside table, so those pill bottles should have been there (not necessary the same bottles as in photo but at least some).
She knew of MJ's past addiction, I find it unbelievable that she did not set her eyes on the table, nor did she go to bathroom to have a look at medicine cabinet. (I know, I do that:)

He could have said that to them but why have bodyguard tell her one side of my body is hot and the other side is cold.
She was going to say go to the hosptial she felt something wrong. IMO Michael should have went to the hosptial but it wasn't bodyguard call either and you right he might of said am okay.
 
Maybe KJ did see something on the table and didn't say anything.

I was reading the article that was in Bubs post about the oxgen tank at home i was wonder where that was was that in CM room?

I have seen the photos. I only see 3 all lined up, not sure about what is in the basket. Cannot tell if they were there when Katherine was there because people do put stuff away.

To me the butcher's knife is way odd & rather dangerous with small children like Blanket but that most likely would not have been there when Katherine was there.

I do not go thru peoples medicine cabinets. IF I had a child who had problems in the past, even grown, I would check occasionally, especially if I saw some behavior.

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, so if she checked the one that CM was administering meds, there would be none there. In the other bathroom there was some but did not seem unreasonable but maybe you disagree? We also have Fleak's odd testimony.
 
Michael was beautiful he was one of God creation he didn't have to do anything to his body.

He was handsome in the 80's
 
The crazy behavior from both Klein and Hoefflin after MJ died was insane. They both showed their guilt after he died. Talking and talking and blaming one another and deflecting attention away from the real issues. They both started talking about conspiracies and people coming after them and Hoefflin even claimed Katherine hired him to find out the truth about MJ's death. The fact that these two men were doing anything to MJ makes me sick to my stomach, because they both acted insane
 
That knife gave me chills, made me think of poor Paris, I know the two aren't related, it's just all so sad.
