Exactly. Just because people are talking about it doesn't mean its going to sell. On another forum a fan stated that they watched the album go from #17 to #47 on Amazon within a couple of days. I don't believe that all publicity is good publicity. I'm sure people will be posting the tracks on YouTube too. I believe that some people will be cautious and try to listen to the tracks before purchasing the album.

This statement doesn´t change a thing to me. I still believe that "Breaking News" has a lot of potential, it is catchy, but everytime I listen to this song I can´t hear Michael Jackson as the leading voice. I can identify his voice a few times in the background. Otherwise, this is somebody else singing this song.

In my opinion, there is no way in H*** that Michael is singing on this track. I'm so very dissapointed in the MJ Estate for playing along with this game. And I must say, without having the intention of belittling anyone, I'm quite dissapointed in the fans who eat up this story and settle with the notion that it probably must be Michael then.

Even if Michael had throat cancer and he recorded onto a crappy labtop mike, his vocals would sound nothing like this. I'm sure alot of you agree with me.

All you have to do is ask yourself, if you have ever, on a genuine Michael track, ever once questioned whether or not the vocal is Michael or not. His vocal is so distinct that when he DOES sing, we the fans are never ever in doubt. Particularly with a clear leadvocal like the one in question.

I very much hope that Sony will admit to having been mislead by Eddie Cascio. The tracks that Cascio produced belong nowhere near a Michael Jackson release.

Should Sony choose to pull these tracks, we can genuinely look forward to a spectacular release!!

well, were sorry that michael doesnt soung like on thriller album!!!!!! its recorded in 2007 !!!!!!!!!!! Live with it and face it!!!!! and be happy for what youre getting!! you cant hear Michael because you dont want to hear him, and maybe you are disapointed because you dont like the song so you dont admit its him!!!

Thanks Howard, I must say I had my concerns over this song, but I've come to the conclusion that it must be Michael and that Sony have done everything they can to confirm that it is indeed Michael Jackson.

Obviously the very fact they even had to bring in all these people to try and prove whether it is or isn't MJ shows there were serious doubts from the beginning if it was really MJ or not.

And now they are releasing alternate versions of "BN" that are sounding better then the first. And then they say it's 100% MJ, then they say there's someone else also singing.

And what version of vocals did all these producers and engineers hear?

So what is going on? There are red flags everywhere.

When you hear MJ's voice you know instantly it's him on all his other songs yet on "BN" it sounds fake right from the start. It sounds 90% fake and 10% MJ.

So the point is, there were serious doubts as to the veracity of the vocals and song right from the start so it should NOT be released as a MJ song.

If they want to release it, just release the raw demo and let us know it might or might not be MJ in the demo. But don't say this is 100% MJ song when obviously it's not!

I must say respectfully, that it is "fake" in the sense that there is too LITTLE of Michael in the song. The impersonator carries that song and that should not be the case. The quality of the voice is not MJ level. To me, therefore, even though I hear a little MJ in this, the song overall is fake, and really I do not feel stupid at all, but very proud of my integrity. No offense to you of course, and I am not dismissing the value of what you say.

2) I think Bruce is in studio right now, he might not have heard about the so called statement yet. Bruce doesn't read fan websites/forums.

Cory Rooney Bruce is not the type to get involved with this kind of stuff. If that statement was made by the estate, it was lawyers and managers and not the Jackson family.

Remember the Access Hollywood interview MJ did with Will.I.am in 2006?

Those beats sounded AMAZING. I know Will used one of the ones we heard in his song 'Fly Girl'.

I would really love it if they could take the questionable songs off and replace them with 3 Will.I.Am songs! They would be amazing! I remember hearing they were like Off The Wall style songs but with a modern twist.

Sony please replace the Cascio tracks with the Will.I.Am tracks and i'll forget this whole little 'episode' ever took place.

I like the song, but I can't admit it's him because my mind and feelings tell me it's not him. please, respect our opinion too
and about Michael not sounding like on Thriller - again, we've heard Michael singing live in 2009 and he sounded perfect as always, his voice didn't change, but what I hear on BN is completely different

Heck, if they took off BN and the rest of the Cascio tracks and replaced it with random Interviews of Michael's through out the years I would be happy. There's too much doubt in these Cascio tracks, WAY to much Doubt, I don't care what the % of Vocals is Michael's, I don't think it's proper to include them.

This is so difficult because this song is really catchy. I love the beat. But I'm still hearing the same guy doing lead vocals and it's not Mike. I'm sorry...just being honest with myself and all of you.

it is different. in the monday version you could tell when Michael was replaced by __________ whoever. But now you can hear him clear through the song.
