Official MTV Video Awards Thread [Janet Jackson, Trailer, Spoliers Here]

Was that stunt by Kanye not staged? I would not be surprised ....Kanye made more stunts right? Or was it not staged when during a certain award show he crashed onstage and said he should have won?
 
I agree. Taylor Swift is just a baby, she just got into the music business, at least the big scene... What Kanye did to her was disgusting. This was her first award, she was so happy. There was no need to sabotage it by jumping on stage like that!!! Taylor looked like she was about to cry.. or walk off stage.. or just stay there.. She looked so lost.

Kanye, it was funny the first time, now it was pure bullshit. What the hell is wrong with this man, you just dont do such thing!!!!

I can't believe he cut off Taylor Swift in the middle of her speech as she was accepting her award. He grabbed her microphone and said "Beyonce had the best video..." or something like that.....sure Beyonce' is amazing but you DONT cut off someone while they're giving a speech.

She's a country singer and this is her first VMAs..! ugh....Taylor you deserve more respect.
 
I saw an MTV person talking to Beyonce in the stands shaking his heads etc no way that was staged. not a fan of taylor in particular but there's no reason to be so selfish and rude and it totally killed the great vibes after janet and the tribute :(
 
madonnas speech was one of the greatest ones on MJ I've heard. I have always loved Madonna and respected her but today it just rose really... amazing speech.

again janet rocked it. wished it was longer but she did more than i could ask for
 
It's seems we only need Michael tonight. I used to care about American pop music but after MJ passed away I lost my interest. I only love Michael.....
There are some good singers and dancers outthere but no one can compete with King of Pop

Madonna's speech and Janet were great but the fucking jerk just ruined the whole show for me - I don't even care to continue watching to see mj's clip.
