I just found this in other forum:
December 23 UPDATE from PRESIDENT of OPUS - PLEASE READ
Dear Michael Jackson Fans:
Once again I want to address the concerns of all the Michael Jackson fans who purchased the Michael Jackson OPUS either through Ticketmaster or another source. These are the Facts and not rumors or hearsay.
1: Ticketmaster bears NO responsibility whatever for the delivery of the purchased OPUS. They acted as our on line seller and gave their customers the best possible price. After the price changed on October 28th we still gave Ticketmaster the best price. We heard no complaints from anyone when we extended our low price offer by thirty days past what we originally said.
2: After Michael passed there were dozens of publications purchased by millions of Michael's fans. These publications did not honor Michael but rather used old press clippings and photos seen hundreds of times. They did not contribute one cent to the estate which benefits Michael's mother and his three children.
3: We called ourselves the Official Michael Jackson Opus because we made a generous deal with the estate and also had every word and picture checked by people who were involved personally with Michael for years.
4: Every word written in our OPUS is original and never seen before. It is an accurate look at who Michael was and covered all the various aspects of his life. The interviews were with people who knew Michael well and told personal stories about Michael.
5: 80% of the photos were never seen before and having read what fans who have received their OPUS have to say most mention the uniqueness of the content.
6: Delivery: Everyone in the US has received their OPUS as promised. There will be a handful who might not have due to a wrong address, lack of phone number, snowed in in remote localities. FedEx has worked overtime to make this happen. I say this because in Los Angeles, New York, and Vancouver customs held up the shipments to x ray them. There is nobody on earth can make them go any faster after 9/11. Again FedEx and their reputation helped.
As most of you know there has been terrible snow storms throughout the country and yet the OPUS' were delivered.
The UK had additional problems. The boat was four days late arriving from China due to the weather and once again Customs held up one container for four days and one for nine days. Now we are faced with terrible weather conditions in UK with the airport FedEx uses closed for two days. This will make the rest of Europe a little late. We expect Europe to receive their OPUS' by the 28th of December. This date is predicated upon current conditions and is not a guarantee but rather our goal.
Australia and New Zealand will most likely not receive theirs until January 4th because of the timing of ships leaving China.
Our UK office has had people answering phones 20 hours per day to help explain to people what is happening.
Please do not call Ticketmaster instead call OPUS or e mail us. We are the responsible party. We take our promises very seriously but at the end of the day we cannot control weather or customs officials.
FedEx is going to send out an e mail to the fans explaining again what i have said. They are not at fault either. They have kept their people at overtime at great cost to their company to make this happen.
OPUS, FedEx, and Ticketmaster are made up of hard working people who care about what they do for a living and feel badly when there are problems. These are not faceless corporations but working people with children who care about not disappointing people for Christmas. We always intended to send one glove in keeping with the spirit of Michael. Our other publications come with two gloves and we wanted this to be special.
We will be sending out augmented reality cards to those who request them after the first of the year. It is the least important thing to focus on. The important thing is that the OPUS is a work of art and and will last for a very long time, (certainly longer than me) and will give you the best memories of Michael's life. It will help secure the future of his children.
Jermaine said the family including his mother think this is the best possible tribute to Michael and that had he been alive he would have loved it. Paula Abdul thanked us for including her as did Mike Tyson, Nate Giorgio, and many of the other contributors. Paris Match is doing one of the largest spreads in their history. The Los Angeles Times did two large stories within three days of each other. This will help keep his legacy alive and showcase only the positive same as the OPUS.
We will be printing quotes from our contributors over the next few weeks after the holidays.
Lastly: We have no deal with Barnes and Noble and they have no right to sell the OPUS at less then the $249.99 price. They can advertise all they want but they have no OPUS' and will not receive any due to their actions. We had intended doing business with them but will not do so due to their actions.
If people want to purchase an MJ OPUS they can do so through Ticketmaster, OPUS Media, Sonymusic.com and select retail establishments. We will be adding Amazon and others but no one can undercut our minimum retail price.
I hope that once you receive your OPUS you will see we kept our promise to you the fans and to the memory of the greatest entertainer of our generation.

END OF THE INFO
My comment: They really don't care about us, the rest of the world. It is all about US, UK, Canada, Europe (part of it), NZ and Australia. The rest of us... what is that? They don't care. They have all our info, but so far I have no single feedback from them
I just would like to arrive tomorrow to my office and receive the book. Or feedback. I really don't care a bit about Jermain's opinion on the book. I bought it because of Michael, not because any of the Jacksons opinion. I want to have my own opinion on the book, that is why I need it so bad LOL!!!
Besides, we already know there are mistakes on this, so? Maybe Paula Abdul got a bit confused about dates... :mello:
Finally, they should put this on their website, and send it to all of us. Thanks Shannon for your help!!!
