I'll be back at my office next Monday, but to be honest, I doubt I will get the book before January. Some friends form Europe have been told they will get it next week.. then Australia and NZ by January 8th... but there has been no single news about South America.

So I just have to wait. What else? I would be so sad not to have the chance to buy it, so I have to wait. Eventually it will come... won't it? :ermm:

I didnt get any mail notification, no tracking number, nothing, I dont understand why are they doing this to us!!!!
At least they should send us a mail that they are sorry and we will get to book soon, Im really angry right now, and confused about everything concerning this book :((((
Does them hurt so much to send us a mail? or maybe to only one person from romania or Eastern Europe, so that he could let us all know whats going on!
I wrote an email to Andy 2 weeks ago- since then nothing, no reply!
I keep thinking they forgot about us, but really, what if I dont get the book?? what should I do then?? I dont want that 20% discount on other opuses bc Im sure as hell I wont buy anything from them!

And I hope you receive yours ASAP!!!!!!!!!
 
Maybe you should call them on Tuesday because you haven't received any information. If you do call, I'd recommend using a phonecard to save money. In England this Monday is a holiday. I hope you receive your Opus soon.

To those of you that have not yet recieved your Opus i hope you get it soon, its so sad you never recieved it in time for christmas..you are so going to love it, its the most beautiful thing ever. xx
 
The mistakes in Opus are just ridiculous we paid so much money for it, they should at least to be able to, differentiate between 1993 and the late 70s/early 80s
 
It's been an odd Christmas for me. I think I put most of grief over Michael into annoyance at the fact that my Opus still hasn't come.

I stuck these together and put this up on my twitter six months ago today...

I miss you Michael, and wish that everyday I looked at the charts I'd see something like this. Merry Christmas big guy. :'( I hope my Opus brings me the good memories as well as the hard ones...

Thank you very much for the information. Actually, I didn't know about this holiday, so I will try to reach them by Tuesday.

I will not try anything tomorrow. You know: December 28 if Fool's Day here! (it's not April) So if I received anything from Opus... I will be quite doubtful hahahaha :D
 
anybody here from the Philippines too and got their Opus already? I haven't received any tracking number yet! NO OPUS yet!!! and I ordered mine last August!

Hi! I have been following the threath for a while, and so far, I see only friends from UK (and maybe a few other European contries) and some cities of the USA/Canada/China (Hong Kong) have received their Opus. People from other European countries were informed by Opus they will received their books on December 28 at the most (!!) and Australia and NZ were informed they will receive it by January 8 (!!!!!!). So far, I see no fan from South America, Asia, Africa, Russia, Romania, Philippines, etc. receiving any single update from Opus.

Pity :(
 
I got my Opus for Christmas, I did not receive a tracking number like we were promised. Somehow my mother signed for it without me knowing wraped it and put it under the christmas tree. She made sure it was the last thing I opened Christmas morning with everyone gathered around me. It was a great surprise! I got loads of Michael stuff for Christmas, I was happy and sad at the same time.

yeah the mistakes have annoyed me. i mean heal the world in 1989?! come on!
 
Just to make sure here, people in Ireland (and the UK who haven't gotten theirs yet); you can't access the FedEx UK website either, right?
 
After the holidays are done I think I'll give them a call. After what we spent they could at least get the facts straight...i mean, wth!
 
Wow, Fool's day tomorrow where you are! I showed my Opus to my sister so I've seen all the pics now. I was going to just get to the pics as I'm reading though the book. As a result, I found there is a humongous version of the same pic in my signature! That was a nice suprise. :) I've enjoyed the write ups I've seen so far.

I got my Opus a couple days before for Christmas – but didn’t get a chance to open it until yesterday. For me it was totally overwhelming and I became really emotional and had to put it away.

Like everyone else I have been waiting months for it to arrive – and then I become an emotional retard when I can actually look at it. :sigh:

Will try again tonight – with hopefully better results...
