How do you work that out?? Judging by the size, quality and content i think it's a bargain. Especially when you compare it to prices of other Opus's.

No, definetely no e-mail or tracking number yet. I'm getting slightly paranoid here. :tease: I couldn't check the billing details on Ticketmaster's site, I could have just edited them from scratch... :scratch: Well, the details must be with Kraken Opus by now anyway - and at least they took the money ages ago, so... Hurry up! :doh:

After I emailed Ticketmaster during the scare about regular mail international delivery, they replied me that there's no regular mail delivery and they will send my book with UPS. So I am still confused about the whole thing. No tracking number either.

I keep checking the MJ Opus website under their 'Latest' section, but nothing is mentioned about dispatching or deliverys. The last post is from about 2 weeks ago :timer:

Well good old Tick-shit-master are responsible yet again (remember the concert ticket fiasco?)... so I think we can expect to be messed about again :sad:
Erm well I have had a conversation with Ticketmaster today. You cannot track your order online - but do not panic - your order number is definitely logged with them. However...and you won't like this - they are dispatching them from this week up until 25 December.... they have been told that they are scheduled for delivery before Christmas but the actual delivery is out of Ticketmaster's hands! Yes of course it is - nothing is ever down to them! :lol:
Well lets just hope....

Ey... it is no longer Ticketmaster's business. They have given all the info to Kraken Opus, it's all about them now. Kraken sent the books the different distribution hubs and once there, the books will be given to FedEx (Kraken is using FedEx) and then we will receive our tracking numbers. According the information given by Kraken to some of us on Tuersday, the books should arrive by the end of next week.
So forget about TicketMaster, just focus on Kraken (you can see the mails Kraken sent to some of us the first pages of this threath ).

I'm having a problem to access my order history on TicketMaster..
"We're sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again."
I have the same error... I guess there are a lot of people who has it... I cant see my order details, and also dont know if my book was shipped..I am really worried, i wrote a big letter to ticketmaster..

I actually ordered it through Amazon from the seller, which was Opus Media Group of course. My mom let me have it. We tried Ticketmaster first, but that didn't work so we went through Amazon. I hope all goes well with the delivery (I'm a little freaked out about something going wrong). It says it's expected to arrive between Dec. 16th and January 4th. I hope I get it before Christmas.

i ordered my copy by phone from timesonline back in September. I never got a confirmation email. Should I be worried? Also, no money has been taken from my credit card yet
