I emailed ticketmaster, and this is the response I got in less than 24 hours:

The Official Michael Jackson Opus will be shipped by Opus on Dec 7, 09 by DHL Delivery.

Not really sure where you're seeing those prices. Look here:

It shows 3 prices, based on location. There's a UK price, a US price, and one other (but I don't know what country that other currency symbol represents).

£199/$249/€219.

The glove is plain because it's only meant to protect the pages of the book. You're supposed to wear the glove when you are turning the pages...to keep oils off them etc.

Oh really I didn't know that lol I thought it was suppose to be MJ gloves? *blush* but, I was like wears the glitter? lol

Mmm.... I think all these prices might be the same BUT they are expressed in different currencies. I saw they now have different prices depending on where the book should be shipped to.
 
Thanks for that Alanna. Does anyone know what state NTL stands for please? Cause that would be very helpful maybe. I can't contact Ticketmaster at all cause I don't live in the US.

Wow :bugeyed MKgenie first the True Setlist of This Is It the Movie now this … Seems like you know more than us :yes:… Well maybe you are working for a company that produces MJ stuff like the CD the book etc I just can’t wait to get mine. :D
 
FOR PEOPLE IN THE UK:

I have spoke to KRAKEN this morning and they have told me they will be getting there last lot of opus shipped tomorrow, and delivery should sometime next week.
you will also get a phone call to arrange a day for delivery from FEDEX themselves...

(this is also for people ordered via ticketmaster)

Thought I'd post this here since not everyone seems to know. Shannon posted this on her site...

Ok, lots of people are freaking out over ticket master and why their OPUS isn't on the door step yet...well...

First off Ticket master is a mess. The event date has nothing to do with the MJ OPUS it is just a glitch in their system. Gotta remember they have never sold anything like this before. Secondly, the OPUS are being shipped FedEx not DHL.

If you ordered your OPUS prior to Sept. 30th it will arrive before Christmas. If you ordered your OPUS after Sept. 30th then please note that they are filling as many orders as possible before Christmas. So after Sept. 30th orders may or may not receive them in time for Christmas. If you order today don't expect it for Christmas.

The OPUS left it's publication place on the 7th and has been sent to all the different corners of the world that has hubs by boat, planes, etc... They will then be sent via FedEx to the customer.

Hope that helps clear up any concerns.

Very true.
I know this is expensive... but I chose to buy this one and left many other "Tributes", so I managed to save some money. Ok... that is the way I want to see this... otherwise... :-/

Don't contact Ticketmaster, contact Kraken directly. they have a very good customer service. Our books should arrive next week :)

FedEx or DHL? I'm confused!
And they are sending the books directly to the customers? they have to contact everyone before, no? sorry, I'm really confused...

By the way to whoever ordered the Opus from The Times in the UK, I called them today and they said they should be sending them out in the next week! Fingers crossed we all recieve them before Christmas!

This book looks INCREDIBLE! I can't wait to get my hands on mine :D Well I know I can't look at it until Christmas day, but knowing its in my house will relax me, I'm so paranoid somethings going to go wrong with the delivery of mine lol.
