WEEEEE!! Rick... are you there??? They were right!! Right from the beginning, so hopefully, next week, by this time will be all wearing OUR ONE globe to read our newest treasure.

aaggg.... I have no more nails to bite... which is terrible.
I hope this book arrive next week, otherwise I will be veeeeeeeeryyy dissapointed.
But no... as long as I have my little precious, I'll be fine :)

Mad I missed the Fed-Ex guy today!!! left that little "sorry" note on the front door lol. looking forward to getting it tomorrow though. thanks for sharing pics. i skimmed through em, so I can still be a little surprised.
 
I'm glad that the opus decided to handle delivery of the opuses themselves.......without ticketmaster!!!!!!.......

Although they have put themselves under extra pressure by sending them out a week later!!!!

Ahergh I haven't gotten my email yet!!!! I'm in Australia so like how's it going to get here before Christmas if it hasn't even been sent???
I'm feeling anxious! I want my Opus!! I even dreamt about it last night lol...

Got my Opus email! :) I'm still waiting for the FedEx one with the tracking code, but I'm happy to read I'll be getting it before Xmas.

Me too. But you guys - I have just encountered a HUUUUGE problem...

I'm going out of town on Tuesday (the 13th)....until February!
:bugeyed :bugeyed :bugeyed
and it says "by December 18th" (which, in my experience, usually means pretty much on that date.) Anyway, there's like no chance of it coming before I leave! :no: what to do?!?! :doh: Do you think there's any way to change the mailing address? If I call them? I mean, it hasn't shipped yet... :timer: :( :angel:

Will someone else be there to receive it? At least it'd be safe.. I dunno about changing the address, you could try!

can you ask the post office to hold it for you until you get back?

I would advise you to call the company (since it hasn't been shipped as of yet) to see what your options are concerning a change of address, first off. If there is nothing that can be done, then call your local post office and ask them if there is possibly some way they could hold it for you to come pick up when you get back from your vacation. The only thing about that is, I believe they ( post offices) only hold for a certain amount of time, like a week or two at the most. That's if you're in the States, if you're international, then your post offices may have conditions as such.

If all else fails, call the Opus customer service line back, explain your orrdeal and see if someone else could sign for it, if you gave them (opus) the person's name over the phone. Again, that's if someone will be at your residence while you're away. Or see if they (opus or post office) can deliver it to your neighbor's (if you trust them) home next to you. If it's possible, give Opus and the post office the person's name beforehand.


Hope that helps in some type of way. :)
