i have just received this mail with the pswd .... the reality will be soon avaible.... i'm too curious!!!!

i think so... but the question is: but what is this famous reality card? a simple printed card..?!?!?! a sort of photo?..... :O( i haven't understand yet.....
 
Anyone who ordered their Opus with the Times offer know how we go about getting our reality cards? :unsure:
 
Nope! And I am not the only unhappy Kraken customer! Many countries still haven't got anything.

I am from Moscow, also nothing...I've got the tracking number 4 January, but there are no updates, and fedex office in Moscow know nothing about the package, they told me that it hasnt shipped at all... Michael Jackson OPUS Customer care dont answer my letters...Perfect international service)))
But i've got the reality card code)))) Without The OPUS)))))
 
Does anyone know why I diddnt get a code? I paid 229.00 for my Opus like everybody else

.... well... some of us are even worst: we paid the same and still NO BOOK to us. Can you believe it? I ordered this in September and I was offered to receive it early December.

I would suggest asking for your code, but... they hardly ever answer our mails :(
 
Is anyone in Australia yet to receive their Opus?

I've got two on order and I am yet to receive either, or even word on where they are. For $600.00, it's an absolute joke.

I ordered mine through The Times and they don't even have my email address so I won't get a code through them.I have been in direct contact with Kraken for the past month and I have been told that because I specifically asked for the card they will send a card and not a code.Whether this actually happens remains to be seen!
I have been speaking with Karl Fowler at Kraken I was told he is the top guy????
He promised me my extra glove 4 weeks ago and guess what? I still not recieved it.I contacted him but he is never in the office.
The customer service is beyond terrible.I told him I have spent a fortune on phone calls and he did say he would pay back any charges and also offered me a refund if I sent the book back.They seem to make promises that never materialise.
I wonder how many people have got the book that don't even realise that there should of been a reality card with it.
The whole thing is a mess.
Regarding the glove first I spoke to this Karl who said one would be in the post the following morning.Suprise suprise a week later no glove.We then phoned Kraken again and spoke to someone completely different who was very rude and said that he didn't know what all the fuss was about the glove as there was only ever meant to be one.He said he had some "kicking around the place" and would send one.A week later no glove!!!!
Rang again told that there are no gloves they are waiting for them to come in!
So then I emailed Karl and he said I shouldn't of been told there were none and that he would send one the following morning.Guess what a week later no glove!!!
This is how it goes on being passed from pillar to post.
So now I am waiting for him to get back asap which was what he said on Friday.So I don't think he even understands what asap means!
I was also promised my reality card by the end of January.
I am really fed up with them.At the end of the day we only want what we paid for.They advertised it with the card and two gloves so that is what we are entitled too.

I was wondering the same thing.
When I ordered the Opus, the Times bookstore didn't ask for my email address and so Kraken cannot send me a code.

I think it's really poor customer service for them to expect us to print out our own card, when they said it would be included, and to only send 1 glove when you obviously need to 2 to look at the book properly. I thought the company produces quality products, but so far they have just ripped us off at every turn.

I received an email from Barnes again they are asking for a 30 day extention. Honestly l am think of canceling it til everything calms down. They might be having too many orders that they cant handle for the moment.

I just received a new general email from Kraken stating my Opus shold arrive no later than February 12. This year, I hope...

But I was told the book would arrive today.
ANd then last week, and the previous week... etc.

This is simply frustrating, boring and silly.
Now I will leave home and maybe I will not be here if the book arrives next week.

THis is sooooooooooooo stupid! :angry:

Ay, Rick... I still remember your very first post about this... and see!!! Here we are, no book yet. I haven't called Andy any more, because, man!! I am spending so much money in this thing!! :eek: But anyway... I just want the book to close this issue. I am bored of waiting. Hope you get your by the 10th... I should be receiving mine by the 12th... hope this time it is real!!
 
Aw so sorry some of you guys still not got your Opus....so so bad.
I had an email from Opus today with my reality card code..
 
Yes I order mine through the Times as well! Karl at Opus said that they had our details and would send it to us directly! That was a couple of weeks ago and I still don't have a code I don't believe anything they say anymore! They make a lot empty promises and never fulfill what they say they are going to do! This is really the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Same here hun im still waiting and i went though the times,going to ring tom,i just think the whole thing is a joke.why the hell do we have to print it out so wrong :(:( xoxo
