Akon ain't Ne-Yo.
Shoot, ain't his songs like dropping on the charts too? He had one song "Right Now" and it's like number 27 last week when before it was 17.
I don't think Akon is happy about everything that has went down but hey he said he was gonna release it and his label surely was more determined to get more money than to wait for an artist. But it's funny that this is only the third album he's put out and he has benefited far more for being a HOOK artist than a solo artist and he's already supposedly having problems with Universal Music but that's the price you pay for being braggadocios I guess.
"I want Michael on my album!"
"No Akon, we can't afford it, we're told you didn't sign the confidentiality agreement to shut up about it."
"But I..."
"No buts, Akon, Michael's not on the album, period."
