Murray Trial Day 22, November 1st

When propofol is administered at 25mg/kg, is it sub-anesthetic? Shafer says it's hard to make that determination depending on which medication is given. Flanagan disagrees, Shafer disagrees. Eventually Shafer says that in most patients it could be a sub-anesthetic dose.

The article in question though deals with much larger doses.

Flanagan concludes.

Re-direct by Walgren begins.

Shafer wasn't sure if the article included use of other medicine and told Flamazepam he would have to check Flamazepam just went "if I read that article I wouldn't understand it anyway"

Sorry, I missed Walgren's question =\ Flanagan chose not to re-cross either. Looks like that's it for Shafer's rebuttal.

shaffer stands down. counsel sees judge. everything feels so much better when u hear shaffers calming voice. so easy to understand and likable

Dr White has been dismantled through his cross and the rebuttal testimony of Shafer.

We are nearly at the end..... Oh my god... Hugs to all, stay strong

And this is what happens when you don't make your own charts. I wonder if the defense is shoting themselves for not bring that other doctor in. She could had explain why she apparently used an outdated model.

It's also a kick in the butt because Shaffer actually talked to the original author of the article that the defense was hanging on.

Shafer did GREAT! I feel so much better knowing he came back and gave us more info about the urine. He also showed how the defense misread his info. So I guess it's now a matter for the jury to decide which expert they want to believe or which expert's information made the most sense. Shafer explaining MJ received that much propofol is damning for Murray. No way around it. No way MJ self administrated that crap to himself.

I'm not very smart about this, I guess but just what did the rebuttal accomplish? Except for seeing shafer again, always a pleasure. And getting white out of our heads. I mean, I confess I suppose I got lost among all the .00 this and .00 thats. I think I was waiting for an A HA moment...

I have so much respect for Dr Shafer. Judge seeing counsel now!

shaffer should do those audio books i could listen to his voice all night

the verdict? do they share it today????

I'm a massive bundle of nerves, my fingers are frozen and tingly

done...now the nerves really begin
don't .... I know I'm not obective, but I really can't see anything else than a guilty verdict ... Dr Whites theory is debunked, it's down the toilet, where do you see reasonable doubt ??? :better:

shafer helped clear up the nosnense white spewed about lorazepam only being in the stomach cuz it was taken orally. that and the urine propofol levels I guess.

Murray hands crossed, praying I guess. He better pray to Michael, but I don't think he get's forgiveness.

That usually what it comes down to. Who will the jury most likely believe, White or Shaffer?
