Re: Audio Proof that MONSTER is sung by Michael Jackson

True around 10 songs/loops etc by Bryan Loren and Michael is registered after Michael's death as well.

Would people also think that Bryan Loren cooked them up in his basement with JM?

I'll tell you when I hear them.

Re: Audio Proof that MONSTER is sung by Michael Jackson

I listen to the album and i hear Michael on all the well known tracks, but as soon as i hear Monster, and the other two tracks, i hear a strikingly different voice. We get bullshitty excuses that the reason he sounds different is because the damn song was recorderded in a basement studio...aaaah right, so THATS the reason, LMFAO!!!! On the cd damn album we hear 'I like the way you love me' where in the beginning parts, Michael is heard singing through the phone, yet the voice doesn't sound different at all.

Exactly!

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

I just want an answer, why is it that when we hear other songs we're comfortable, but cascio tracks we're not? why?

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

because we know what Michael sounds like and we know that the singer on the Cascio tracks doesn't sound like Michael

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

many thinks Best of Joy and Hollywood tonight doesn't sound like MJ either, especially non-fans who have no idea which songs are supposedly the fake ones.

Fans who feels so strongly about that the songs are fake have to think about that as well!! I know what I am talking about since I have played the album for my friends, boyfriend etc, who have no clue, lol It's funny when you hear them say that the only song that sound like MJ is Behind the Mask, cuz that is what the general public remember him by; THAT kinda beat in his voice; his younger years.

That's true. When I first played the album without reading the sleeve notes etc, I presumed Hollywood Tonight was fake.

Hollywood Tonight just sounds like an effect was used on the vocals.

BN, KYHU and Monster sound like a whole other singer.

I see that now, but when I first played the album, I was listening out for fakes and at the time it stood out.

Does anyone else think the first verse on Monster is Mike?

i'm way, and i really mean waaaaay more comfortable with listening to monster, keep your head up..... then with 2000 watts! My friends, parents, girlfriend all knew it was michael with monster and keep your head up, but with 2000 watts, shout, ... they didn't.

Michael said before his death that he was enthousiastic about the casio tracks ... where are they if these are fake? If you have noticed, michael just sounds diferrent on hollywood tonight and best of joy too ...
I don't get it, if it's about monster the methods of recording doesn't matter, but if someone say's hollywood tonight is fake, then they use it...

There are no fake recordings... Do you really think that jason guy, who never made a huge hit, now has 3 awsome songs ... for another artist! It doesn't make any sence.

It's a shame though ... michael was so unsure to release new songs and HE HATED IT THAT HIS VOICE CHANGED!!!! How come people never talk about this! I've read many articles before his death claiming michael was afraid he coudn't sing anymore and because of his lungdesease his voice changed ... I really hope that there will be evidence these songs are real ... cause it's a shame that michael isn't appreciated anymore when his voice is different...

Michael said before his death that he was enthousiastic about the casio tracks ...

Where did he say this? And how did I miss this?!?

He sounded like Michael Jackson during This Is It. So there goes that theory.

On THIS IS IT Michael did not sound as if he had lungs related illness whatsoever. The one who created that rumour claimed that Michael was dying and unable to perform. Yet, on THIS IS IT, we all saw that Michael was fit, far from dying and sounded and moved as usual despite his age.

He sounded like Michael Jackson during This Is It. So there goes that theory.

I have to search a little to find it, but i've read it multiple times from 2007 to now. If i have time (exames) i will look for it.

And to answer to your question about burn 2night, no i haven't heard it! I found the title promising, how weird that may look :D. But i hope it will be released on another occasion, not on the next album! I want you guy's to support that album so it can be a big succes with great singles (slave to the rhythm, blue ganster,...)

O, and how he sounded on This is it, in don't know about that. But there is a difference. Listen to the performance from MJ in 2006 ('heal the world') he really really sounds different.... I found that even weird ... maybe there is a difference when he practiced his voice when he didn't sang for a long time? You have to admit that he sings different...
And what about all i need? It's not casio, but alot of people think it's fake! Hollywood tonight and best of joy? how come people think they are fake too?

Mamacita, Let me let go, Get out of my mind, Wayfaring stranger are not Cascios either, yet many people believed it was Michael. People think a lot of things, this doesn't make it more Michael on Cascio's tracks.

"all I need" is not a Cascio Track ?

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

I'm sure All I Need is one of the Cascio tracks... It was considered on the album, but failed.

Well until you find the source, the quote of Michael saying how much he loves his work with the Cascios, forgive me for not believing you.

Weird's not the word I'd choose.

I have no idea what performance you're talking about. I can't think of him singing Heal The World in 2006. I must have missed that.

All I Need is, indeed, a Cascio song. And, again, it sounds absolutely nothing like Michael Jackson. Hollywood Tonight and Best Of Joy sound absolutely everything like Michael Jackson. Whoever doubts them hasn't heard Michael Jackson enough.

Obviously they mean 'We Are The World', you're being deliberately facetious. And they're right, his voice was very different then. It's not an appearance I enjoy remembering.

I actually had no idea what he was talking about.

He sounds exactly like Michael Jackson singing falsetto during that performance. Compare it to him singing the falsetto part during the making of We Are The World, when he sings in the studio with Quincy's direction. The falsetto is absolutely identical. Absolutely identical.

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

Does anyone else think the first verse on Monster is Mike?

The first verse does sound more like him than the 2nd. The 2nd sounds nothing like him, not even close to me.

To me, the vocal in the first verse is unusually "thin"... The husk and the richness of Michael's voice is totally absent.

:clapping::clapping::clapping:

Michael's moves are more precise and fluid than the dancers half of his age.

He looked fine and his voice was as clear and strong as ever.

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

Sounds like the same person singing throughout the song....

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

pentum, i love you sig!

now...Monster is so fake .... :puke: , i cant believe they dare to use some real Michael vocals in the middle of that ridiculos song, thats an insult to MJ's great talents, just like they did with BK, shameful, PAINFUL TO HEAR! to hear those impersonators, they're AWEFUL, Sony is such a LIAR!.... its so disgusting, Michael would HATE this...

sorry its that Sony is phony... God! Michael was so RIGHT about them...

SO TRUE! and he was just practicing on This Is It, they were just rehersals, if he was there with the public, i mean he was 10000 times smoother than any dancer, and he would sing like a God, all in the same time, i mean well,
sometimes i over explain the obvious, like we all know Michael was the greatest of them all, no one dead or alive comes close to his GENIUS, not one, even though there are other, he was definetely THE BEST, i mean he was a natural PURE GENIUS... (just restating the obvious) ;D :wild:

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

I can see why people say the second verse sounds less like him compared to the first verse. Maybe it's possible that MJ only recorded the first verse, chorus, and bridge? Then they got someone to fill in the rest. It's a possibility that can't be ignored.

We really don't know all the answers. We can only speculate based on our own ears. I know MJ had a big role in the songwriting process of this. It was written in 2007, and MJ was recovering from the trial and had some bones to pick with Hollywood and what it does to stars. It's a theme he seemed to really care about in his final years.

Let the debate continue!

Yeah, I'm pretty convinced that verse one is him. I have no problem with it because of that, as they claim on the back of the CD, it's an MJ song finished off by other vocalists/producers. To be fair, they don't say what percentage is MJ.

As it seems to be less than half in this case it shouldn't be a single.

Breaking News however, I fail to hear any MJ on but I don't see why they would get a song that he's not on at all and put on the album - that makes no sense.

By the way, is the HA! in Monster a new one - or sampled from Unbreakable ("I'm steady laughing HA, while surfacing")

Re: Monster - The Great Debate

To me, Hollywood Tonight & Monster sound similar. MJ is on Monster. That's my opinion.

LOL, I read "That's my probem." instead of what you wrote, haha!
GThomson, partly I agree with you. I think sometimes they sound similar, not all of the time.
MJ on Monster, I believe that too, I hear him a lot but still there are words where I cannot recognize his voice. That's my problem.
