:lol: I forgot about that. Yes, they'll be queuing for miles in the USA to sit in a stadium to hear JLS perform their hits.

:doh: So, now they're trying to reel in the fans of these artists because there's obviously not enough Michael/Jackson fans to fill a stadium. How many fans of these artists are there that would be willing to go to this concert? Probably not many. :smilerolleyes: I keep looking at that lineup and thinking about how sad and pathetic it is. :no: The sooner they cancel this the better. It's just getting really embarrassing now, not to mention disrespectful to Michael and his children.

hi all my computer was broke and i only had my iphone for the last couple of days. haven't got the chance to fallow the updates after the estates statement. i'm chocked to see that it's not cancelled yet.

......they are just a bunch of street dancers..........very good street dancers.........but still just dancers.......

......If you still don't know who they are......they won Britain's Got Talent a few years ago!!!!

That is the most important phrase they have said so far, because there will have to be several giveaways if they want people to attend in mass. Where are the international superstars!!!!

I think at this point they don't care what it's called, or who performs what, they just want to attract as many people as they can, to make as much money as they can before they disappear.

I'd like to solemnly thank Global Live and some of the Jackson family members for organizing what must be the worst event ever, as well as an obvious scam, thus succeeding in re uniting Michael's fan base across countries and time zones. I doubt it was your original goal, but you sure did a great job, one mistake after the other. I have to admit, booking Kiss, that was the best worst move ever. Rotten cherry on a crumbling cake. You gave us the kick in the back that we needed to put aside our differences and get back to what matters : defending Michael, now and always. Now we stand, united by a force you can't even begin to comprehend, a common love deeper than any ocean, and stronger than any matter. Michael makes us one. He is our family, our guide, our beacon.
As for any other crooks and thieves out there, learn your lesson. We are many, we are not easily fooled, we've been through hell already, and we never give up. We'll be there, always.

what so now its going to be some MJ songs interspersed with the artists own songs?? I've never been to a tribute concert so I don't know if that is a normal thing but WTF!!
That makes it sound just like some random concert similiar to T on the beach, just a collection of random artists singing their latest stuff. Bet that was part of the deal for them to appear.

I'm sure at least some of the Jacksons read here, and I'd dearly love to be a fly-on-the-wall at the family conferences going on NOW, with the inevitable focus on DAMAGE CONTROL. That letter was just brilliant, as were the graphics with the fan-club/organization logos. That double-whammy really brought it home! (the letter, and the graphics, so one could SEE just how many fans stood united on this.) Then couple THAT with the Estate's letter, and that really puts the Jacksons on notice that we've had quite ENOUGH. With the trial just around the corner, this is NOT something we need to be worried/upset/distracted about, and NOW, that so-called "tribute" should go entirely away, before the Jackson embarrassment gets any WORSE. Fans have put up with a lot of crap from them, and have given them the benefit of the doubt, and more than enough rope. Enough really IS enough, and I think they should have no doubt now about what fans will or will not tolerate. Fans not a group of "consumers" eager to snap up anything with Michael's name/image/likeness on it. That includes BOOKS, t-shirts, so-called "tribute concerts," perfumes, "colas," and anything else the family might dream up. NONE of that revenue would go to the children, anyway, UNLESS it's generated/sanctioned by the Estate.

The inclusion of KISS shows us just how clueless most in that family really are, and how clueless they are, as to what it really means to "preserve Michael's legacy." That was NOT it. Hopefully this will put an END to future endeavors like this one. I think it WILL.

so do i...... i haven't been in Michael community for a long but i've seen what "not standing united" has done to another fan base and eventually to the legacy left behind. i don't want to name any names but that legacy has became a joke, only because fans are singing their own tune. i don't want that for Michael! ever!

Profound!!!!! It proves yet again that out of the negative, one can use the outcome to turn into something positive. Michael did this all the time when he used the hate and negative comments from the media and people to make songs, which I am sure was cathartic, but also put millions in his pocket, and gave us something to dance to, listen to, and sing to.

WE all know that their true intent was to make us one.

The whole KISS fiasco was the final mistake. When Michael died I supported his family and felt bad for them. They lost a loved one. And many times as fans we have been pulled from different sides because of our love for Michael. Do we support the family or the estate? I look at the actions of both and the family are always the negative ones. Always against the estate because they get nothing from them. It was not Branca and Mcclain who decided this, it was Michael. Michael is the estate. When are his family going to respect his wishes?

Latoya goes on shows saying the estate doesn't give money to the Jacksons. They do just to her mother and his kids as stated in his will. They don't get anything because Michael didn't want them to. So they use him and try to come with as many possible schemes to make a lot of money and they use Michael's fans to get it. This Michael fan is not giving them anything. Unless it is supported by his estate and will benefit his kids I will not support these kind of things. It's funny how the Jacksons when the estate has a big deal in the works like cirque, the movie, games etc. that all they care about is money lol. That's their job to make Michael's estate strong and viable and it all goes to his children eventually. They are just mad they have no cut in it.

I am not saying that the Jacksons can't make a living but do it without using Michael all the time. They want to honor Michael? Honor him by respecting his wishes. Honor him by doing right by his children. Honor him by not sucking up to people who wronged Michael and treated him like crap. Honor him by making sure the man who killed him is punished and not walk away free. Honor him by treating his fans the way Michael always treated us.

I don't hate the Jacksons at all but I hate their actions in the last 2 years and it crosses my mind what Michael may have had to deal with in his life from his own family. It's sad because your family should be those you want to keep coming back to and not distancing yourself away.

This phoney tribute is like a zombie in a game (no offence to Thriller), who keeps getting up and dragging on everytime its shot down.
