Michael - The Great Album Debate

Yeah. But something being "plainly ovbious" to your senses or to your imagination is not the same as that thing being true. And on a balance of probabilities, amateur singer and MJ impersonator Jason Malachi is not singing three official Michael Jackson songs on the album "Michael".

Quit judging me. It's nothing to do with my imagination. I hear Jason on these songs, not Michael and it is not down to you to tell me why. I know why: because it's Jason singing them. So quit the psychoanalysis.

And Roger Friedman does not personally know the Cascio family at all. His source was actually Frank Dileo. It is pretty obvious that he hasn't got a clue what he is talking about. The guy's a tabloid hack. He certainly isn't a hundred times moreimportant than die hard MJ fans. The mere suggestion is offensive.

I think it's because of the speed-up vocals.

Surely that would just speed up the vibrato or am I being naive :(

I can still hear the vibrato in some parts, just bits like 'Zig Zag' 'Hollywood' and 'too fast' are noticeably different

Congratulations, Stella. I had this too. It has leaked today though. It's rather more obvious there's no Jason but anyway. Wait for the outcome of the lawsuit.

It's just like a song from another singer.

I agree. If someone had played this to me three years ago, I'd probably not even consider the possibility that this might be Michael Jackson's voice.

And most likely, I'd been right.

OK, props to Korgnex for the good comeback. I have to admit, that was a pretty good one :D

Which one? ;)

The one for which they hope to have an eye witness.

@Jesta: No need for sarcastic comments from doubters. As usual doubters are again ridiculing other forum members. I posted the youTube link, that's all. Neither did I leak it nor did I say anything about it. Focus on what I posted and not me as a person. Thanks!!

This mix shows it´s pure malachi on Monster. I can´t stop dancing with this ugly voice, hahahaha.

"Jumping got you bouncing got you jumping got u bouncing"

... But I wasn't being sarcastic. I genuinely thought that it was a good comeback. I do admire your dedication throughout this topic, and when you said "It's rather more obvious there's no Jason but anyway", I honestly thought that was a witty comeback considering the stuff the doubters were saying and you flipping the sayings back on them. I genuinely meant no offence and I apologize if you did take it in a negative way. Don't group me with people that ridicule believers. I challenge them, yes but I try my best to not flat out ridicule. Perhaps I've done it in the past out of frustration, but I'm not proud of those moments. I was complimenting your comeback at Stella because of how you turned a phrase. I found it funny. I wasn't trying to ridicule you or the fact that you brought the remix to our attention in any way.

I KNEW that you would associate Jason Malachi with these vocals. That's James Porte! Ask Birchey, if you need a doubter for confirmation!
So SOME people really have a problem to distingusih voices.

Two quick points :

1- Aren’t some of the people who are saying that the vibrato is fixed on this new remix also the people who say that one’s vibrato cannot be changed through postproduction?

2- Wouldn’t it be ironic if the whole reason Eddie Cascio hasn’t spoken publicly about the authenticity of his songs is because there’s a lawsuit launched by the very same doubters who use his silence as admission of guilt?

In other words, had the doubters not doubted, there might be no reason to doubt now – because Cascio would not have been told by his lawyer to keep his evidence for the trial.

He had over 8 months to speak publicly before any lawsuit was filed.

You clearly have no idea what's going on. You don't even have anything to do with the people involved. An eyewitness? "sigh"

I do, Stella. Not sure about you. By responding to the mentioning of an alleged eyewitness (you don't know in which context this is meant) in such a way you've just shown me that it's you who doesn't seem to know what's going on. I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but why else would you not know what I mean?

Is there any news as to when this legal case may be resolved?

There is some confusion. I believe you are talking about a different case. I'm talking about something other than Sony/Birchey. One thing I will say, regardless of the outcome of anything, there will never be anything more than what we have now to prove it is Michael.

This video contains strong language so don't watch if you are easily offended!

Why do you think he isn't?

Because I am graduated on law and the first rule about law is that You can't accused someone when You don't have any evidance of guilty. So I don't now how Kapital could wrote about Korgnex : " i am starting to think other things to understand why he keeps saying it´s MJ"

And to be honest, how Kapital who should be good in law, could say that Cascio comitted a fraud and hired Malachi when he doesn't have any proof? The lawyer will never do that kind of things.

I am sorry, but we aren't in a courtroom here. Any lawyer can express his/her opinion as a citizen without proof. It's not because someone is a lawyer that he or she can't have their personal opinion on the innocence or guilt of someone.

It is rather the contrary, once you defend or prosecute, you have to be convinced that your client is innocent or guilty of something. Don't tell me that all lawyers personally believe their clients are innocent. Money can make miracles, especially in the U.S. with all the famous trials, among which, many are out of greed for money.

p.s. And the irony is that you are speaking of proof, yet you have no proof that Kapital77 is not a lawyer, yet you just said you don't believe him.
