i have never heard michael jackson sound like that, so awful, no technique, no emotion, no characteristics from the 40+ years of him singing
 
i was thinking, the hollywood tonight throwback mix has un-autotuned vocals, so why cant they release cascio tracks with no "melodyne' or whatever it is that they supposedly used?

Because it wasn't melodyned. Another question is, they have 12 tracks from the same era, same studio, why not release them all 12 on one album (instead of scattering them and spoiling other albums)?

It's not a studio album they picked some songs that Michael wanted to release like Hold My Hand and some others and put them together.

There's no proof that he didn't sing it and there's no proof that he did.

Except for creditable producers, friends (That were there with him while he recorded the vocals), and companies.

And other people who are just as credible, and are friends/family, have claimed the opposite. And the people that were supposedly with him when he recorded the songs, ie the only eye witnesses, are the ones that have made the money. Think about that.

You think everyone filmed their friend recording music ?

About the outtakes I think that's BS I think Sony has them or the estate.

I did not say anything about anyone being filmed. And I can assure you that there are no out takes in the possession of Sony or the Estate. All the material that they have was accessed months ago and no out takes were there. And if they did have them then they would have used them to prove the songs are real in order to stop the controversy and the negative effect it was having on sales.
 
One of the biggest red flags for me is the fact the Eddie refused to be interviewed for Joe Vogel's book...I mean, think about it...This guy produces for MJ...While MJ is living with him...The biggest entertainer in the world...The coveted position of producing for THE Michael Jackson...I know I'd want everyone and their dog to know about it if it were me..Why wouldn't you want to share your experience of working with Michael Jackson musically? I mean, really now...

Instead he slinks away, we don't hear and still haven't heard any tid bits of info about these songs...They're so obscure...No hand written notes...no anecdotes, no memories, no stories...No trace of anything...Just cool cat Eddie pushing buttons and showing pics of an empty mic stand surrounded by pillows...Yes, yes it's MJ...Please believe me!

Was just looking this up for someone so I thought I'd repost it here. It is some of Birchey's old info about the tracks. I think it is still pretty important and there are some people who may not have seen it. There is a lot more but this is the general gist of it.

"a massive Majority of the lead vocals are not Michaels
The breathing and other "aaahs" and stuff were pasted on
The songs were orginally slower in pace
The are NO claps, click or footstamps on ANY Cascio track on the vocal channel (something which to me proves this is definately not Michael behind that mic)
The songs were all recorded on various Mics
The original vocals themselves were NOT recorded badly but properly
There are tons of takes of vocals, there are several takes used on each line
There WERE backing tracks provided with the songs
There are MANY Ghost backing vocals
The only instance of a PVC Pipe being used was on about 4 lines in which they had "Michaels" vocals CLEAN and also recorded through a PVC pipe."

I cant and wont release any specific information but I have heard all 12 Cascio songs (Raw demos) and also seen pictures of the tracks being edited.

Certain people here can vouch for me, but a leak of certain material cant happen, at least not from me, but I feel fans need certain information, I know the songs, all of them are copy and paste cuts from at least 10 vocals each, and from viewing the waveforms of each vocal track used, there is nothing wrong with the recordings, and also no clips, claps and so on like Michael would do, the breathing and grunts have been pasted in between vocals, I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

I wont upload or leak anything as its not my place to do so, and personally I dont like this whole cascio situation, whatever the outcome us fans find it wont ever change the minds of those at Sony, we cant do anything now. "

So supposedly this person knows but has not taken any legal action against this "Fraud" ?

If I had the stuff he claims he has I would have been sued Sony, Epic Records, MJ Estate since the vocals of the person singing are not credited and was credited as Michael Jackson and they claimed that it was tested by 2 of the best forensic musicologists in the world.
 
I believe he is ADKi.
Sony sued him, and hes countering with the cascio tracks being fake.
Its a matter of time before Bircheys case starts right?

Does he have a good lawyer ?

Because if Sony ask's for a cease and desist order then he will loose it all unless he has multiple copies.

He must claim that it's evidence and counter sue.
