There are currently multiple people seeding (which means they've got the files and are actively sharing it with others who want it), including me. "But they'll take it down!", you say? The Pirate Bay doesn't respond to copyright takedown notices, so it'll be there forever as long as there's people seeding. And believe me, I will be seeding for as long as it takes. As long as it takes to get the truth out. Anyone who wants to help seed the files (which makes downloads for others quicker) should march their behinds over to TPB.

It was put under "Michael Jackson" so that the casual fan would find it and go "hmm? what's this? I should download this and watch it with an open mind...".

As for the torrent, at least this means that these comparisons will never truly go away. Once it's on Pirate Bay, it ain't ever coming off the internet!

I would like to see the Ready Teddy video and the Making of Breaking News. They are always uploaded while I am at work and I cannot see them. By the time I get home, they are gone. :(

I'm doing this for Michael too. I won't stop either. Uploading comparisons to downloading/streaming sites + seeding on The Pirate Bay is phase 1 of my plan.

Not to mention that with every Cascio track that leaks, I will make a new comparison video like the ones I have. I will also update the old ones when I find I have enough new material to do so.

Cartman, TPI, Birchey, Pentum, Kapital77 and ALL the others who have tirelessly made these comparisons and all the funny videos (Seriously...too fucking funny!), I want to say thank you sincerely for fighting for Michael in this way. Michael gave us SO much; it's time to give back!

Thing is that hee hee sounds nothing like Malachi either to me, unless they've tried editing a few hee-hees to make more variations, messing up the vibrato even more?

It sounds totally like Jason to me. If I change the pitch of the "hee hee"s from "Breaking News" to match the pitch of those in "Soldier Boy", I get this:

I'm totally not saying it's Melodyned, but the non-Melodyned Jason would sound close enough to this. (As the whole point of Melodyne is to make repitching sound as natural as possible.)

okay I downloaded "ready teddy" - that's malicious falsehood.

plus any video that you allege of a moral turpitude crime (fraud is one) falls under defamation.

They have all the right to complain and ask that videos to be removed.

I would recommend everyone to separate between what is "freedom of speech" and what falls under allegation, malicious acts, defamation and aim to hurt other's reputation. and if anything falls under the latter category all removal requests, cease and desists etc is fair play.

It doesn't need music, they can also take it down if you attack them PUBLICLY with these heavy accusations.

are you using Eddie's picture in that video meaning all positive and peachy things? no you are not. and that's your answer.

Furthermore see definition:

Malicious falsehood is a false statement intentionally made to cause damage to a person's business reputation.

Isn't that your aim to achieve for Teddy, Eddie and Jason with that video?

It doesn't have to use "music" to be complained. You are malicious in that video and trying to hurt their reputation that's enough.
