Michael - The Great Album Debate

^ I think he's referring to "Te quero, mi amor", or whatever it is towards the end of Stay.

And yeah, there is no doubt that it is Jason Malachi anymore. It's just so blatant. Although I did think I heard a little bit of genuine Michael MAYBE towards the end. It was so little, though.

I think it's an OK song, the ending was much better than the whole of the song.

I gotta say, the ending of Water is Malachi's very best impersonation of Michael. It's actually pretty convincing... even now, I still can't figure out whether or not it's a fantastic Malachi imitation, samples from This Is It or actually Michael.

Am I supposed to believe that Michael, who couldn't sleep because he was always thinking of music, thinking of innovating ideas, beats, sounds ....made these songs? He just stopped loving good music and lyrics or something? He just stopped being the perfectionist that he was?

Right.

Did he take it down already?
Either that or removed

Well, but come on, think a little bit

What you are hearing there is processed on purpose to give you the feeling of "bad quality". They just used an effect over the voice, could be called "radio" effect, or "telephone effect", I can do similar things in Adobe Audition.

It confirms what I have been saying from the start: The worse quality of someone impersonating MJ, the MORE it sounds like MJ. Why do you think peterpanpyt and dom_uk mostly record themselves with crappy quality? Because it sounds more like MJ. Heck, even an old friend of mine once recorded "Hi, Sami, this is Michael Jackson" in some weird tape recorded and played it into his mic. It sounded like MJ.

I double checked the TII and the ones from Water and yes, they sound similar if you make MJ in bad quality, but they still are not the same. The vibrato is also Jason's in it, and one of the "wateeeer.." has the typical Jason vibrato where he overuses it if you filter it out to sound clearer.

I'm wondering from where is copied this line from Allright at 3:06...
("Just hold me, kiss me, touch me!")
It's obvious copy+paste.

"hold" is from WYBT acappella. I checked it. As for "kiss" and "touch", I think is Jason.

I agree with Chamife. Michael was almost always on the top of his game; even on the Invincible album, which is pretty much agreed to be his worst solo album, there are signs of his long-standing genius. He'd recycle ideas and lyrics and such, but he wouldn't completely re-use a beat (All Right/Stranger in Moscow) or lyrics (Water/Fall in Love/Heaven Can Wait).

Listening to it more I can hear that. But for me it is Jason's most convincing imitation. Even though they had to make it LQ for it to sound like him ;)

Listened to Water. LOL at the thought that we're supposed to believe that is MJ. Wow.

What's crazy is that some people actually do believe that it's MJ and will defend it. For me the most head scratching thing is that not only do these people defend these Cascio tracks but they also say that are as good/if not not better than some of the songs on albums that MJ released when he was alive. Even if someone does believe that these songs are really sung by MJ can they honestly say that they are up the standards on the work on the albums released when he was alive?

Let's say if some amazing evidence comes out proving that the cascio songs are really MJ singing i'd still say the songs suck and wonder what the hell Michael was thinking

I feel the same. I find it highly unlikely that Michael would be involved in 12 songs that are so unlike him in every way.

You're so annyoing these days.

You first said it's MJ on the songs, THEN you said it's not MJ on the songs, NOW you say it's MJ "clearly singing the tracks".

If I were to decide, people who couldn't make up their minds. I can never take your opinion seriously.

"clearly singing the tracks"... LOL. Yeah. Clearly.

other than that what have i done, that directly annoys you?

Did All Right leaked in full? I can't find that one, only 1:16 min snippet. Please give me some instructions how to find it without posting the link.
