This whole thing was started when three songs were included on an album which sound nothing like Mj, do not have any of his vocal characterstics, sound identical to Jason Cupeta and share all his vocal characteristics (vibrato, accent, pronounciation etc), are not supported by any evidence that Michael ever recorded them, are surrounded by a story full of holes, and the only proof is the word of the two guys who were paid a fortune for them. And that's before we get into all the other issues.
These songs were never on Michael's radar. They don't appear in any of his notes left at Holmby Hills which contain dozens of song titles. And let's not forget that three weeks before Michael died, Angelo Montrone was working on the premixes for four Cascio tracks containing stand in vocals by James Porte ready for Michael to record in London. Yet Michael was so happy with the songs he ordered all the takes and outtakes destroyed. But they do have some, but the hard drive broke. Or whatever the excuse is.
It's a shame to see that people are still obsessed with pretending we all hate the Cascio's and it's all a big conspiracy created by the fans. The reason is because we don't hear Michael on these songs. We hear Jason Cupeta loud and clear. And there has never been an adequate explanation for that. It really is that simple. No one is hating on anyone. We just want answers. Okay, the answer is obvious and maybe that's half the problem. A lot of people just don't want to accept it.
