Michael Jackson v. Wade Robson, a new trial to be held

I mean you cant't really compare MJ to anyone else because he lived a completely different life then all of us. Taj explained it best when he said being at neverland was like living in a bubble. On it's surface, for people who dont know the facts on each case its easy to assume the worst. However, those of us who know the facts understand how ludicrous every accusation has been. If Wade's case is the one that makes you question MJ's innosence then you need to do more research.

Also, for those who havent Id recommend hearing Brandi Jacksons interviews on this (she dated wade when the so called "abuse" was happening). Its no surprise she was left out of LN. (Wade cheated on her with Britney Spears)...Just shows what kind of person he is.

She is excellent. Very calm, very articulate. Well worth listening to.
 
One personal thing about "sleepovers": last year I took in refugees (Mother, Grandmother, 2 kids (2 and 5 years)) from Ukraine into my house. We played, went shopping for toys, I took them to playgrounds etc. I was kind of there hero and we had a great time together. But when it was time to go to bed the 5 year old would have a tantrum since he insisted on going to sleep in my bed - and yes on occasions I let him sleep with me. Does that also make me a Pedophile? Seriously, it all depends on the circumstances.

From what I understand the case is against MJJ Productions and their liability to protect a child from being molested by Michael. This is not the same as proving if Michael did molest someone. Think of it this way, if I said that I am suing you because when you were 5 your dad molested me, your argument wouldn’t be my dad didn’t molest you. Your argument would be “regardless of if it happened what the hell are you suing me for. I was 5 year old and could not stop it happening.” The estates argument would be “we don’t believe this happened, but if it did it is nothing to do with MJJ Productions and therefore the case has no merit”.

Sadly, the media will ignore the real case and focus on whatever it takes to get readers. The more scandalous the better. They have always done this when trying to destroy Michael. They mocked his appearance, his relationships, how he spoke, his lifestyle. They treated him appallingly while he was alive and will double down on it now. If this does go to court it will be a feeding frenzy for the vultures.

That's the scary part, they truly want to remove MJ off the map and so far they have failed to do so. LN really could have been it, it wasn't, thankfully. I believe a lot of people have started to see it for what it is, a horror movie with zero proof and just two men claiming shit happened. Literally anyone could do this.

But they are not giving up. When the news about the biopic came there were also reports that Oprah was trying to sabotage it and it wouldn't surprise me at all. This is not a Wade and James only thing either, they really want him gone, I definitely believe it's way beyond these two pieces of human garbage. So let's assume they don't win (if it goes to trial, nothing set in stone yet, but with their luck I'm sure it will.) I bet they can still appeal or have options left.

It's insane to me that they were granted so many appeals in the first place, all the while changing their stories. How is that not a offense? I never got that.

Some fans speculate that the timing of the estate trying to sell the catalog is odd, I haven't really thought much about it. But we do know they won't settle, I read it on Twitter today. I just hope the estate can present every bit of evidence they have on how many times these two changed their stories, how much can be proven to be just lies, the time line of everything really. You'd think any sane person can't rule in their favor then.

Yeah, she was great. Didn't she also say that Wade was begging MJ to have his wedding on Neverland while Michael at the time was fighting for his freedom? Just imagine that, that too shows what kind of person he really is.

I like the optimism, I saw more fans on Twitter calling it a good thing. I'm just not there myself. I wish the mofo had run out of appeals and that everything was over. This whole burden of proof thing scares me a little too. Do we at least know everything the estate has on him can be presented and will be looked at? From that shit about him fantasising or imagining his own children being abused (imagine that he's your father, sheesh) to the many, many inconsistencies in all his BS stories?

I assume all the stuff that has been thrown out in these ten or so years will be looked at again? What a collosal waste of time and money this is gonna be. Truly fuck the person that decided to (very likely) have it go to trial. While for years now it was dismissed.

If they bring Brandy to the court and have her testify, that alone will halve a huge whole of everything Wade Robson comes out with.

Like, I really don't even understand why people worry. This is just a legitimate ground for every bit of fan evidence to be presented and actually taken seriously, instead of having to go underneath every twitter article. The press will not be able to do much; co-op pieces and opinion baits maybe, but also just as much legitimate news sharing.

They were forced to declare "Not Guilty" just as hard as they had to present the scandalous parts too after all.

Hun, don't worry! The dude had a pretty impressive stash of adult porn found at the raid of NL, he is not a pedophile, he is not gay (well the media said there was gay stuff, but it was girl on girl stuff). In his defense, I believe the kids wanted to dress up like him. There is actually some proof out there but I forgot who or what.. It's not hard to imagine travelling with him, the attention he got and his gardrobe in sight and him wanting kids to have heroes to look up to

About the 'type'..? Jordan Chandler looks a bit like Brett Barnes yes, but they def. don't look like Wade Robson, or Gavin or James or Emmanuel etc.

What they might all have in common is a special talent, a 'Spielberg' face or general talent : Jimmy Safechuck is an actor, Wade a dancer, Gavin a comedian/actor, Chandler script writer, Mac an actor etc. IMO there is a great possibility MJ saw that (or their parents pushed for it) and he took them on to mentor them, give them opportunities and also sign them (which he also did)

The video that @Robbsaber01 posted has a good interview with a lawyer talking about this. His section of the video is the first 20 mins and it's really good, imo. He points out the obvious - WR and JS have made many inconsistent statements over the years and Michael's team absolutely will cross-examine them on this. The lawyer is very balanced, of course, and outlines the likely defence that WR and JS might use to get around that.

WR and JS argue that Michael's companies had a duty of care towards them as children. The courts disagreed and kept rejecting the cases. It was never about whether the courts did - or did not - believe WR and JS. I think this is why some fans want this to go to court, for an actual trial, so that all of these inconsistencies can be exposed properly. Right now, for the wider public, the narrative is still LN and many people still believe it. The 'changing stories' thing isn't something that is widely known, imo.

But that's just the legal system doing its thing. I remember the last time that JS had his case dismissed, the lawyer was quoted as saying they would appeal and would take their appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary.

I appreciate the reply, but I'm not sure why you said this to me....?

Trust me when I say I know all of this, I've been doing countless of reading on VindicateMJ website ever since the trial started and got my mind blown about everything, especially the Chandler case because before that I hadn't concerned myself with that. School and everything.

What I meant with my comment was Wade. You don't have to tell me Mike wasn't gay or a p. Perhaps you meant to quote someone else? Otherwise I'm a little puzzled here. 😉

Really weird that we have people on here now who seem to be playing some sort of game that involves getting as close to saying MJ was attracted to children as possible without actually saying it.

It's pretty easy to say that you don't agree with certain stuff MJ did without doing that and it's getting boring and annoying to read at this point.
