The fact that he's actually bothering to do more is just so WTF. Like dude... you won. You got fame, credibility, awards and managed to get Michael cancelled (temporarily in some cases, and in other cases permanently, i.e. The Simpsons episode is still missing from streaming). You wanted to tell and sell a shocking story and move people, and maybe even hurt people. You got what you wanted. Why bother? Just go do some other shit and leave us all alone.

As the Wade Robson’s case went back to court few days ago (July 26) to determine if the case will go to trial, clearly Dan Reed has been contacted his friends in the trash media to let them know he will be filming every minute of it to make a sequel fake documentary.
We already knew that Dan Reed has requested permission to the court to do so back in 2020 and while most court of appeal have debunked the case, it was back in the media front lines on Wednesday.

Regarding that hearing, Michael Jackson Estate lawyer Jonathan Steinsapir pushed back against a tentative decision by California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal, and he did an amazing job so far.
But Reed did not expect that the trashy media will also mention a pro-Michael documentary!
Finally they mentioned ‘Trial by Media: The Michael Jackson Story’ by Jin Chohan.
While Chohan stated in his GoFundMe that he is halting the filming due to lack of funds, it seems donations from fans have been flooding the donation platform.
Hopefully the article by the Mirror will give Chohan more visibility to the general public and that the documentary will be back on track soon. We need it more than never!

And from the start. 93, |Just that /..hellbent nature. He was hellbent on getting Michael but later, he said it was 'nothing personal' but it really did not look / feel like that.
And his nickname was mad dog in the courtroom. remember that?
 
In my opinion the pro MJ docs that are out are ok, but they are not great. I think it’s something only we fans really appreciate. We need something more emotional too. It would be great if some prominent people would speak out (not only family, fans or employees). But I guess it’s hard to find someone in Hollywood to do so, I get it though it’s a difficult subject to get involved in - but still…. Or maybe MJ really didn’t have true friends. It’s all just so sad.

The biopic is the biggest chance to answer the allegations. They have to take it.

yeah, there's no way around it. But I still believe a doc could be helpful, but it has to be something emotional, intelligent and yet "entertaining" for non fans. Something that makes MJ relatable - not to make him look as a wierdo but also not making an angel out of him.

If the doc can get the publicity at Cannes and endorsements "Leaving Neverland" can, then yes it would be helpful. But otherwise, some direct to dvd link that the fans spam under comments of articles? Useless, straight up.

Jin cohann needs to get a prime time interview to get some publicity Dan greed was on everything before his shit Doc aired
 
I think it is clear that these judges affirm the tendentious ruling since they did not look at the case at all and ignore the oral arguments. So I'm really undecided as to what I'd rather be what the next steps of the estate are. Bringing the whole thing before the Supreme Court. On the one hand I think that's really good, on the other hand I think if it's rejected there or not listened to, it's just a time delay. The trial seems realistically next year and with a televised trial it would really be a good chance for the world to really expose what untrustworthy liars Robson and Safechuck are and at the same time also expose the asshole Reed who constructed a fabricated lying -story with LN.
Either way it's going to be a tough time and I expect a media tour from the trio until the trial. I'm sure the only thing they want is a settlement, once the 3 are in court they'll start to regret it all.

I can't decide about this, either. Not that MJE legal team is desperate for my input, lol. I simply mean, I'm curious as to what the next development will be and what might be best. The Supreme Court takes only about 5% of cases that are brought before it so it might, as you say, be a waste of time even trying to go down that road. I don't know enough about US law to know how this might pan out.

It's going to be very tough. That's the only thing that I think can be predicted with certainty.

I think a Michael Jackson case this far along warrants escalating to the highest authority for once. We're all kind of tired of this subject. @Annita is right in that the interest in something other than a settlement is unlikely. They have no case, they can't just restate the documentary verbatim.


All that's currently happened that's been shown is that some people will be swayed by this. Many of the horrible naysayers won't go away.

I am positive if the estate fights this and also that more people like Shawn speak out this will be won and stopped hopefully forever!

I Challenge you to show us the MJ family to undisputably give us evidence that you where abused and I and so many others would drop Michael's Music , and what we think of him like a hot potato 🥔 but like so many that have done this before you won't and carnt because there won't be! Sorry but abusers do not just do to 1 or 2 people, it's a disease that cannot be stopped without help. It's all about money again!
If its not then drop the financial part of it! Drop the many pay offs you will get from a new fakeumentary! Or the books you and safechuck have lined up and all the Diane diamond related shows etc if you won! But you won't as your full of BS! You and so many like you killed Michael and I pity for you that you done that to someone who was just different, wanted to just bring good to the world and now is sadly missed so much by me and so many others. Theres no way wade and safechuck can prove their claims theres no physical evidence to prove he did it cuz it just wade and safechuck's words against a dead man. I bet wade is gonna fake cry in the trial just to make his claims more believable
