Exactly. I know I tried to get into that link but I'm not sure I can actually go down that path. I don't mind reading a report from @andjustice4some (assuming I decide to sign up for X which isn't very likely, tbh) but I'm not sure I could watch this thing live, minute by minute. The whole thing is just so ...

I don't even know what to say ...

The MJE legal team are busy atm. There is this WR thing but also the Jeffree Phillips thing, as well. Apparently, Phillips wanted to delay the trial, MJE legal team doesn't want that.

Estates lawyer Jon Steinsapir blew them all out of the water!

Robsons lawyer responded with some emotional BS.

The law clearly is in favor or MJs companies, Robson has nothing there.

If they side with Robsons side on this they are truly corrupt, they are just reaching deep down trying to come up with new standards of rulings to give Robson one more chance! Highly frustrating of course.

And then we have some idiot Judge asking stupid questions thinking MJJ Productions should have set up a "chaperone" to follow Michael Jackson around at any time he was in company of children, so that he would never in his lifetime be left alone with Robson or Safechuck EVEN in his HOME. It was an absolute shit show to watch.

Its clear as day and night these judges believe MJ was a child molestor and are trying to bend the rules while ignoring the actual evidence! They dont want to be the people shutting potential victims of abuse down so they make things up as they go along to prevent that from happening! Basically handing the judgement decision to the next level.

I hope there will be a transcript from this session available online, they even had text option for hearing impaired.

I dont know why you had a problem. I am on PC and just entered my name and pushed forward, thats the only thing I did. I did not have to install , register or do anything more than that.

I'm not bothered. Could just be a chromebook thing. The world of chromebook is a strange place, there are many ordinary things that don't quite work or are very, very fiddly compared to PC world or Mac world.

Just as I thought. I feel like Robson‘s and Safechuck’s side are hiding behind Michael’s tattered reputation while taking advantage of the fact that a lot of people still think that Michael was guilty because they know that they don’t need to provide hard evidence of these guys’ claims. If they did, this whole thing would have been done for good a long time ago. So they are coasting through this case by constantly getting people upset with Michael. So Michael’s again being dragged through the mud from nothing more than some stinking mind games, in my opinion.

Its really pissing me off, that Kevin Spacey is getting acquitted at the same time this is going on...

This is from @andjustice4some from when the California Court of Appeal tentative ruling was announced back in June.

"TMZ report explained: Normally, the tentative ruling is sent to the attorneys a day or two before it is made public. More than likely Finaldi leaked to TMZ. Tentative rulings can be changed.
Oral arguments will take place on July 26. Estate will argue why this ruling is wrong.
Final ruling will come out later. A few weeks to a month probably.
If the final ruling is the same as the tentative, more than likely the Estate will appeal to the Supreme Court.
SC only hears 5% of the cases submitted, so it's a long shot.
If SC hears the case, and rules for the Estate, it's over. Wade loses.
If the SC [hears the case and] rules for Wade, it goes back to the lower court for trial.
If the SC refuses to hear the case, the case will go back to the lower court for trial.
If the case goes to trial, we're looking at some serious time before it happens. Possibly some time next year."

P.S. I wasn't suggesting that you should know about the UK media coverage, btw. You're in the US aren't you? No reason for you to know about this. I just meant, Elton was all over the British media with this and it was annoying to see. Didn't read any of it myself but you couldn't avoid it, lots of coverage.
