I think the Estate would be willing to let any "breach of contract" suit slide in case he said anything publicly. Unless he reinforces the allegations instead of denying them, that is.

Trying to keep positive about all of this but it's so fucking hard... like I said before the Estate better fucking bring it.

Absolutely, we all would be fine. I'm just stating what the parameters and reality of things are. If he says anything, he is objectively liable. He got the money. That was the end of it. Maybe Michael told him, don't even worry about every saying anything. Live your life and don't ever get stuck in the tabloids game. We want to move on and did.

Never considered that last part could have happened, though I doubt Michael ever spoke directly to JC ever again after that meeting with him and his dad where the dad accused Michael.

That's also true about him being technically liable if he spoke up. It's just plain shitty that this settlement is once again biting Michael in the ass.

Yes think we should actually, Michael left behind a lot of debt remember, I personally think they do a good job. As new material can't see it happening, just enjoy the great memories we have, and the future projects to come

I'm in the UK it's past 3pm in the afternoon here, whats going on with the ruling to take Wades case to trial? I can't find any information about it.

I guess there's nothing to report yet. It's going to take the best part of an hour for them to get through the proceedings. I don't know if it even gets to be made public or what. We'll just have to wait and see. If anything can be reported it'll be on @andjustice4some, for sure. They seem to be all over this stuff. There is also @JuliaBerkowitz1. There's a few Twitter / X accounts that cover all of this.

Ah ok. I'm not on twitter so i can't keep up to date with whats happening with this hearing.

oh, hang on. Good point. I think the start time is 9am Pacific time. Which means, for the UK, 5pm. West Coast US time is 8 hours behind the UK. Not sure about Central European time.
