Michael Jackson v. Wade Robson, a new trial to be held

I pray that this goes the way we all want it to go and in the end it shows Michael was innocent of everything. Except one thing! He was a fool that let far too many people too close to him. Mostly money grabbers!
In the end I know that the last trial killed that Man. Firstly in his mind and then in his body. Plus he was in pain a lot, you only have to look at the report from the coroner to know that!

Posting as FYI. I'm sure everyone knows this stuff already but you can never be too careful, I guess.

"A lesson in clickbait:Just 3 days after the tentative ruling was leaked to TMZ and published, Radar Online posted this headline. In the article, it did state that Mac has always maintained that nothing ever happened between Michael and himself. However, the way the media works is to post a headline that subliminally influences the readers. Most people don't even read past the headline. This is what we refer to as "headline intellectuals". If you know anything about the 2005 trial or the history between Mac and Michael, we know that the prosecution would never call Mac as a witness. It's possible that the defense might, and it would not go well for the (false) accusers. But many don't know that. This is how the media sparks interest in a case. And many times, fans fall right into that trap and retweet the article or respond in outrage. This is exactly what they want, because the media doesn't care about your outrage. They care about clicks and retweets which result in profit revenue for them. We have to be outsmart the media. Choose wisely what media outlets you retweet and respond to. Don't give in to clickbait."

Fans need to get around this podcast - all the best cases for innocence are here. Share it. Get well versed in it. It eradicates every and all doubt on the man.

This is fantastic, thank you! I'm listening now - learning even more...if that's even possible.

A lot of people have this notion that Michael's supporters only support his innocence because he made good music. But not once have I heard anyone who defends Michael say ''He's innocent because Billie Jean is such a great song''

Or they think his fans are in denial and won't accept that fact that their idol was a monster.

I would say that fans would be the ones to support his innocence the MOST because we have studied him so thoroughly and are willing to take the time to research the FACTS.

Most people who think he is guilty are intellectually lazy and make quick connections to things to build their reality. 'Oh, he slept in the same bed as a child, therefore, guilty". Yeah, well while that doesn't look great. it should not render all the other evidence meaningless. But no, let's not look at the other evidence, most of it so conclusive that you couldn't reasonably call him guilty, because he slept in the same bedroom as someone. A lot of people cann't see past that. I "kind of" understand it but intelligent people usually want to hear a whole story before deciding what it all means.

For example, he often spent time during insomnia in the bathroom, there he read, listened to music. That's according to one of the maids at Neverland.

The Case for Innocence Podcast nails it on the head in that you just don't see the visceral outrage from these families that you should. They all start shopping deals and hobnobbing with lawyers over settlements. Most normal parents would want to put you in a hole in the ground if you touch their kids. Apparently Jordy Chandler's virginity had a price tag as has every boy since. It's absolute BS. If it were my kid and he were truly molested, I'd have taken the 20 mill and then taken him to criminal court and salted the earth on any possible attempt at a musical comeback. But Evan Chandler is all like, "okay Mike, you're free to go... I have my money... I may shop a book deal but outside of that, you're good to go." It is such straight up bullshit. The only reason the Arvizos actually went to criminal court is because in their case they had to win the criminal case BEFORE going civil. The family was silly enough to believe they could win and Tom Sneddon was obsessed enough to take any semi-viable case.

Bro there wouldn't be any trial lol. If he did that the only court case I'd be seeing is for the murder of Michael Jackson, straight up. Otherwise, you are just another Hollywood weirdo, not caring about what crimes they get away with, just lamenting you can't get in on the pie.

I am with everyone else. I'm a huge fan. But I have a lot of nieces nephews and if it came out with complete proper undisputed evidence that Michael had done any of this I would drop him like a red hot brick. Music as well! No disillusioned person here if you done that then you deserve to rot in hell! However I know from meeting this kind individual and also with how many Real friends have said there is no way he is guilty! I carnt wait till once again these fools have to eat lots of crow again and eventually get completely bankrupted!

He didn't even really sleep in the same bed. He slept wherever there was space for him. Chronic insomniac certainly means he wasn't likely to be an early bird.
Yes I feel MJ's insomniac doesn't get enough attention. That makes it much more understandable to have people around at night (and since he didn't like going to clubs, hanging out with kids that also like to stay up late, play video games, watch movies, create seems more understandable too) and it probably reminded him of being with his brothers and fellow musicians; I don't think MJ was ever alone during his upbringing

im a insomniac myself let me tell you its a pain in the ass! im on meds that are meant to help but they dont work and also like mike i have found myself using some of the same meds that mike used to try get a good night sleep so i really feel for mike

I’m very slowly recovering from a nervous breakdown and I am late to the news of a possible trial.
I feel that Michael was too good for this world and that Safechuckup and Wade lying Robson will regret taking their lies to court.

I can't believe Safecheck and Robberson go to court.
Who's next? Bubbles and Llama Lola?

At this point, I'm kind of beyond giving a fuck about what the general public thinks of Michael Jackson. Anybody who actually does a modicum of research into the allegations and actually reads the court documents knows that all these allegations were complete bullshit, and if people are too fucking retarded to actually look into the facts and just want to blindly believe whatever tabloid bullshit comes out...well, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.

We need to brace ourselves for the worst press coverage if the judge on wedenesday upholds the tentative decision to go to trial.
Michael's estate better bring their A-game to the oral arguments to prevent that from even happening. If it still goes to trial anyway, then they need to go in even harder. Bring in everyone and anyone they can get that's still alive to testify.

Really hoping you are not on proprofol. It was prescribed 2 me too. Told them to ...stop talking. I really hope you reconsider and try to use natural methods. @8701girl Aromatherapy I suggest. Gummys etc as someone else suggested ☮️

This is likely the estate’s last chance to bring an end to this in Michael’s favor. In fact, this goes beyond that IMO. The estate’s business interests are at stake, not just what’s left of Michael’s reputation. LN caused enough damage. The fans pointing out the issues with it took the biggest sting out of it. Which was why it lost its overall destructive effect. But this trial thing is on another level. The estate seriously need to go on the offensive in court if this goes to trial, no question. Full stop. And personally, I will be very disappointed with them if they don’t.

Hopefully, the judge will be fair and allow the estate to deal with this effectively instead of making them leave things out just to make Robson and Safechuck happy. I’m sorry. But I think it’s very suspicious how they issued a tentative order for this to go back to court when it was dismissed at least twice already. I’m sure the judge in 2021 would have had ample reason to continue with this if there weren’t any glaring problems with Robson’s and Safechuck’s cases. So what’s really going on now?
