You know, if fans truly feel in their hearts that the songs are fake, it's very unlikely that they'll just "shut up" and put up with it. MJ fans are very determined. And if they feel some outside force is threatening MJ's legacy, they won't just be silent about it, so others can enjoy. They will want their message to be heard, and they will want something done about those tracks. Because like I said, MJ fans are very determined and driven.

The weirdest thoughts come up in my mind. Seems like the arguing "fake - not fake" has become a popular exciting and addicting "game" for a while now.
And dare I say it... everyone can claim to be a MJ fan. And everyone can say to hear it or not to hear it, and everyone can be mistaking, because of subjectiveness. No one of the club has real proof. I read an interview, from a fan on another forum with a forensic voice specialist, the latter said that only the forensic voice analyse reports count in court, not what we think to hear, no matter the number of people that "don't hear" it.

I don't understand the disbelief in these actual proportions. Many possibilities have crossed my mind... Anyway, I think all this tells more about psychology of groups of fans (with maybe infiltration of haters, who knows !?...) than about the object of the fight. "We" are an interesting study object for social and group psychologues.

I agree, the psychology of MJ fans is very complicated and from a study point persepective probably interesting. My non-expert view on this: it seems more and more like mass hysteria. Not heathy, unless MJ is performing right in front of you ;)

It's a shame that fan's can't believe it's michael. Breaking news i get, but monster IMO is obviously michael, and i love it!

We should be proud he was still making awsome music at his age and with such a difficult life....

I hear Michael on all his albums i got, i hear him on all the newly leaked tracks that are non Cascio tracks. I remember demos on youtube ALL being MJ on it. I DO NOT hear Michael on these Cascio tracks though, why would i say 'Yeah well, even though i don't hear the real Michael at all on this, i'm just gonna believe it IS him'? I'd be lying to myself and everybody. MJ songs never needed any seconds of listening to find out if its him or not, never any analyzing. But these Cascio tracks start appearing and all of the sudden this kind of shit is nessecary.

One of the many reasons i will never believe its MJ.

It CAN be MJ, and this has been said before...but then they have messed around with his vocals, with the pitch and all of that. It's simple as that, if that didn't happen.....Michael didn't sing these vocals.

"Monster" is really the Thriller of 2010 IMO...

really really great...from the Orchestration to the vocal performance...

The verses are very difficult to sing...if it's fake, why to choose a so difficult verse ?

if it's fake why to make a such big project ?

I mean Monster is really big...since the beginning till the End of the Track.

it's not a little track...that you can make in a little studio in 3 weeks...

I mean : when was the last time you heard a such ambitious Track ?

Monster isn't that good, I mean Blue Gangsta is 100x better and so is 12 o clock... but if you really compare MJ's vibrato to the "MJ" in Monster, it isn't as shaky and carried out, but compare that virbato and voice to Malachi's, the same. Plus, The way he says Monster in the track sounds nothing like MJ but just listen to Don't walk away by jason and you'll hear the Malachi there and in Monster.... I really sympathize to all those who say... oooh this is MJ on Monster. Really makes me sad and I feel for you guys, not trying to be rude.... but really, compare mj's vibrato in Blue Gangsta to that in Monster, not the same at all, but listen to Don't walk away (JM), you'll see.

I have respect for your opinion and i believe you really think these tracks can be fake. But if i never came to this forum i would never doubt the songs are from MJ. Breaking news is overproduced, but when i let my friends hear 2000 watts, shout and monster, they said monster is obviously Michael... not 2000 watts
How can that be? I find it strange that half of the fans don't doubt it for a minute, and the other half thinks they are fake.
I will not say i'm right, but i just want to enjoy the album and the anticipation towards it, but that doesn't work when people keep on going about not buying the album and screaming: fake!
And i don't mean you, cause you always try to explain why you think they are fake and you have a lot of respect for other members, but there are certain people that can spoil the fun for us :(

Are you for real, the track is the worst i've ever heard associated with MJ, excluding the chorus breaking news is even a better song. It's not ambitious at all, it's just got horrible production that any semi pro can do nowadays. Well thats my take on it anyway, if you like it then good for you :)

Until you have some scientific proof (not your own ears) showing that Monster is Jason Malachi, can this PLEASE stop being paraded around as fact? You don't know for sure that it's him.

To me, that song sounds NOTHING like MJ and nothing like MJ on Monster. The fact that fans are even comparing that no-talent clown to some of Michael's final work is really, really disturbing to me.

I don't want to be rude either, but how much did MJ's voice change from off the wall to dangerous... Blue ganster is from 2001? I don't know for sure
And monster from 2007... I read somewhere that michael complained about his voice not being the same in 2008. I also don't know if that's true but who knows?
And how come that Malachi guy never made a track i really liked, and now, all of the sudden, he makes potential hits? For another artist... come on! (not talking breaking news)

TO be honest, I think this track has a GREAT beat, and great vocals aswell (Yeah a bit confusing but it's MJ alright.)
The production is also awesome!
It's a more modern song than most of MJ's songs but I really like how it turned out!
