La Toya releases new book and single / Summary @ Pg 30 / Pictures @ Pg 33

Has the the Queen of pop given interview about the anniversary? I'm looking forward for this, actually I was waiting for this day, just because.
 
So wait la Toya in her first book never says Joe sexually molested her and Rebbie? She only added that in her interviews afterwards? O_O Oh....See I didn't know that, really. I stayed away from that book and now this one too. Only seen her jacked up interviews about the book from the 90's so I assumed everything she said was in her book too? So it's amazing that she never answered Matt in that recent MSNBC interview?! WOW! She is hard to take seriously, u can't just be added shit afterwards like that! WTF?

I read her first book online about a year ago. It has nothing offensive to Michael in it and praised him for being so in control and supportive of her. With Joe, what she wrote about him was pretty much what Michael has been saying for years, except in greater details. She even has a story similar to the one Michael told the Rabbi about being oil down and beaten. She was also the first one to write that Mrs. Jackson is not as innocent as she acts and can be as greedy and selfish as Joe about certain things. She cites the Victory Tour and even certain parts of the Bad Tour which did actually happen. I would say at least 3/4 of her first book was true or had stories that actually could had happen given what we have seen of that family.

Even funnier, she liked Brance and Frank in her first book. She saw them as people that Michael hire to forge his own path and get away from their father who was trying to control Michael's ever move. Too bad her husband 'force' her to write that.
 
She did a book signing today? That just sums everything up.
 
I doubt she cares, doing one today gives her more publicity so that's why she is all for it
 
I thought she cancelled the signing today.. so it turns out she didn"t?

she cancelled it. She received so much shit for it..it was cancelled on thursday.

But yeah..she had a book signing planned for the 25th. Utter Disgust.
 
^^^ As someone said in the comments - one person's abuse is another person's discipline. However, I feel that Janet was spot on in outlining LaToya's motivations.

It is all about attention and maybe that is why NONE of her family members are supporting this venture.

Yes, LMP said MJ told her names, but she didn't give any maybe because SHE knows she could be sued without evidence...But don't think for one second, that LaToya of ALL people who had contact with MJ once since 2005 is telling the TRUTH about MJ telling her anything...hell, she had only met her niece and nephews(PPB) about 6 times before MJ passed and she lived 3 minutes away from her brother. The woman is a pathological liar, and attention seeker who will do and say ANYTHING to have the spotlight on her, because let's face it, she has NO talent, besides flapping her gums! I'm not believing the John Branca did it crap either...this man has turned MJ's Estate around, and has filed EVERYTIME, the proper documentation with the court of the accounting of the Esate, which most is public record...You wouldn't do that if you were trying to hide a scheme, because you better believe, the JUDGE has a forensic accountant go over ALL the records, especially since those kids are the beneficiaries and have a guardian ad litem, who has to be notified of the Estates finances.
 
By admitting her non exsistant relationship with mj it was the final nail in any credibility she had.shes knows all this but saw him once in 5 years.i saw him more times than her in the last five years i think ill write a book!
 
I don't trust ANY Jacksons brothers or sisters.

They just want money, they will do anything for money. The worst it's there are 3 kids in the middle on this mess.

^Right! But, Janet also says that there was no abuse and we all know there was. She even now says she once got hit & talk about Joe's lack of love. She is only right about la toya wanting attention. But, not about the abuse part! To believe Janet at that time would be calling MJ a liar and she was the one lying, yet calling la toya a liar at the same time. lol

Even Michael says la toya first book was the truth. What he didn't agree with was her changing and adding stuff that wasn't in the book after the allegations broke out.

Exactly! lol Janet has been a liar herself, hell she lied about being married for 10+ years, so she ain't exactly trustworthy in my book either...

I totally agree with you! I can't believe she trying to make her brother look stupid. We are talking about Michael here. A man who made really smart business decisions with his career. Many who knew him well have said the man was highly intelligent. So if Latoya or anyone else expect us to believe he only agree to 10 shows then they better come up with proof. Hearsay ain't going to cut it. At least AEG has a contract with Michael as proof of their agreement. What does Latoya have? A series of concerts like This is it will cost more to produce and there will be no profit for Michael or AEG if is only 10 shows...is just common sense! Like you said, MJ and AEG knew it. After decades of being in the business Michael would know how many concerts he needs to put on in order to get anything out of it. He has to pay the bills, feed his children, provide a roof over their heads and many other things like the various charities he supported. There is no way Michael would put on concerts and get nothing out of it.

Wow, at the part about the beatings with a sock full of wet sand. It just infuriates me whenever I hear/read about these accounts from Michael. I can't stand how MJ's family diminishes Joe's abuse. Before Michael died, I really didn't know the extent of this abuse. He spoke about it in interviews but I hadn't heard the real horror stories such as this one or the ones Michael describes in the Rabbi's book (and audio tapes). It's heartbreaking what he had to endure. And on top of all that, his privacy was constantly being invaded.

I need to vent! Latoya failed to realize is that MJ wanted his children to enjoy their childhood to the fullest. Instead of them spending their free time watching nonsense on T.V like a lot of children do they were playing, reading, taking private acting class with a private teacher MJ had come to the house. For him educating his children and allowing them to have childhood was more important. He was also encouraging their dream (acting dream). Those children were enjoying their childhood. I wouldn't call a 13 year old girl spending her free time on twitter a childhood. Also Michael didn't want his children to grow up spoiled and that is part of the reason he didn't right of the bat tell his children who he was (superstar). He was daddy and that is all that matters. He didn't give them everything they wanted. What is wrong with a parent not giving their children everything they want. Obviously Michael was a great dad. He didn't want spoiled children. There are parents who spoil their children but later on come to regret it very much. MJ saw that and didn't want that. Now I guess the family are handing the children everything they want. What does a 14 and 13 year old kids need a cell phone for. What is the point of that. They are not by themselves so it couldn't be for emergency reasons. To me, this nonsense happening right now is what Michael as a parent was trying to avoid. Those kids are not having a normal childhood. Twitter and cell phones has nothing to do with childhood. This is just my opinion and some might disagree with me...it seem like those children are not learning the value of things which is what their father tried to teach them. What...is when Prince or Paris turn 16 and have drivers license will they be getting a Bentley or maybe a BMW. Latoya and the rest of the family act like he held his children hostage in their house. What Michael a responsible parent did is not normal but spoiling those children rotten and allowing them to get into all sorts of things they have no business getting into like twitter is okay and normal. I'm not a fan of any child being on twitter, facebook or other social networks. So my attitude about this doesn't only apply to Michael's children.

I'm so pissed off! Sorry I had to vent! I hope I didn't go off topic!
