How is that possible? Alejandra lives in condo that the estate owns and I thought she doesn't have to pay rent?
Maybe she has moved out of that condo, and now cannot pay the rent?

While Michael could afford to have an expensive taste, whereas Jermaine have an expensive taste that he cannot afford.
We know for the fact that Jermaine bought that car and we know for the fact he could afford to pay his child support, thus Katherine asked loan from Michael's estate so Jermaine's babymama got support she needed.

If you want facts, why don't you do a search? Few clicks on the google and voila, you have an access to court documents?

I was wondering the same thing because I still thought she lived in the estate owned condo. Maybe she did move, although I'm sure if she did, it wasn't her decision.

No darling, nothing said here was guessing.
Everyone knows he and randy shared the same woman under the same roof . Dont tell me you need evidence of that ? They have kids with the same shared woman.

Alejandrah did ask for child support from both Randy and Jermaine . Randy got off on a technicality , it was proven he had never ever paid for his children with alejandrah . Courts documents are available to review. As for Jermaine , katherine testified that jermaine provided to them through her when he cold not provide any evidence of support, we all know the money was coming from mike not jermaine. When the estate asked alejandra and her children to leave MJ's house again jerma refused to provide them with a house .

katherine asked mj's estate to do so ,thus it is mj who has kept a roof over the children's heads not their deadbeat fathers. Even after the estate provided them with an apartment jermaine defaulted on child support and had katherine ask the estate to pay for them which was mentioned in court documents the estate did give katherine a huge loan to pay for jerma's child support.

I couldn't believe it when i heard my radio station say it but i guess it was true so unreal.

Tom J from the radio station had a good suggest Janet give everybody in her family a millon and just maybe just maybe their will forget about going after Michael's money.

Maybe the estate allowed her to stay in that condo certain amount of time and then she had to move?
To be honest, I don't see any reason why should the estate is responsible for providing home for Jermaine's ex-wife and their kids. There is a $700 million tax bill coming and they need every penny to pay it:)

Million is not enough for them to forget billions that Michael's estate has. Jermaine would spend a million in one shopping trip to Michael Jackson look-alike shop.

If you back to 1999, Katherine and Joe Jackson filed bankruptcy. Mostly on account of expensive cars, a large credit card debt and back taxes, to the tune of $20 million.

Katherine lives in Calabasas and I believe it was to rid all the Jackson's out of Hayvenhurst. It has become more and more apparent, that these Jackson's lived far too long off of Michael's dime and at least the Estate is trying to get them to live within a budget. Only problem is, the Jackson's have an entitlement complex and living within their means means Jermaine Jackson goes out and buys a ferrari. Hey if you want to defend that by all means do. Who cares if you pay your bills or not!

WAGES GARNISHED FOR CHILD SUPPORT

The very day Jermaine Jackson became the owner of a $160,000, 2009 Ferrari California ... he had his wages garnished because he was behind on his child support ... TMZ has learned.

According to official documents ... Jermaine's baby mama, Alejandra Jackson, obtained an order which allowed the government to withhold $3,750 from his wages.

Alejandra -- who has had recurring problems getting child support from Jermaine -- got the order after he fell behind. The breakdown of the $3,750 -- $3,000 for monthly support, and $750 for past due.

The garnishment order allows the government to garnish future wages as well to cover the $3,000 a month.

As we first reported ... Katherine Jackson is pissed off at Jermaine for dropping $70k in cash (he traded in his Rolls-Royce for $90k) when he couldn't pay his bills.

For me, this just confirmed why Jermaine Jackson didn't go to the UK to perform with the lead singer of the Osmonds, Merrill Osmond. That Jermaine Jackson was having issues concerning not paying his Court-ordered child support payments, which wasn't the first time this has happened, in regards to Jermaine Jackson, his passport and Court-ordered child support payments.

The buying of the Ferrari is to give the public that Jermaine wants people to perceive that he is doing well enough financially with his 'struggling' Career. It's the appearance that keeps landing Jermaine Jackson back in Court to pay his fair share in Child Support. I actually commend Alejandra for doing this to Jermaine, because you'd think he'd stop having children with baby mama's, what with all the child support payments. This is why the Court's got involved, because men refused to pay Child Support payments regularly.

Such as Evan "the dentist" Chandler, who extorted money out of Michael Jackson, so they could live a lifestyle that they didn't earn!

One forensic accountant testified that the singer had an "ongoing cash crisis" and was spending $20 million to $30 million more per year than he earned.

In March of last year, the singer faced foreclosure on Neverland. He also repeatedly failed to make mortgage payments on a house in Los Angeles that had been used for years by his family.

In addition, Jackson was forced to defend himself against a slew of lawsuits in recent years, including a $7 million claim from Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the second son of the king of Bahrain.

Memorabilia auctions were frequently announced but became the subject of legal wrangling and were often canceled.

Time and again, however, Jackson found a way to wring cash out of high-value assets, borrowing tens of millions at a time or leaning on wealthy friends for advice, if not for money.

Al Khalifa, 33, took Jackson under his wing after his acquittal, moving him to the small Gulf estate and showering him with money.

In his lawsuit, Al Khalifa claimed he gave Jackson millions of dollars to help shore up his finances, cut an album, write an autobiography and subsidize his lifestyle — including more than $300,000 for a "motivational guru." The lawsuit was settled last year for an undisclosed amount. Neither the album nor book was ever produced.

Michael was in debts for over $ 400 million, he just got luck people never gave up on him and believed in him.

If my husband would leave me or I leave him, I have to take care of my own roof, he's def not going to pay for this , neither would my parrents in law
 
@Treasure, I know Michael was in debt and couldn't even get more credit to his credit card, but at least he was working towards getting his money issues sorted out, but we cannot say the same thing about Jermaine. He just wait someone else to do the working part and then he puts his hands out.

Well, having his wages garnished may work out for the both of them. Alejandra will be sure to get her money every month and Jermaine won't have to think about it anymore, the money will just automatically go to her, kind of like direct deposit. Probably should have done this a long time ago.

You've hit the nail right on the head, Bubs. Michael manned up to doing those 50 Show's, because he knew this would erase the bad debt. The fact that he held out and didn't agree to doing the Show's with Randy Phillips in 2007, I think, was good strategy.

Even though Michael almost lost "Neverland" to a Public Auction, it was Tom Barrack who looked at Michael Jackson and valued him for who he was. This is why Tom Barrack called his friend, Phillip Anschutz, to put Michael back to work. Maybe Randy Phillips just wasn't where Michael felt this business venture was at the austere, Michael expected. Business dealings with Tom Barrack and Phillip Anschutz was the kind of respect, business acumen, that Michael Jackson was looking for. The recognition by these two billionaire's, especially with the sting of how poorly things went in Bahrain and how Michael did not want to work with the 33 year old Prince of Bahrain and then settled a lawsuit with him, Michael Jackson with the Prince of Bahrain via Phillip Anschutz, through his Company, AEG Live!
 
let people talk crap about where Jermain spends money like we all spend our money wisely.. Not saying it's a "smart" choice but who are we to give someone crap of where his/her money goes when we don't know the person...
 
Michael was asset rich even when he had cashflow issues and debt something that many here conveniently forget, he also sold out 50 concerts right before he died, what the heck did Jermaine have? Apart from loose morals?

I would agree in theory and would not have a comment to make if there wasn't the child support issue, plus also knowing that it was Michael who supported the ex by default, I would feel the same way if we were talking about joe blogs down the road.
 
What kind of man defaults on only $ 3,750 in child support and has his ex go to court to ask for it when he is willing to fork $ 60,000 on a ferrari ? Seriously how does his children feel about him ? oh wait they probably feel it is uncle mj mistake their mother has to ask for money he should have given them the money himself . That's why everyone is in support of the lawsuit against AEG

Here is something to read from Jermaine's declaration:
That responded (Alejandra) would have me "sing at weddings", as she claimed in her deposition, in order to earn is simply naive. At minimum, such actions by me would only result in forever removing my name from any other legitime prospects I could potentially be considered for in the future.

Note, Jermaine tried to stop any of this information getting outside of the court room as he felt he has right for privacy. He also said it doesn't look good in public when he drives Rolls Royce when he is behind child support. Nothing has changed, it still doesn't look good that he drives Ferrari and cannot pay his child support.

I think Randy and Jermaine both really hates Alejandra and will do anything that she doesn't get any money. Unfortunately they are very short-sighted and doesn't realise that paying child support in time is much better than been pictured as dead beat dads in the media. I wonder if their kids (Jermajesty and Jafaar) gets teased at school by other kids, as they can be very hurtful as we know from Paris' case?

About other kids supporting AEG case, I think you are right. Jermaine said this in his declaration:
"Thus I find myself in a Catch-22 situation where while I need money, I also need to be very cognizant of what employment I do undertake so as not to degrade my market value and ability to obtain legitimate work in the future. Unfortunately (and sadly), this troubling situation is very common in the entertainment industry."

I think that goes with most of the Jackson's as they cannot work because they are members of "Jackson dynasty". Some of them might make a living in the entertainment industry, but most of them don't and they didn't finish the school, so they don't have anything to fall back. False bride doesn't pay the bills and they simply cannot expect to Michael's estate to take care of them.
 
I do remember reading that about why Jermaine Jackson could not pay Child Support payments, to the Court, his image.
