@KOPV I agree that we don't have enough information on Jermaines finances and equally we should remember that we don't have enough information on his and Aledrandras relationship to judge.

With child support almost every case is different and sometimes the ex obtains spousal support as well, these things are more complicated if someone is self employed or if their wages fluctuate. BUT, what they must do is go back to court with the relevant proof and seek a reduction. The original amount awarded can be reduced. You can't just ignore it, if your circumstances change you should go back to court or you would still be liable for the original amount.
