'Tight knit my ass!'.....that was hilarious!!!!LOL
yes..BEST line ever...Michael knew his own family well..'Tight knit my ass!'.....that was hilarious!!!!LOL
I agree...I once tweeted that to some Jackson family supports and was told that Michael NEVER said that and do I have proof....so I linked them to this video...and ya know what...I NEVER got response...
Nobody needs to have separated Michael from his "bloodline," he did that all by himself. LOL!
I believe if the "bloodline" didn't CONTINUE to bug him about reunion tours and/or business ventures, that things would have been a whole lot different between Michael and his "bloodline."
Listen to the Moonwalk ghost writer tapes he wasn't secretely tapped then. The least his siblings could have done for him was to support him during the trial and attend it, that was the LEAST they could have done, they didn't do him any favors by showing up there, after having lived off his money for decades that was the least they could have done, Michael didn't owe them just because his relatives showed up. Katherine and Joseph were demanding money to defend him against the allegations during the trial, their behavior was as nasty back then as it is now. What does this tell you? What was the reason to show up in the first place? Did they do it out of love? Or did they do it to demand something in return outta MJ (which they did all the blackmailing for reunion tours are well documented, which happened after the trial even as recent as 07/08/09). Your repeated posts have shown there is no point in talking to you as according to you everyone else but the Jackson's is evil trying lure these poor innocent people into something they don't want to do. Have a nice day.
exactly.and the rest.theres been loads and thats just the ppl we are aware of.yeah there certainly wasnt a pattern of mj looking for a family.
In the words of a great man."tight nit my ass"but i guess some are still living in the in the 70s with the make believe motown created image
I never claimed he was trying to replace his family. I'm just saying that the fact he never spoke against his family in public doesn't mean that he was close with them. As he says, this whole image of the tight-nit Jackson family is a facade to look good to the public. That doesn't mean he didn't love his family. I'm sure he did and it's obvious he adored his mother. But he quite clearly distanced himself from the rest of his family (which they admitted themselves on numerous occasions). I don't understand why this is so hard for you to accept.
You are going to the other extreme. Michael was in a vulnerable position during the trial and he needed all the support he could get. Of course he wasn't going to turn his own family down when they wanted to attend court with him.
You are putting words in my mouth. Damn yes I'd be upset with them if they couldn't even be there for their brother/son in his darkest hour when he's been supporting them since he was 5 years old. But they were there (and I hope it was with the genuine intention to just support him) so there is no need to wonder about "what if...".
Nobody is trying to seperate Michael from his family. But you'd have to be in denial not to see that Michael was closer to other families (like the Cascios) than he was to his own. Didn't Janet say she hadn't seen Michael in two years even though he had had Prince Michael during that time? What kind of aunt doesn't even pay a visit to her newborn nephew in over 2 years? I'm an aunt myself and I can't even imagine that. No schedule would be busy enough to keep me away from my nephews for that long. It tells you something about her priorities.
And I am the last person who would derail the thread to JFam bashing so don't take my post the wrong way. I do not 'hate' the Jacksons but this is just the truth as I see it. It happens to many families.
Also, I didn't know the Moonwalk tapes were released! Can anyone send me the link (via PM if necessary) please?? I'd be forever grateful
'Tight knit my ass!'.....that was hilarious!!!!LOL
yes..BEST line ever...Michael knew his own family well..
Of course he loved his family but, he couldn't stand some of their actions! I don't see how that is so hard to understand for some!?
the most important thing to pay attention to about that discussion that mj had with glenda, is that it is a discussion that obviously took place before mj went through that 1993 stuff, and that, that discussion also proves what evan chandler said about mj was a total lie.
During that discussion that mj had with glenda, mj expressed wanting to get into a real relationship, and that he wanted to get married. He was pointing out that all of his brothers had girlfriends or were married and he wanted the same thing.
Now, why use that telephone discussion as a way to pit mj against his family when there are far, far more important things being said in that discussion that are far more useful for him?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxybrk0qp2c&feature=related
also, in 2004, mj said the following to his family in the booklet that comes with "the ultimate collection" box set. It is written exactly like this.
Jackson family...who are the rock, the
foundation, the cornerstone of my entire life and
career...mother, joseph, rebbie, jackie,
tito, jermaine, la toya, marlon, randy
& janet. I love all of you and remember, when
god is for us, there's nothing mankind can't do.
Praise god!
Now, you all know that mj would never include god in anything that he is saying if he were deliberately lying about what he is saying. He loves god too much to do that.
So again, stop trying to separate him from his family, and stop trying to make it seem like separating him from his family is what he would want you to do. His own words from 2004 are revealing how he feels about his family members.
Siblings bicker from time to time. It is nothing new. But you know what else siblings do? They also put their differences aside, too. If anyone here that have siblings is trying to say that they never ever clash...well, i guess it is a rarity that is taking place in your life, and you are very lucky to have it like that. Maybe you can pass this rare occurrence on to other families that don't. Most families i know do not have a situation where two brothers have children by the same woman, but most families i know have siblings that bicker and fight each other, and then the same siblings band together when someone outside of the family tries to hurt any one of them. They just don't have cameras on them and articles constantly being written about them.
Now, getting back to alejandra...
Isn't it interesting that mj moved out of hayvenhurst and into his new residence, sycamore valley ranch (aka neverland), in 1988? Alejandra was just starting to crank up the madness at hayvenhurst around that time, wasn't she? From looking at the year that mj moved out of hayvenhurst, what jermaine said about mj not liking alejandra may very well be true. Does this mean that jermaine should not help provide for his children by alejandra? No, of course not. He most certainly should provide support. I'm just pointing out the time frame. The time of alejandra's entrance into the house is lining up with mj's exit from the house.
^Um yea...so I stick to what I wrote earlier lol:Siblings bicker from time to time. It is nothing new. But you know what else siblings do? They also put their differences aside, too. Guess the advance for selling out your dead bro paid for it.
Jermaine Jackson -- I'm NO LONGER a Deadbeat Dad
5/17/2011 12:10 AM PDT by TMZ Staff
Jermaine Jackson is FINALLY caught up with his back child support payments ... TMZ has learned -- after coughing up roughly $80,000 to his baby mama.
As of January, Jermaine owed Alejandra Jackson $91,921 in unpaid child support -- but sources close to Jermaine tell TMZ, the former couple reached a settlement in April for an amount closer to $80k.
And get this, Jermaine actually paid the settlement amount IN FULL -- according to new court docs filed last week.
Slow clap.

He paid? I'm curious to know from where this money came
He paid? I'm curious to know from where this money came....... :fear:
Looks like Jermaine is trying to clean up his image before the release of his book.
In my opinion, Jermaine has "most likely" earned a few dollars, here and there, since Michael died.
I'm thinking the problem is that Jermaine doesn't want to share those few dollars with his children. LOL! He'd much rather live above his means and travel with wifey.
Ok I will take a guess! I say some came from the advance on his MJ book and the rest from Katherine.
Just a guess...h34r:

Now he will have to obtain some sort of GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT, and I ain't talking about his upcoming book, in order to maintain some sort of child support schedule. Otherwise he will be in the same boat a year or so from now.
His two son's are still young and Lord help him if he creates any children with his NEW bride. LOL!
