i guess he means the ambulance arrived after 30 so u are looking at him not calling one for around 20mins. the only thing i can say is if they had kept a pulse the amount of time it took toget help mj would have been braindamaged or brain dead anyway.so u would have had the pain of that and turning machines off. but this guy killed mike. seriously it just gets worse

its called trying to cover your ass
exactly and i guess the good news is its obvious

hopefully that'll make it easier for the Jacksons to get at the truth

the fact this doc's atty is a LIAR

I know he's busy, but I hope Mez is keeping a CLOSE eye on this.

Its really bugging me how the news outlets are following the attorney's intent and continuosly repeating what he said as if now that is fact.

CPR for 25 - 30 minutes, before they called 911?!

OMG Is that true? I've had CPR lessons and the first thing to do is to call the hospital who have the right material, or let someone else call en then start CPR.
I know that that doctor is only human and that it's too late now and it won't bring Michael back. But it just makes me so angry and the thought that Michael's death could have been prevented makes it even worse for me.

I agree

I don't even understand how some people are saying things like how the doctor too was only human and was panicking and maybe forgot the basics... what the hell. Doctors have to deal with emergencies on a daily basis, if you can't handle it, then you quit, people's lives hang in the balance. There is NO excuse for incompetence! I hope he pays gooood for whatever part he played in this awful awful thing happening.

Do you think Mesereau will be brought in again??
I think the family probably really trusts him for obvious reasons and I feel he really cared about seeiing justice for justice's sake and for Michael's sake while he was defending him.

Its just, Mez is a criminal attorney and it may or may not be possible for Mez to rep the family but I do wish and hope it could be somehow so.

I feel he'd be the best choice for the Jacksons to use if there's any way possible.

This whole thing makes me sick :mello: I can't even imagine what the family is going through.

anger. I am filled with anger. at everyone invovled and everyone reporting. WE"VE BEEN FIGHTING FOR HIM FOR 15 years (at least) and they JUST NOW wanna start listening to us. TOO LATE! and this fucking "DOCTOR" Im mad at MJ for Hiring him and I'm FURIOUS at the "DR" I have ZEO medical training and My first thought was "on the bed?---throw him on the floor A*****!" The only thing worse than a tragic early death is one that could have been prevented. I cycle through anger and sadness but as of late anger has taken over. I want answers.

Please Stop Judging what YOU do not know
This DR is a Cardiologist and what he did is also an exceptable procedure

you are not a doctor and you do not have all the facts

you are like a feeding fenzy just as bad or worse then the tabloids

You guys scare me sometimes STOP :angel:

I'm curious. Does anyone work or have hospital experience. When CPR is performed in a hospital, they don't put the person on the floor, right? They do it on the bed. Is a board or support of some kind used, or is it a firm bed? Or something else entirely?

This is all so confusing and yes, something's fishy. But I just don't wanna point fingers and falsely accuse the doc of any wrongdoing.

my friend has been taking an education that involves a certificated CPR curse, and she says that it's common to do urgent CPR on a bed. Sometimes there is simply no time to move the patient.

Please try to have an open mind with this poor guy. He is innocent untill proven guilty. Just like Michael was back in the days right?

yes we are just calling what we see

something I do know is by the time that doctor had 911 called, it was too late and 'course this is just according to what we can now see.

speaking of them saying that for security reasons the phones were not in operation ..

he has a heart doctor by his bedside 24/7 ... with no way to call for help in the event of a heart emergency?

In addition to everything else SO FAR, that does not compute.

I have no medical training but I have common sense.
Just because you don't know the address to where you are is not an excuse not to call 911- The call could have been traced and an ambulance could have gotten to the house quicker.
I've never heard such bullshit in my life.
First thing you do is call 911 not try to revive him and then when that doesn't work go find somebody to call 911. That is ridiculous. Then CPR with one hand for an adult male?? How don't care how thin Micheal was, you could effectively pump enough pressure to the heart with one hand.
Then do mouth to mouth, the time it took to remove his hand from MJ back and to do the mouth to mouth would have been too long and awkward.
The amount of time wasted here is shameful all the way around

Now that I can appreciate. It wasn't that fact that bothers me as much as the fact that by the time 911 was finally called, Michael had already NOT RESPONDED to that emergency CPR and the doctor had not already put him on the floor to
ensure FULL CONTROL of the resussitation process. Two hands to pump his heart to ensure aim and control, mouth to mouth, it doesn't even look like he had a defibulator to send electric shocks to the heart! The attorney described what happened and it did not include an AED.

I agree MJ was "innocent until proven guilty" but the thing is, he hadn't done a series of things that made him look guilty. They had to make up everything to make him LOOK guilty and even THAT didn't make him look guilty not one bit.

Well, was this an incompetent or careless doctor, or is this murder. Now I really am beginning to wonder, Michael was about to come back and make a fortune, and those who sought to destroy him and failed because a bankrupt Michael would have to sell the catalogue and maybe Neverland at a much lower price that a Michael with hundreds of millions of pounds stirling (check out the exchange rate) would not need to sell it.

The motive is there, and if they can pass it off as medical malpractice at the very worse and make it worth Murrey's while you have it.

CPR on a domestic bed for gods sake, even the height of the bed would make it less effective, let alone a soft matress. Hospital beds are much firmer and are raised to the right height. For pity's sake how long was Michael down before the EMT were called, I suspect long enough to ensure that he didn't survive, and with all the tales of drugs it would be impossible to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Michael took them himself.

To those blatantly blaming the doctor and even calling him a murderer, you are just as bad as the tabloids. Get some self controll for christ sake!

No. Im sorry. Had that doctor demonstrated that he was in fact the poor person who arrived to find that awful shock, did everything by the book but it just wasnt enough, I would be agreeing with you. But his own lawyer has stated how he gave CPR, how long it took to call 911 etc etc. This was failure on his part to exercise his basic responsibilities as a medical practitioner and he needs to be held accountable.

Just out of curiosity, have you computed (added up) the facts we have so far?

I appreciate you guyz being fair and all, its just that some of this stuff is suspect SO FAR.

And the Jacksons are just as concerned as we are that something doesn't look right here.

Hay when more truth comes out to invalidate these concerns this thread will fade to the back and a new one will be created with updates. . . but until then ...

hay all we're doing is examining the last person seen with MJ with a fine tooth comb.

You still only know tidbits of the whole story. You are in no way qualified to pass judgement on this, none of us are. Until there's a complete picture of what happened, there's no telling what did in fact occur.

I'm so sick of the hypocrisy of some people.

Im so sick of the self righteousness of others also. We ALL only know titbits and we are entitled to our opinion. The vast majority im sure would agree on the balance of probabilities with me.

I'm not a doctor but I'm a registered nurse and I work in a hospital 40+ hours a week. I know a thing or two. NO ONE does CPR on a bed with one hand on an adult. That is just RIDICILOUS.

HAHAHA people arnt thinking here. It is IMPOSSIBLE to do CPR with 1 arm under the body and using the other. Try it. Even though MJ was thin... ur arms dont go that far around. Unless he dislocated 1 arm

I'm curious. Does anyone work or have hospital experience. When CPR is performed in a hospital, they don't put the person on the floor, right? They do it on the bed. Is a board or support of some kind used, or is it a firm bed? Or something else entirely?

Hospital beds are designed for it. Notice they are very hard and uncomfortable.. i can bet comfort was a big thing for MJ with his back injury

not just the CPR but all the details I'm hearing about the way it unfolded sound wrong, fishy and absolutely ridiculous
my head is spinning I can't take this

25 minutes in the hands of a duious doctor is such a shame especially because the UCLA medical centre was literally 5 minutes away from his Beverly Hills home. All this is heartwrenching....
