intresting comment by judge. its now a murder investigation?

thanks for posting. Murder, it wouldn't surprise me one bit. I just hope they get their facts right and build a strong case so people involved can be punished like they should!
 
I Hope Michael Jackson gets justice, and for the looks of that sounds like a second degree murder to me, I don't think that they have enough to convict the Doc (I refuse to say this a-hole's name) for 1st degree murder.
 
The "M" word truly gives me the chills. But whatever it is, I wish there was some progression. More resources are needed on this case. Here we are in December and still Murray hasnt been arrested, and neither has anyone else. Its like Michael death has just faded into the background and is no longer significant. Where are the answers?

I truly believe that Dr. Murray DID NOT act alone.

I truly hope he'll be charged with 2nd degree murder as he truly deserves and whoever was Murray's puppeteer get capital murder charges.

Remember, whoever has the security tapes that were stolen from MJs house - is the murderer.

Also 1 million dollars in cash and millions in jewelry were also stolen.

So I say & pray: SEARCH WARRANT everybody who had access to the house, employees, family members, guests, EVERYONE.

It's still active, the LAPD are not answering any questions.

The lead detective, Det. Orlando Martinez, requested to the LA District Attorney to seal and hold all documents until January 18, 2010.

So we'll see.
 
Since that awful day i have really only had one question...WHY? i still ask it every day. :girl_heartbroken:

I heard about that, those tapes might show what really happened. I hope they have'nt been destroyed although chances are that is sadly what killer probably did. And I also wonder about the two sisters who went to pick some things up after the Doctor called them to do something if I am remembering correctly.

Those of us who regularly contribute in the MJJC Investigative Unit Thread, may not find this so shocking afterall.

We've been saying this and more since day one.

It's about time, we have some proof the Investigation is going in this direction!
 
I'm going to wait and see how this unfolds before I invest any deep emotion into it for my own personal sake. If I get behind the 'Murray the murderer' stance and it ends up with him getting off scott free I wouldn't be able to take it. I want Murray to pay for taking Michael away from us but cant emotionally get involved until I hear on the news that he's been arrested.
 
looks like he changed the cocktail on the last day and gave him ten milligrams of valium. (then went in the bathroom to toke on some weed and talk to his girlfriend). hmmm . most likely they will wittle the sentence down to manslaughter for pure negligence. geez he must have stood there and panicked .wow and he's still seeing patients.

Exactly. I'll finally feel something is happening when this happens as well. For now I'm just being very reserved. If I get too emotional wound up in this and he gets a light slap on the wrist it would be very difficult to handle.
 
Wow...it kind of makes you wonder if La Toya and tge rest of the family has been aware of this. She was the one days after to say he was murdered. Even Harvey from TMZ was questioning if she knew tge difference between manslaughter and murder. I guess now, all we can do is sit back and wait.
 
:( This is all so surreal sometimes.
But, it's something isn't it. Murray just has to pay.
 
how can this be a murder investigation if murray is allowed to go back to work... no murder suspect that is a doctor would be allowed to work patients unless their name is cleared.

America is an odd place justice wise however he def wouldve been arrested 6months into the investigation.
Perhaps Murray is the easy target? I think at the end of this some fans will have red faces calling Murray out because there is a bigger picture. For starters, we don't know who was in that house.
I'm not stressed about Murray, he's not going anywhere

IKR?! You'd think even a doctor in a homicide case (which he is, undeniably) would be barred from practicing medicine while under investigation. :no: I just don't get it... The 6 month delay I can understand - if it's really involved and they are covering all of their bases and everything, but a guy who killed someone (accidentally or not) still being allowed to work and administer the very drug that killed his patient?!....I really don't understand it. :no:

I think the emotional trauma was SO great that a lot of people want to "settle for" and believe that Murray was an idiot (which may be true) and had a very bad accident with a patient (which may not be true). There is a great necessity for closure, and I do understand that. But right. . we do NOT know who was in that house. If this were a simple mistake, then the Security tapes would not have vanished. That is a gigantic red-flag. Isn't it?

I believe Murray is the easy target, and if that was all the LAPD knew, he would have been arrested months ago.

I believe that yes, some fans will have red-faces and will have to adjust belief-systems, as possible. If this was as simple as Murray giving an overdose of propofol, this would have been OVER already. We are approaching six months, so obviously this is NOT simple. We just do the best we can, all of us, in our different ways.
 
re the tapes. that was first reported by the national enquirer so not credible. u cant go believing illegitiamate news outlets just cause the story suits your theory.. the delay better be cause its murder two. if he ends up just getting charged with manslaughter after this length of time it will be a joke
 
the murray being suspended i guess its an american thing cause anna nicole smiths doctors are only been gone after now interms of suspending them
 
I've been dwelling on this for the past hour and there is no right away around this. If its manslaughter we'll be angry that its not a murder charge. If its murder then it means that the police believe Michael was murdered, which is going to leave us all devastated. And if he walks then the anger all of us will display will be immense. No matter what happens to Murray in all situations it isn't going to bring Michael back and I would give anything to have our dear Michael back. Seeing Murray behind bars will only be a tiny consolation for us. We will never be healed-Michael is no longer here. We're always going to have that massive hole in our hearts until the day we pass.

It was reported by CNN, in the U.S., for a day-and-a-half after Michael's death, and then totally vanished from consideration. I know. I SAW the reports. Then, the N.E. followed up, but by then the news on mainstream media was totally gone. Do with that what you will, anyone.

cause he never used it for 6 weeks.thats his defence to go with i was weaning him off cause he was addicted. the amounts found as others have said wouldnt have last even a month

ok fair enough cnn reported it first but its still not to be taken as gospel

well negligence comes under second degree murder in cali. so its not murder as in the normal sense.
