Dr Tohme Tohme, AEG and Colony Captial(who co-own Neverland)

Did a Google search. Nothing about oil locations on land, but there are a lot of offshore oil-rigs off the coast of Santa Barbara. At the time of the trial it was rumored that there was oil under N/L, but no proof. Yet. . . .

This is what I recall too. I think there was oil found on adjacent property to NL in the past.

I had access to Lexis/Nexis back then (but not now), and never found direct proof of oil under N/L. But it might be useful to know where land rigs are in Santa Barbara county? I know there is oil offshore, and I'm thinking that it's an oil-rich area?

Since Michael bought the property Santa Barbara has developed a lot in terms of vineyards, wineries, and related tourism. I "heard" that his land was wanted for development for growing grapes and for a winery. When he had it, it was just being used for grazing cattle (which gave him a tax-break as owning a "farm.")

Please God bring justice and knowledge so that a conviction can be made.
We are hurting enough as it is...............Michael's 3 children will want and need to know why they havent got their daddy in their lives..............
:-(

Can anybody make sense of this? http://tinyurl.com/yckbr5q
Which district is NL on?

If you click on a district, then on map you can see by the legend which are undevelopped oil basins and who they belong to. Yikes!

Has anyone any clue, article, report, any piece somewhere if or that Thome is/was/has been investigated by the LAPD?

I have never seen the slightest indication that Tohme is being investigated by the LAPD. There is so MUCH that is troubling. That 5.5 mi that he had. That is a LOT of Michae's money to have! We have no way of knowing if Michael even knew about it. I think he turned it over when Michael's finances were being investigated, and he was afraid it would be discovered missing? There was Jermaine's statement right after Michael's death that Tohme was the "doctor" with him when he died. A slip-of-the tongue? Was that the truth? Then there was Michael's statement that he was AFRAID of him. Why? There is Tohme's history of lying. He is NOT an ambassador for Senegal. There is Tohme's statement that he was "blocking" people from seeing Michael. And so much more.

This is a public board, and I sincerely hope law-enforcement reads here
. I think the answers are not as simple as they seem. . . . .

I'm still thinking if people involved in Michael's case take serious fans as a group, that it may be a kind of revolt when affairs start going in wrong direction. Is anger of funs the matter of consideration for them? I think not about law-enforcement but others also involved.
I have the impression that there is interaction between the fans and other people involved in the case of Michael. But this is just my hunch.

I hope law-enforcement reads here. I'm just a "little person," and I do not live in L.A. I am nobody, really. I AM a researcher, with a Ph.D. I do not have access to "inside" information (well, a little?). I've been researching this for six months, with others (here, and elsewhere). My conclusion now, is that "Dr." Tohme Tohme KILLED Michael, and that Conrad Murray is a scapegoat who will get off with a minimal sentence. This is what I truly believe. Tohme had both the motivation and the means, and I genuinely hope my car does not EXPLODE for saying this. As I thought it could during the trial, for my writings?

You, here, do not KNOW me, or know what I risked in the past. No matter, and I truly no longer give a crap. (and "infiltrators?" Go away or risk karmic destruction. For real.) I've had enough, and I loved Michael THAT much. I'm not the only one who thinks this, and it will NOT go away.

LAPD? Do your jobs? And thank you? I am so DONE.

I have to agree with you Vic, I think it was Tohme. He was at the press conference on the 25th saying that he was still Michael's manager. He was the one up there talking, not Dileo, who at the time was really Michael's manager. What's strange to me is that, Randy Phillips and Dileo both knew that Tohme was fired a month prior and they were at the hospital too, yet they still let him go up there and talk claiming to be Michael's manager. And then that story of Jermaine saying that Tohme was there and saw Michael "collapse."

Also, why hasn't the media been going at Tohme anymore? In the beginning it was how "strange" and "mysterious" Tohme is, but now they don't seem to care? I doubt the LAPD are even looking to him even though he has lied about basically everything about him and his background.

And now, on TMZ said that he is a creditor asking for 2.3 million from Mike's estate? Yet, he "gave back" 5 million not too long ago, so why would he be asking for 2.3 million? I also think he stole the security tapes too and like you said hired the security.

Oh something that just popped into my head, how was Murray paying for the meds that were being shipped to him in California? I don't know if he would have to pay for them or not. Unless he had them shipped from his Vegas clinic? I don't know, I was just thinking who was paying for the propofol to be shipped to Cali'? Since I don't think Murray had the money to do so. Was it AEG? I don't know if that's a dumb question but yea, like I said it just popped in my head and I know it's off topic to this thread.

Like Joe said. Murray was just the fall guy.
Why couldn't Michael get rid of this Thome guy forever?! What a scary predicament.

And as you mentioned Frank didn't refute the claims that Thome was still manager despite his being fired.
And if you watch the interviews with Frank D, he purposefully time and time again refuses and hesitates to answer any questions regarding Thome...

That's quite interesting. I didn't even notice that. But then again it has been a while since I watched any Dileo interviews, so maybe it just slipped my mind?

Thanks for pointing that out.

edit: yea Joe has been saying that Murray is just the fall guy. But I hope the family actually tries to figure out who else was involved. I mean the only family members who think that there were other people involved are La Toya and Joe, but the media doesn't really pay attention to what they say, based on things that they have said in the past.

Victoria I really appreciate your insight and I tend to agree with you.
Do you have any idea if the investigation will continue? Is the DA able to look into WHO might have a motive to murder Michael?
Or are they stuck with the involuntary manslaughter scenario and that will be the end of it?

If Tohme is a creditor, does that mean he's gonna have to show up in court at one point?
If he does, at least it means he's still around somewhere. I thought he'd dissapeared.

And i dont think anyone knows how murrays paying for anything- lawyers, security guards...
If someone else did pay for the shipping..it'd be noted somewhere right? On some form or whatever?
I hope the police have looked into tohme at least a little, he's been shifty from the start.

I have no idea if the investigation will continue, or if they are stuck with involuntary manslaughter. As with nearly everything, I'm sure politics plays a part. Throw enough money at something, and it tends to go away if not in the best interest of those with the money? I'm hoping for some integrity in the investigations (and see prayer thread?)

also for those who belive Thome killed Michael. I remeber an interview with that Jackson 5 reunion show guy that sued MJ to stop the show, he said he had a meeting with Thome after he learned he was fired in may and he said he would " create hell or chaos" or something like that becouse he was so angry that he was fired.

i really believe he is the guy to watch...

Michael Jackson Sued In Attempt To Stop London Concerts
Promoter sues for $40 million, claiming Jackson is under contract not to perform until 2010 family reunion shows.

By Gil Kaufman

If you believe British tabloid reports, there are any number of alleged reasons why Michael Jackson's 50-date run at London's O2 Arena may or may not happen — he's too sick, too weak, he doesn't want to do that many shows. But on Wednesday, a legitimate, legal reason emerged that may force Jackson to rethink his intricately planned comeback.

As threatened last month, promoter AllGood Entertainment Inc. filed a $40 million lawsuit against Jackson claiming breach of contract and fraud in an attempt to stop Jackson from performing in London. The New Jersey-based company filed the suit in federal court in New York stating that it signed a deal with Jackson's manager, Frank DiLeo, in November 2008 that commits the King of Pop to appear at a Jackson family reunion concert in the U.S. this summer.

AllGood CEO Patrick Allocco told MTV News on Thursday morning (June 11) that the contract was for a concert that was originally scheduled to take place this July. "The date we now have on hold is July 3 in Cowboy Stadium in 2010," Allocco said, adding that the contract stipulates that Jackson cannot perform individually before the AllGood show or for three months after the July event.

"The contract was signed by DiLeo on behalf of Jackson, the Jackson 5, [sisters] Latoya and Rebbie, the whole gang," he said. The show is slated to feature Jackson's reunion with siblings Marlon, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Randy, as well as an appearance by younger sister Janet Jackson.

Jackson is slated to kick off his O2 engagement next month, and Allocco said the suit makes clear that the agreement signed by DiLeo predates Jackson's deal with promoter AEG Live for the London shows. "The first I heard of the AEG deal was when an associate told me about it in December," Allocco said.

Jackson, who has been rehearsing for the London shows in Los Angeles, has claimed he never personally signed the papers for the family-reunion show, and AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips has called the AllGood claims "meritless." But Allocco said, "Frank DiLeo is clearly the manager of [Michael] Jackson now, and he signed the deal on his behalf."

TMZ reported earlier this month that Jackson said he would perform at both shows.

The suit seeks $20 million in compensatory damages and $20 million in punitive damages. A spokesperson for AEG Live could not be reached for comment at press time.

victoria, i remember it was on geraldo at large, maybe 6-7 weeks after mj died. just went to his website but couldent find it.

Thome and Colony capital had propably thought of a long term relationship with MJ after the neverland deal, making NV into a Graceland and making cash of the shows. So when MJ abrubtly fires Thome( becouse of the many added shows and the auction fiasco?) he/they might have been so pissed they wanted MJ dead.

We should encourage Geraldo to investegate this mystery man more, i think he is the only one interested in the truth.

Thanks! Is there any way to capture that by downloading? I suspect it will vanish, like so much else has?

Murray's Las Vegas home is at the Red Rock Country Club. This private gated community, is one of Sunrise Colony's developments, Sunrise Colony Company, is a partnership formed by Sunrise Company & Colony Capital.
