Found some interesting comments among many rubbish...

http://www.michaeljacksonhoaxdeath.com/?page_id=464

* Michael all of a sudden begins to take his kids out in public minus veils in the weeks leading up to his “death”.
* In a coincidental move, Michael Jackson re-hired the prominent entertainment lawyer John Branca just three weeks before his passing after John Branca has resigned from being Michael’s lawyer in 2006.
* Michael did not hire any dancers or choreographer for his upcoming concert.

* All of Michael Jackson’s London concerts were postponed – from the 8th to the 13th July, the concerts from 10th July moved to March 2010.
* The recording by AEG of Michael Jackson’s ‘Final Rehearsal’ was conveniently recorded in Full HD Audio and Video.
* A friend of Michael’s, Gotham Chopra on the 10th July tweets: Had the most fascinating dinner last night with that guy that runs the world from behind the curtain. View it here:
http://twitter.com/GothamChopra

* There are too many conflicting stories about what really happened the day he ‘died’ (and the night before – some say he was awesome during rehearsals and others say he was lethargic).

Addicts do all kinds of things that hurt their friends and family. The argument that he wouldn’t abuse drugs because it would hurt is children just doesn’t work. He already admitted to a dependence in the past. It wouldn’t surprise me if it had happened again, especially if the rumors about his health issues were true. If in fact Michael Jackson had been abusing the drug propofol for 15 years how is it possible that it could never had effected him before?

The 911 call

Why are there conflicting stories about finding Michael Jackson collapsed/not breathing?

Joe Jackson said something about him going to bed night of the 24th and not waking up. Other reports state that he got up on the 25th June, walked across to Dr Murrays room from his room saying he wasn’t feeling well, and collapsed, and somewhere else states that he was already in the Doctors room. Latoya later says that Michael was found in Murray’s room, not in his own room.

We have also heard reports that Michael Jackson’s son Prince was in the room and thought ‘Daddy was joking’ while he was convulsing on the floor – because he could be quite the prankster? Hrmmmmm…

With so many guards and other personnel in the household was there nobody available to make an immediate phone call to 911?

When the 911 call was finally made it was not until 30 minutes after Michael Jackson collapsed?

The staff member who finally did make the call to 911 was very polite and mentioned that there was a “gentleman” who was in need of assistance – why didn’t he say it was Michael Jackson?

The 911 operator HUNG UP on the caller saying “call us back if you need any more help”. This is 100% against 911 protocol, the 911 operator is to stay on the line until authorities arrive. Why wouldn’t they need more help – THERE IS SOMEONE DYING!

How and why was the famous 911 call released? And how was it released to the public so soon? Wouldn’t this be very private and kept under lock and key?

It is a widely known fact that cell phones have GPS tracking. Even without knowing Michael Jackson’s full address the doctor could have used his cell phone to call 911 immediately and they could have been able to track him. Also, Michael Jackson lived very close to the UCLA Medical Center and if he’d just said it was ‘Michael Jackson’s house’, they would have known where to go.

Dr. Murray claims there was no land line in Michael’s room as he was paranoid about ‘phone taps and bugs’ which is his excuse regarding the delay of the call to 911.

I’m sorry but no phone or didn’t know the address? Ridiculous.

Everyone in L.A. knows where that house is. All you have to do is scream “MICHAEL JACKSON IS DYING, PLEASE HURRY.” Trust me, they would know where to find him. A house phone would have produced the address anyway.

Other strange inconsistencies are that the person who made the 911call was never questioned by police and has disappeared without a trace.

The person making the call was entirely ‘too calm’. This was Michael Jackson that was lying there, not breathing, not to mention his own employer.

The person making the call never identified himself, which is standard procedure for 911 operators.

The person making the call never identified Michael Jackson.

The 911 operator says ‘to call back’ if they need to and disconnects. Standard procedure is to stay on the line until paramedics arrive. The operator cannot verify that there is a doctor in the residence and it does not matter if there was. They have to stay on that line.

Paparrazzi WOULD be there at his house quickly. They have police scanners and as soon as a call is placed, they would be there (again, everyone in L.A. knows where he was living).

As far as the details of what actually happened, they are very hazy…Did Michael Jackson collapse or did he die in his sleep?

Why did Michael Jackson’s personal doctor and cardiologist, Doctor Conrad Murray perform CPR on the his BED?
Did Michael Jackson die in his own bedroom or the doctor’s room?

It was reported that the kids were home…when did they leave the house? With whom?

The Ambulance

The Ambulance that is filmed backing out of Michael Jackson’s driveway is going extremely slow with no hint of emergency, without sirens or lights.

Footage of the ambulance leaving the residence show an extremely slow moving ambulance. It appears to have trouble backing out. The sirens are not on. The guard at the gate is not helping the driver manoeuvre out of the driveway, although Michael is supposedly near death inside of it.

There are two ambulances pictured : one of them seems to obviously show that Michael Jackson, in the ambulance, is frowning with a large vein protruding out of his forhead. An unconscious person doesn’t frown or have ‘veins’ protruding. (interpretation, not fact).

The last pictures

The breathing apparatus in the picture is not properly over the mouth of the person or over his nose, nor are the chest compressions being performed in the right place. This from trained paramedics?

There has been much speculation as to whether or not the person photographed is actually Michael Jackson or not.

Why was there the need to have News footage of the ‘body’ of Michael Jackson being flown via helicopter from the UCLA Medical Center to the Morgue? Why was the ‘body’ flown via helicopter in the first place? If he was indeed dead, then what was the rush to get him there? Driving and getting caught in traffic wouldn’t have really made much difference.

The Hospital

There has been No information from ONE single staffer at UCLA confirming/denying that Michael Jackson was even there. There are conflicting reports about the true state of Michael Jackson’s well-being when he arrived at the hospital. Some say he was DOA – Dead on Arrival, having officially died at his home – which would explain why the ambulance that picked him up was in no rush – however the Jackson Family have stated that he was in ‘A Coma’ upon arrival at the hospital, and they were hugging him and that he ‘looked peaceful’ like he was ‘sleeping’, and later died while doctors and a medical team were working on him for a further 60 minutes. On one hand you have LaToya saying that MJ was still warm when she saw him in the hospital, and Jermaine saying how cold he felt when he saw him.

Conveniently a fire alarm went off while Michael Jackson was at the hospital – the hospital had to be evacuated.

It was reported that many members of Michael Jackson’s family were already at the hospital when he arrived, his mother, his children, Jermaine and LaToya though there are no eye witnesses to verify this. If this is in fact true, how did his own children make it there before he did, when he was taken via ambulance? How is it that Jermaine made it there before his brother when he supposedly heard the news about his brother on the radio (which he states during an interview with Larry King at Neverland).

House and staff

Within a few hours of the cardiac arrest, Michael Jackson’s close staff personnel were fired. It seems like a very bizarre and prompt decision.

The Jackson family were permitted to enter the House and promptly took carloads of items.

There are news clippings of this in youtube, where you can see that even bed sheets and blankets were removed from his house. The Jackson family stated that they were concerned that these would be stolen. However, the LAPD investigation into Jackson’s death resulting from drug overdose and possibility of homicide was launched on the 28th. At this point, his belongings from his rented house had already been removed by the Jackson’s. Despite this, the LAPD investigation contends that they found IV stands, IV bags, prescription medications and oxygen tanks. So if Michael’s belongings had already been removed, what exactly did the LAPD find and how do we know that these were firstly even present, and secondly if they had not been ‘planted’ there by the family? This took place before the police arrived at the scene and closed the scene for investigation.

Another convenience is that the Survellience tapes from the Security CCTV went missing (or never existed because the system was turned off) of the events surrounding Michael’s “death”.

The “collapse” was allegedly recorded and then the tape cuts. The Hard drive where the CCTV footage of the house and grounds was auto downloaded is erased.

Jackson always kept a few million dollars in cash and certain items of jewelry with him where ever he went. These items are missing and no cash was found in the home.

Drugs

There were no drugs found in Michael Jackson’s home until the second search by Police (after the Jackson family and others had been inside the home.)

The Annoncement of the death

A Report from the entertainment gossip website TMZ announces Michael Jackson’s death before any serious source gets the information. They were reporting the news only minutes after Michael Jackson had been confirmed dead by doctors at UCLA.

Death certificate

From the coroners office, Michael Jackson’s death certificate was not signed by a physician. DR. Conrad Murray, Michael’s personal Doctor refused to sign it, as did the physicians at the coroners office – why??

Currently Michael Jackson has no legal death certificate (there has been one issued and released to the public, but it is not signed by a doctor or coroner).

All of the doctor’s involved in Michael Jackson’s case at UCLA Medical Center refused to sign the death certificate.

Dr Conrad Murray

Conrad Murray had been Michael’s doctor for 11 days, and was hired by AEG the promoter for the London O2 Concerts. A couple month’s prior to this, Michael had passed a 5 hour fitness test for insurance purposes, with a clean bill of health. So why exactly was a cardiologist hired for Michael, and that too only 11 days prior to his ‘death’?

Apparently, Conrad Murray was a ’shady’ physician to begin with, he even had declared bankruptcy in the 90’s. His prior activity is certainly suspicious, and he of course makes an easy candidate to blame for Michael’s ‘death’. Also note that the heaps of drugs that the LAPD has supposedly located, must have been there prior to Conrad’s employment. Not only that, but to build an addiction and tolerance to them requires years, not just 11 days. So unfortunately Conrad is a poor physician who is possibly being framed for a crime that does not exist. Michael was a close friend of physicians such as Deepak Chopra – so why would he settle for a shady doctor?

Murray was to earn a monthly salary of $150,000; but according to AEG Live, the concert promoter, Jackson had not signed the contract at the time of his death = not hired yet + not allowed to practice in the UK and California apparently = why was he with Michael Jackson then??

Michael Jackson’s live-in cardiologist doesn’t have a defibrillator. This same Cardiologist doesn’t know how CPR is done? He performs it on the bed, rather than a hard surface?

He has no possession of drugs to counteract the effects of propofol (there is one), and No defibrilator? Hmmmm

Minutes after Michael Jackson is taken away by ambulance, Dr. Murray disappears, and his car is impounded by police and searched for evidence.

It is announced that there is “no foul play” suspected after only 1 day, and that Dr. Murray is not a suspect in any dealings with Michael Jackson’s death. 3 weeks later homocide is suspected?

Why is it that Dr. Murray was to accompany Michael Jackson to London, when he is not licensed to practice medicine there?

Oddly, there seems to be only one picture in existence of Dr. Conrad Murray. Even the papparazzi can’t seem to find him.

Dr. Murray “is not a suspect but only a witness” and yet he hires an attorney anyway and has the attorney speak for him in interviews.

Some articles state Dr. Murray as a holistic doctor. He’s also not licensed to prescribe any medication which could have harmed Michael Jackson in the state of California. He also couldn’t administer such medication legally. Why would Michael Jackson allow this doctor into his life if he couldn’t even prescribe any drugs he may have needed/wanted?

The will

Michael Jackson’s will was at first not found, but then later miraculously found, however it was dated from 2002.

Finances

Michael Jackson was apparently in debt for hundreds of millions of dollars before his death. Record sales of albums and merchandise shot through the roof after his death.

Autopsies

We have been led to believe that there may have been 3 different autopsies performed on Michael Jackson’s body.

The angle that Michael Jackson was drug addicted at the time of his death has been pushed from day one and the long awaited toxicology report will shed light on this theory.

UCLA Medical Center refused to release an official report on the death of Michael Jackson.

Neverland

Neverland was gussied up before Michael Jackson passed away, even though he had expressed no desire to ever return to living there. The gardens had been replanted and the property was being maintained again after neglect.

Neveland ordered 32000 lbs of concrete – no one knows why but its in there somewhere.

Jermaine Jackson says in an interview with Larry King, ” Oh its hard to point where my brother will be, right over there by the train station, there’s a place for him.’ Huh?

Pepsi

Also, mysterious source releases Pepsi accident video which reportedly MJ wanted released back in 1984 but Pepsi refused. Pepsi is angered by the video’s release.

I read some where that Michael Jackson apparently bought all of the footage from the Pepsi commercial shoot so that the video could never be leaked to the public like it has now been. The article I saw this in also states that this footage was in Michael’s possession and that the only way for it to be leaked to the media is through someone close to him who has betrayed him.

Why has the Pepsi footage been released now after his death? Why does everyone all of a sudden need to see what he went through? Why not do that during the trial if it was his camp doing it?

Liz Taylor

Liz Taylor’s reasoning for not attending her ‘best friend’s’ memorial was that she couldn’t bring herself to “mourn in public” and stated that her feelings were private. She could, however, bring herself to tweet about it which is even more public and impersonal. For that matter, why does Liz Taylor even HAVE a Twitter account, which she started back in March? Conveniently her first post ever mentions Dr. Klein who was Michael Jackson’s plastic surgeon.
Dr. Arnold Klein

Michael Jackson’s skin doctor Arnold Klein was completely rebuilding the star’s ravaged face in the run-up to his This Is It comeback shows.

Klein desperately tried to make the King of Pop appear “more normal” for his 50-date run at London’s O2 Arena after years of cosmetic surgery left the singer’s face severely scarred and acne-ridden

AEG Live

AEG Live, the company who were in charge of promoting the London O2 concerts, who hired Dr. Conrad Murray as Michael’s personal physician, who insisted that he pass a 5 hour medial prior to signing him on for the concerts, who initially announced 10 performances, then upped it to 50, who took out an insurance policy that specified that if the artist (Michael Jackson) died of self induced circumstances and not natural death, it could get it’s money back.

Hmmm.

This is very informative, thank you. Would I be able to ask you to fix the links in your most recent post? They're all truncated so I can't look at the sources. :(

I found a link showing Tom Barrack of Colony Capital bought the savoy with blackstone company which is linked to the Rothschilds. So there is defintitely a link with colony capital and illuminati. No other name is more synonymous with illuminati that the Rothschilds. and what they have done to some of the poorest people in the world such as the Indian Farmers. for their own greed. These people involved with MJ death probably for profit are very powerful and that is why they will get away with it because they always do and that is how it has been orchestrated. Dr Murray will take the rap, and may walk at best he will get a short spell, I don't think that is likely due to tainted evidence

Reading your post made me think that with so many MJ fans questioning things and if it does go very deep, someone or more than one person who helped orchestrate this whole thing will end up dead because someone obviously got sloppy and didn't cover their tracks.

Re: The Rothchilds. They own the world bank, don't they?

This is a very informative thread. Thanks for all of the investigation. Thanks to Pleiades for bumping it. Here is a link to a you tube video. It pretty much repeats what's been posted here but this person asks the question about MJ's sig possibly being forged on the contract (increasing the dates). That thought has occurred to me more than once.
Anyway, I think it's put together well.

You're welcome. I have fixed the link. Just click on the first link in my post above.

A search of the Lexis Nexis database shows no mention of “Tohme Tohme,” doctor or otherwise, prior to December 22, 2008 when he issued a statement about Jackson’s health.

He was charming in our conversation. He said, “If you play it right, you will be the first one to know everything about Michael Jackson.” I said, thanks, I already was. He said that Michael is in great shape and could easily do 50 shows. “He could do a hundred.

...but a concert promoter from New Jersey, who had been trying to book

M.J for a show, said that Tohme Tohme had told him that M.J would not

be able to do the 02 concerts. I watched this on Geraldo Rivera's show,

and it was on his website for a while.

Sorry if this has already been discussed, and thank you for the informative

thread.

MJJCommunity Exclusive:: Interview With Patrick Allocco from AllGood Entertainment

Wednesday, 13 May 2009

Q: At any time did Frank DiLeo disclose to All Good Entertainment that Michael was already in negotiations with AEG via his business manager Dr. Tohme R. Tohme?

No. We first learned of the O2 dates on January 7, when one of our Partners had learned from someone inside of AEG that the negotiations were very close to being finalized and that AEG expected to announce shortly after the Grammy’s. On January 21, we learned from an individual who had dined with Tohme the previous evening that MJ was committed to a “very big project” which we assumed was the AEG deal.
Q: Are you in anyway, attempting to block the This Is It concert series from happening?

We are trying to secure our date for next year’s family reunion concert in Dallas. To that end, we will use every tool in our shed to enforce our contractual right to that event.

Q: On Nov 1st, 2008, Michael Jackson via his manager Dr. Tohme R. Tohme released the following statement: “My brothers and sisters have my full love and support, and we’ve certainly shared many great experiences. But at this time I have no plans to record or tour with them. I am now in the studio developing new and exciting projects that I look forward to sharing with my fans in concert soon.” Did Frank DiLeo ever notify you of this statement?

No. The statement, however, was in response to a comment made by Jermaine while in Austrailia. We actually did raise the issue of Jermaine’s “Family Tour” comment with Dileo and he dismissed it as “Jermaine’s attempt at keeping the press focused on him.” The Tohme comment did not effect our proposal since we were contemplating a tour.

Q: Did All Good Entertainment retain Frank DiLeo for a fee of two million dollars to secure Michael Jackson and his family for the reunion concert?

Mr. Dileo would have received a total of $550,000 plus a commission.

Q: Were you aware that AEG were in negotiations with Michael Jackson and Dr. Tohme in Nov, 2008, the same time when All Good Entertainment was in negotiations with Frank DiLeo?

We knew of several failed attempts by AEG to get MJ to commit to a “Prince” like deal at the O2; we had no knowledge of any ongoing negotiations until January 7, 2009.

Q: Are you planning on filing a lawsuit in federal court against Frank DiLeo?

Very unfortunately yes – a lawsuit is now imminent and will be filed in Federal Court. I have made every possible effort try to secure our concert for next year, but Frank Dileo has poisoned Michael on the idea and told me that “it’s not going to happen.”

Q: What would you like to tell Michael Jackson's fans about this situation? Do you feel like you have been defrauded?

I want MJ’s fans to know that we always put Michael’s and the family’s interest above our own. We were told by Michael that he had “another committment” and he would perform our show as long as it didn’t conflict. When it was confirmed that he was talking about the London dates, we were always ammenable to working around the shows. When MJ told us that he would perform our show when he came back from London, we agreed to a summer 2010 date. Unlike other individuals or companies who have filed lawsuits against MJ seeking astronomical damages, we are trying to put a historic amount of money back into his pocket through our one night only U.S. concert.

Our Thanks go to Mr Allocco and Loralee of our MJJC news team for conducting this interview on behalf of MJJCommunity.

I'm still nonplussed as to why Neverland went in to foreclosure in the first place. I think the amount Michael was behind payments wise was only just over $200k - not much at all when you consider the size of the loan and the size of the monthly payments on a $23million loan. So why were they so quick to foreclose because it does to me seem they were obscenely quick to do so- he was at most three months in default when they threatened to auction it but I think just one month behind when the wheels started turning towards that point.

QUOTE]

Is it known exactly which month/s Michael failed to make payments,

and who was in charge of his finances then? Tom Barrack flew to Las

Vegas in March 2008. When did Jermaine and Tohme land in Vegas

to meet M.J?

Thank you for reading.

Michael announced on March 05th, he will perform 10 concerts, but AEG clearly had another plan.

Michael Jackson May Play 25 London Shows
by Bill Werde, N.Y. | March 05, 2009 10:15 EST

AEG president and CEO Tim Leiweke revealed that Michael Jackson is set to perform 20 to 25 shows at London's O2 Arena and that the singer is "very focused." Leiweke was speaking during his keynote Q&A session at the Billboard Music & Money Symposium at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City.

"The man is very sane, the man is very focused, the man is very healthy," Leiweke said of Jackson. "I think he has been dragged through the mud."

As reported earlier, the run of Jackson shows, set to begin on July 9, will be announced at a press conference later today (March 5).

The shows will be promoted by AEG Live, which also put together Prince's record-setting run of 21 sellouts at the O2 that grossed more than $22 million. The Spice Girls, Take That, and Kylie Minogue all have played multiple nights at the London arena, and Britney Spears has an eight night run scheduled for June. AEG operates the O2 venue.

Leiweke told the Billboard Music & Money audience: "We’ll announce 10 shows. I think you'll see 20, 25 dates at the O2. His production budget is... Wow."

"Despite everything you read about him, he was fine," added Leiweke. "The man took a physical for us to go do these concerts."

Leiweke also confirmed that it has taken some time to get Jackson to agree to the deal. Jackson has not released a studio album or played a full concert since 2001. His last major tour was the "HIStory" World Tour in 1996-1997.

"We spent two years working with Michael trying to get him comfortable with this," said Leiweke.

Asked why the comeback was being staged in London at the O2, Leiweke commented: "It's the most important venue in music today. With all due respect to the Staples Center and the [Madison Square] Garden, the O2 is where you went to see Led Zeppelin reunite."

Amid Doubts, Jackson Starts Work on London Tour

He's painfully thin, he hasn't properly trained, he's battled pain medication ... can he make it through to the end?

By Frank Swertlow
Published: April 20, 2009
Secreted in an airport hangar somewhere in the Los Angeles area, Michael Jackson is hard at work rehearsing for his 50-date concert series, “This Is It,” TheWrap has confirmed.

“He is fine and in great shape and is healthy and rehearsing in Los Angeles,” said friend and business associate Gary Pudney, executive producer of the World Music Awards, where Jackson made one of his rare public appearances in 2006.

That may come as a surprise to those who saw recent photos of Jackson shopping in Bel-Air, where the King of Pop’s painfully thin frame swam inside a black silk morning coat.

Jackson, his chin and cheekbones jutting out, looked nothing like a pop star about to embark on a strenuous 50-date concert tour.

As the 50-year-old former star preps for the grueling series, many wonder if the show will indeed go on,
despite millions of dollars spent in sales of 750,000 tickets.

Jackson must now put his show together in less than two months -- and it's been 12 years since his last tour. And at his last public appearance, three years ago at the World Music Awards, he barely whispered a few lines of “We Are the World.”

There is reason to wonder whether the drama-bound performer will be able to maintain the grueling schedule required by the addition of 40 new dates to what was originally a 10-date concert series.

“Healthwise, he has deteriorated,” Stacy Brown, the author of “Michael Jackson; The Man Behind the Mask told TheWrap. “Last July, he was photographed being pushed around in a wheelchair in Las Vegas. What I think you'll see is that it will be postponed for some excuse, that 'he'll be back next week,' and next week will never come.

His 50 scheduled dates at the 02 dwarf even Prince's 21-day series at that arena in 2007, and Prince was 49 at the time.

Promoters and managers believe anyone embarking on a series like Jackson's should spend six months preparing.

“You have to exercise every single day,” said a veteran promoter and producer who asked for anonymity. “When Madonna goes out, she does six months of heavy-duty training.”

Jackson's stage theatrics are extremely demanding. Frighteningly thin at the child-molestation trial in 2005, he now weighs about 135, according to an individual close to the family. Some stars like Mick Jagger can lose more than six pounds a gig, and Jackson’s show is heavily dance-based.

Then there is the issue of his battles with prescription medication to lessen Jackson's chronic back and leg pain. “He gets sleepy, tired,” the individual close to the family said.

World Music Awards' Pudney, however, insists, fans should not worry about Jackson pulling a no-show or giving a sub-par performance. “He's in very good health,” Pudney said. “He's taken very good care of himself, and anyone saying he isn't rehearsing is wrong.

This is it. There are a lot of people out there who wish him ill.”

Jackson, however, does have a history of concert problems. Marcel Avram, a German concert promoter, won a multi-million-dollar judgment against the singer at a 2005 civil trial for damages arising out of Jackson's nonperformance.

Such conduct and images of the emaciated star have raised eyebrows in the insurance industry.

AEG Live, the promoter behind Jackson's 02 concerts, has been struggling to arrange a full cancellation policy with insurers, the London Telegraph has reported, and Britain's Guardian reported that the promoters secured insurance for just the first 10 days of the tour, as opposed to the whole 50.

If further insurance is refused, the only option is self-insurance, which could cost an estimated $350,000 to $500,000 a performance, and Jackson might have to agree to let it be taken out of his cut from the tour.

“The promoter needs business interruption insurance because historically these tours have not go on as planned,” said a veteran promoter who asked not to be identified. “The hall may not let you play without insurance. It doesn't want to be holding the bag.”

But Gary Bongiovanni, editor-in-chief of Pollstar.com, which tracks the concert business told TheWrap that the promoters of MJ02, AEG Live, are successful enough to handle the risk of insuring the concerts series for any interruptions themselves.

“You have to have basic liability insurance,” Bongiovanni said, “but having nonperformance is not an absolute.”

Scheduled to begin July 8, the first concert, at London's 02 Arena, the concert is rumored to have fantastic elements including a jungle with elephants, monkeys and parrots, a high-wire act with Jackson performing like an airborne Peter Pan -- and even a duet with his 12-year-old son Prince.

The comeback has already drawn an enormous amount of international attention because of the staggering number of tickets already sold -- 750,000 in a matter of days. If he finishes the tour, Britain's Sky News estimates the one-time self-proclaimed King of Pop could moonwalk away with about $225 million -- not counting merchandising.

The MJ02 concerts are another example of the disarray within the Jackson camp. A giant memorabilia sale, potentially worth millions of dollars, was recently cancelled because herbalist Dr. Tohme R. Tohme, who has as the singer's spokesman and manager, made a deal with Julien's Auction House, but MJJ did not have ownership rights to the items and Jackson stopped the bidding.

Joel Diamond, a former CBS music executive who managed David Hasselhoff's German tours and Engelbert Humperdinck, believes Jackson wants to succeed in this comeback.

“This series is really his way of showing why he is the greatest entertainer in our times,” Diamond said. “There is only one Elvis, only one Pavarotti and there is only one Michael Jackson. Love him or hate him, he is he best live performer in my lifetime.”

JACKSON REQUESTS MEDICAL CARE AT GIG

MICHAEL JACKSON has demanded nine doctors on-hand at a forthcoming private gig in case he falls ill during the comeback performance, according to the singer's biographer.
The Thriller hitmaker has reportedly agreed to sing at a party for Russian billionaire Oleg Derispaska in April (09) in exchange for $2.9 million (£2 million).
And in his contract, the star has stipulated he must have a full team of experts to ensure he is in full health, according to Ian Halperin, author of forthcoming book Unmasked, The Michael Jackson Story.
If the small-scale show is successful, it could mean Jackson will go ahead with plans for a rumoured residency at London's O2 Arena - his first major performances since his last tour in 1996.
Halperin says, "The concert would be his first in years and is being seen as a test to see if he could perform in London but a lot depends on his health.
"The rider for the gig by Jackson's handlers includes a request for nine top doctors to be on site at all times, 11 gourmet chefs, 1,200 bottles of the world's finest bottled water, Bling H2O, and six massage therapists."

Michael Jackson imposter? AEG can't insure London concerts...scalper tickets selling for $4K...lawsuit filed...

AEG Live, which organised the star’s programme starting in July, said the company is “still negotiating” with insurers, but insisted it is willing to take on the risk of Jackson falling ill.

Insurance sources told trade magazine Reinsurance that the appetite to cover the risk was low after the schedule was extended from an initial 10 days.

They said concerns existed over the 50-year-old’s health and the gruelling seven-month run.

The company is understood to have managed to secure cover for the first 10 dates, worth about £80m, with the additional dates likely to take the policy towards £300m.

Randy Phillips, chief executive of AEG Live, said the company would be willing to self-insure for the shows to go ahead, but he played down health concerns.

“The insurance brokers sent doctors and they spend five hours with him, taking blood tests. He’s a vegetarian, he’s in great shape. The insurance cover, we are working on that now,” he said.

“But we would be prepared to self-insure to make up the dates. It’s a risk we’re willing to take to bring the King of Pop to his fans.”

*******

According to Phillips, AEG cut a deal with Viagogo “to give fans access to premium seats and the market would set the price on only a small percentage of the house every night; and, secondly, to give fans a peer-to-peer platform where they know these tickets aren’t counterfeited.”

“Having said that, Viagogo did something really bad yesterday we had no idea they were doing,” Phillips continues. “They sent out e-mails to brokers and touts all over London offering them packages and seats and discounts. We’re going into court tomorrow to get an injunction. All we want from them is their platform, their Web site, for fans to buy tickets.”

Phillips said AEG lawyers in London will to go to court tomorrow (March 13) to get an injunction against Viagogo actually selling tickets. “They’ve told us they won’t, but I want to make sure it’s in the public record.” he said. “Even if we don’t get the injunction, that’s not the point, I want them to be under notice publicly not to do that. It’s about them living up to their word and the deal we cut.”

sorry not got time to read through the thread at the moment, so I'm not sure if this connection has been brought up already.

Michael Jackson's Doctor Is A Bankrupting Sketchball
By Foster Kamer, 2:30 PM on Sat Jun 27 2009,
Bankruptcy documents of Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's personal physician who attempted to revive Jackson at the scene of his death, have emerged. The picture painted: Murray was a financially strained doctor who had liens on child support, among other things.
Via Web Of Deception, the documents show Conrad Murray owing a state tax lien of $2,544 to Arizona, $1,578 to California, and defaulting on housing loans worth a few million dollars, including one in the tax-sheltered, foreclosure-plagued city of Las Vegas, Nevada at the Red Rock Country Club, where reporters attempting to see Dr. Murray's house were turned away by the guard gate. The associated press filed a great report on the guy who's about to be under some intense scrutiny by the LAPD and medical boards in the three states where he's licensed to practice medicine (Texas, Nevada, California). His practice was in Vegas. What to know:
- Murray was supposed to accompany Jackson on his upcoming comeback tour, per Jackson's very specific request.
- Murray was with Jackson when he passed a physical that showed no evidence of drug use.
- Murray's practice was hit with $400K in court judgments for defaulting on payments. He also owes $940 for driving with expired plates and no proof of insurance in 2000. [Don't you just have to show up to court to get those erased? Eh?]
- Murray's still dealing with two other pending cases regarding his lack of fiscal solvency.

The portrait of this guy that's about to emerge is guaranteed to be pretty interesting. How did he end up in Jackson's life? Why was Jackson so attached to him? It won't be as notable as the picture of Jackson that's surely going to start showing up in weeks to come, but as far as the end of his life went, Murray's own story is definitely going to be key to understanding Jackson's.

Who Is Philip Anschutz? (And Why Is He in Business with Michael Jackson)

...........Yet they struck a deal potentially worth hundreds of millions of dollars, for a series of concerts in London and a possible tour. And after Jackson’s demise, the Anschutz Entertainment Group (just one of his many companies) is still in the Michael Jackson business. No matter what tragedy befalls his core asset, it seems Anschutz has figured out how to continue monetizing Michael.....

This man wants to appear so holy holy with his "Foundation for a better life" it stinks to high Heaven (pun intented).
The Foundation claims to be non-religious and non-political. But HE gave buttloads of money to Bush and Romney.

And what about this?
Qwest has also been investigated for financial irregularities. In 2003, he agreed to pay $4.4 million to settle allegations that he profited from falsely inflating the company's share price.

Personally, I haven't heard of an oil man that wasn't involved in shady dealings.

Oh what a tangled web they all weave.

And our Angel was their defenseless prey. :-(((

I seem to be following you Riviera LOL---something else I found really interesting about Anschutz---way back when he was a small potato, John Wayne was filming "Hellfighters" and Anschutz had footage of an oil field burning, which would fit perfectly into the movie--long story short--he sold it to the Studio and began his empire. Isn't it funny that AEG would videotape the rehearsals, using HD quality tape (according to Frank, Michael couldn't afford to do his usual low-def video of the rehearsals, so AEG decided to film it--just for Michael's benefit-yeah-right) and then we have TII? IMO that early move on Anschutz' part may just have triggered a plan of how to recapture profits from the failed 02 concerts--which they knew would fail before Michael stepped one foot on stage to rehearse!!!

It will be interesting to see what happens to Neverland in the future. Will it be sold in parcels to developpers or if it's true that there's oil somewhere in there, Anschultz will get it and make even more money? Argh!!!

Good question. Why was Colony pouring money into NL in January? Then, after Michael passed, Barrack had that party at his home and assured neighbors that NL was not a threat to their quiet, peaceful community!!! Geez And, the question of oil--and the fact that a Graceland-type memorial for Michael would bring in lots and lots of $$$$; but on the other hand Barrack supposedly wants the land for vineyard purposes, and I bet he offers to buy out Michael's share. It will be interesting to see what the Estate does????

If you know and understand real estate, Neverland is a hard item to sell for various reasons. It is not 'pristine' any more as it has had an amusement park on it. Its a very large piece of property that would be perfect for a real ranch but now in order to do that you have to knock everything down.

To keep it attached to Michael and make money you are going to run into opposition of the people who live there and the road to Neverland itself. It is narrow and not meant for traffic like that. SO, it is not worth as much as you may think for various reasons. There are not a lot of ranchers looking for giraffe cages.

LOL

Thank you for making me laugh.

L.O.V.E.

Well jeeeez......

All of this has been so hard on all of us I am sure and I often find humor in the most tense situations and it really does help get over the bad times.

I actually read an article about how Bubbles died of a broken heart and because I know that Bubbles is being well taken care of in a great place I laughed so hard I had tears streaming down my face.

Things are bad when they have to bring Bubbles the Chimp into the mess.

I agree.

I'm not sure if the HD taping was "for Michael's benefit?" He didn't own the footage, as he always did before when he hired his own videography crew. He also seemed much less "in control" of rehearsals, which he always had been before. He was being given "orders." I'd not seen that before. "Orders" are different from reminders about choreography. They were also rude to him. Remember the "I'm sizzling" scene? He was asked, very condescendingly, "Are we misunderstanding something here?" When he was standing still (for the "sizzle.") I hated that, for him. Nobody should have spoken to Michael that way. He was the STAR!

I believe capturing rehearsals on tape was always part of the plan. I also find it odd that the TII movie was made up of clips from, almost entirely, the last three days. Was not Michael attending rehearsals, and that's why? Was he not doing that well, before? Did Murray give him medication for "energy" on those last three days so they'd be sure and get the necessary footage of Michael?

I expected MORE of the movie. There were no real close-ups, and Michael nearly always wore shades and his eyes weren't visible. For the few close-ups there were, they were very brief. I guess I just wanted to see his FACE on the big-screen for long enough to really look at him and burn that image into my memory? Didn't happen. Some songs were spliced together from different takes. Why? Why not show us more continuous footage?

I just have too many questions and concerns about the TII movie for any sort of comfort.

Oh HOW CONVENIENT! All that interest in NL just as Barrack is about to take his company on Wall Street.

[Indeed, the IPO filing last week got lost in the shuffle amid all the interest in Neverland. Yet that attention could be a boon for the IPO,]

A BOON FOR THE IPO? No sh*t Sherlock!

And "coincidently" this main CA oil company want to start drilling in CA?
California may drill into oxy expansion: state mulls extraction tax while oil company plans more fields

I hear Dick Gregory is the one who saw a map that show oil on NL. Can we contact this guy?

We need that map. Think about it. If there's oil, it means that this property can either be converted in a Graceland plus attractions park/hotels and/or be drilled upon for oil.

This would make Neverland the most desirable piece of land in America.

The plot tickens....
