Dr Tohme Tohme, AEG and Colony Captial(who co-own Neverland)

The only time he has shown his face is on like the early show or good morning america. I can't remember which one it was. But he did a very short interview maybe a few days or so after the 25th? I can't remember. But he just kept saying that he was Michael's "everything" manager, financial advisor, everything. Basically he was just continuing on with his flood of lies.

I missed that.

But I'd like for him to come on CNN, or at least HLN. But I see he dissed them.

Yeah, that was very strange. He said that he was Michael's manager several times, and there he was at the hospital, too (press conference). But, Frank DiLeo was also there? I'm wondering, do they know each other? Or what?

Good question. I have also found this photo interesting. Odd little group. Jermaine, Frank, Jermaines wife who is a relative of Tohme and Tohme. Hm?

Also, the way Frank totally won't talk about Tohme at all is a little off I think.?

Well, this picture looks really strange to me. I even do not know what to think so far... .

Well the way I see it is that there will be very few who know the truth. The less people who know, the less people there are to spill the beans so employees etc wont know anything. Jermaine is just a pawn. He wont know anything.

Frank and Tohme obviously know something. Randy and Kenny know something. Murray knows something. But there is someone higher up in either CC or Sony who know something. Probably the mastermind.

Remember Wizard of Oz? The Wizard was a man behind the curtains pulling the strings and that whats happening here.

That photo is absolutely STRANGE! One would think Frank would be upset that Tohme was there? It was pretty obvious that Michael fired Tohme because he was angry with him about the auction, i.e. Tohme was out of favor. And even in the days AFTER Michael's death, and AFTER Frank had been hired, Tohme was still saying he was Michael's manager.

There was something highly unusual going on . . . . . .

Exactly! And why wasn't it Frank at the press conference and not Tohme as he was suppose to be Michaels manager and Tohme fired?
Did Frank step in to take the focus off of Tohme? I just don't know what to think of all of that? All I know is something fishy is up with it!

I remember the confusion here on the board before MJ passed with all of us trying to work out if Rowe, Dileo or Tohme was MJs manager. There is a letter signed by Michael firing Rowe. Michael wasnt happy with Tohme as he botched the auction/exhibition. Plus Michael was intimidated/scared of Tohme. Dileo then made the deal with AGE for MJ & The Jacksons concert/PPV in Texas of all places. If Frank was with Tohme and AEG, why would he make an outside deal with another company? If he was with MJ or against him, he knows more than he is letting.

Also I remember Katherine wanting Kenny to make sure that there was nothing in TII that would paint MJ in a negative light. Why is that and what does that mean? Is there some footage of MJ getting angry or upset at some point. Small things such as where MJ gets upset when he didnt want that ear piece in or when Kenny asked "Are we misunderstanding something here?" or when Michael wanted the actors to look into the center of the camera for Thriller 3D and Kenny underminded Michael's thoughts are just a taste of the tension I think was really there.

Jermaine doesnt know anything. He's just a pawn to get to Michael.

BTW can someone tell me if we know why MJ was 4hrs late at the O2 Press Conference for This Is It (Concerts)?

When the dancers 2 year contract is up, can they then spill the beans on what they saw? Or does the confidentiality agreement stay in place permanently?

Just a few random thoughts and opinions of mine.

I agree.Nobody except the plotmaster knows the whole truth,it's fragmented for safety reasons.

It will probably stay in place permanently. But the confidentiality agreement will not interfere with the investigations. It only bars them from talking publicly, there is no legal way to stop them from talking to the police or authorities.
We don't know yet if they did, and if so, what they said.

About your other questions, I don't really know, but they are really interesting. There could be a lot of reasons for Frank to sign this AGE contract.
Could be a stupid question, I haven't read everything in the IU, but have we actually seen this contract ? Did it really involve Michael ? Has Frank answered this question ?

I think this picture was taken at the UCLA (they are wearing the same clothes).

Thome never did go on Larry King as announced, after his 'dental work' was done. It has been quite a while since then. Not gonna happen, I would guess.

Can someone refresh my memory as to why MJ fired Dileo in the 80s?

I think Frank was guilty of doing exactly what he did in late 2008--agreed to concerts, etc. that Michael never approved (the Allgood debacle). Another reason Michael may have been upset with Frank was that he never had Moonwalker released to theatres, except in Europe--and I think it was Branca who informed Frank he was terminated.

I remember the story of Moonwalker not being in theatres now thank you.

I have also heard that Michael was upset with Frank for all the crazy stories to the press. Even Katherine had asked him to stop that, as it was hurting her son and Frank just told her it was good for his career.
There is a pretty nasty qoute from Frank from the time he was fired, I'll find it and post here.

Yeah, I think it was a combination of things. Frank would sign Michael up for deals without consulting him; he leaked stupid stuff to the press, and so on. Michael had a habit of, when someone was fired, cutting off all contact. But there Frank was, at the trial. Worming his way back in? He did not very much in the years he was not with Michael. That AGE deal was more of the same. Promising to "deliver" Michael when he had no real way of doing so.

I would really like to know what, if any, connection he has with Tohme?

Everything I've read said he was an hour and a half late....reasons cited were traffic, and in some cases there reports of him falling down or something.

There were reports at the time that he slipped on the stairs of the bus and banged his head. Or, he could have been late because he was reluctant to do it in the first-place?

I found the quotes Frank made after being fired in '88.

Quote from Dileo in 1988 after being fired by Michael Jackson

“I have a strong belief in what comes around goes around. It’s called Karma, and I hope Michael understands what that means. If he doesn’t now, one day he will.” (Hard feelings?)

Also Quoted by Frank baby
“You can’t just ask Michael straight out to do something, Michael needs to be stroked. His ego needs to be massaged thoroughly before he’ll do anything.” (Some would call those methods coercion.)

It would come as no surprise. Judging from all of these past actions of his, they sort of mirror Thome's behavior and actions too. I.E., signing things without Michael's knowledge and manipulating Michael.

I've always been suspicious of him too.

Michael wasnt 1.5hrs late, he was 4hrs late. I know this as I was sitting here waiting to watch the TII PC @ o2 and I had to wait until 3am til Michael showed up.

Those are certainly interesting comments there by Frank. I appreciate you finding these quotes. It certainly shows a dark side to 'Uncle Tookie'.

And yes that last quote deffinatly shows Frank is capable of manipulation.

Did Frank ever answer those questions that MJJC members compiled? Trish was heading this I think.

I also find it strange that Randy Phillips was ALWAYS seen with Michael in public during the day but you didnt see a sign of him at the TII rehearsal. It was like Randy was keeping an eye on his pay cheque.

I found this a few days ago, by accident. There are 5 or 6 parts.

"Raffles van Exel of Raffles Entertainment has interviewed legendary music manager Frank DiLeo about the late pop icon, Michael Jackson. Questions were submitted from fans around the globe and were chosen by the Sr. Staff of MJJCommunity.com. "

Also, and we may have to agree to disagree, I believe that Michael did have a strong, if not huge ego. He was a beautiful soul, and I am not denying any of his amazing qualities, I'm just saying that I think it came with the territory. C'mon, he was MICHAEL JACKSON, and he knew it. And sometimes exaggerated it, remember the painting above his bed, in Neverland?
I am a fan, and I love him with all my heart, but I am in no way delusional or think that he was God, or that he did not have his faults.

I see many fans here trying to discredit everything anyone says, if they try to speak of any fault Mike may or may not have had. And I'm thinking about what Susan Etok said, nurse Lee, Frank Dileo, the list goes on and on...

I'm not saying that I believe that Frank was a friend, I don't know what to think anymore. But this particular quote does not show, in my opinion, that he said it to discredit Michael. He may of said that because it was the truth, and he was hurt and bitter.

And off topic, about the propofol thread, someone commented that susan etok is delusional, many people believe that nurse lee is lying...
I don't think they know each other!! And, almost every time, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, well, it IS a duck.

I'll repeat it one more time, I love Mike, warts and all :) (no, he was not perfect).

Frank also made a comment back then that Michael didn't want him to start talking if he knew what was good for him.

This is what Ive got from the interview:

He claims to have never met Murray prior to MJs death but was aware of him as he requested a meeting with the Dr.

Claims Michael was eating right despite Randy Phillips' comments about MJ not eating right as well as Michaels own words about not eating much.

Claims it was Michaels choice to loose so much weight despite bulking up months prior with Lou Ferringo. The guy who intoduce MJ at the 02 PC later said Michael was really strong. Why would MJ build himself up just to let himself go right before the concert series was to start? Drugs would do that to you. Murray obviously wasnt telling MJ the truth either as he should know that Propofol doesnt even help you rest. It just puts you in a coma. Plus with out monitoring equipment there means that he didnt tell MJ how lethal Propofol really is. MJ wouldnt risk his life like that. He had to have been misinformed. I wonder if MJ asked Klein about Propofal and whether he lied to MJ too as Klein isnt exactly a trustworthy person either plus he was givin MJ demerol on numerous occasions. Also MJs multiple and public trips to Klein surely wouldnt have gone unnoticed by AEG. AEG and Murray had to know MJ was seeing another Dr.....ok back to the Frank interview..........

Frank claims MJ wasnt at 108 pounds but 136p. How much did MJ weigh when he died? Did that come out in the autopsy? I would think so.

So there was supposed to be a Halloween Special on NBC? Frank claims that was a deal he organised. I wonder what plans they had exactly for Ghosts? It was probably just an airing of Ghosts on Halloween but it sounded more when Frank said it.

Frank's response and his body language was less than convincing when he was asked if AEG conspired to kill MJ. The interviewer could have done a better job too. I would have drilled Frank a little more than just walking over the questions.

Frank claims camera's were bought just to film the rehearsal but they certainly did film a lot of non rehearsal moments. In fact, they filmed EVERYTHING!

If Michael brings a camera crew to tape all his movements, which he did and was common, then why did AEG have the rights to sell the footage to Sony when the footage was Michaels personal footage? Im sure there is a legal answer to that one.

Looking at the footage of This Is It, which was mostly filmed over the last 3 days when MJ was actually at Staples, it doesnt look like that the production for This Is It was anywhere near close to being finished in time for the opening night in 2 weeks.

Frank: "He couldnt wait to get out of town." (to do the TII shows) This is a lie and you can tell by Frank's body language. Just as he did when he was asked if AEG killed MJ, Frank touched his face. That is a tell tale sign.

Alot of the explanations/lies that Frank tells are the natural stories to tell if you were lying.

Can someone please tell me about this Brother Michael who was Michael's assistant.

Its in Part 5 where Frank is asked about Tohme and the interviewer even states again he is talking about Tohme, and Frank still continues to talk about Murray.

I see your point but no one here has denied that Michael had some form of ego. The issue at hand is that Frank knew how to approach and manipulate Michael, who would subconciously end up agreeing to something he would otherwise not agree to. Not cool.

He said that Michael couldn't afford to have his own cameras, so they bought two cameras, I think I've read elsewhere that the cost was 6000 $.
Are we talking about the same man who "gave" Tohme 4 or 5 mil, in cash, money Tohme returned to the Estate after July 25? A man who allegedly kept another mil stashed somewhere in his house (nanny Grace stated that, the sisters couldn't find the money, the story was dismissed as tabloid trash).

And yes, my opinion is that Frank is lying. He's lying for sure about the weight, and he's trying to excuse himself "who are we to question what a doctor said?". I also think he's lying by omission.
And I agree about the body language, not sure about the AEG part, but it's really fishy.

Whether he's doing this to protect himself (lawsuits, etc), or to cover the fact that he played a part in what happened, that - I don't know.
