Sun Kil Moon “Glad” That Michael Jackson Is Dead on New Song

Today, Jesu and Sun Kil Moon continued their collaborations together with a new song called “He’s Bad.” It’s a song where Mark Kozelek lists all the reasons why he doesn’t like Michael Jackson. It’s available to hear on his website.
Here’s the chorus: “He’s bad, and he’s dead and I’m glad. He’s dead, and to me it ain’t that ****in’ sad.”

Kozelek repeatedly references Jackson’s plastic surgeries, said he “talked like a nine-year-old girl,” and says he doesn't “give a flying **** what he meant to the mainstream world.” Later he calls Jackson “one seriously ****ed up dude” and compares him to O.J. Simpson.

The song will reportedly appear on 30 Seconds to the Decline of Planet Earth, which is out June 1 via Caldo Verde, SPIN reports.

Another thought regarding this search for phantom victims by Robson's lawyers. There have been former employees of MJJC who by the time of the 1993 allegations became hostile towards Michael. Notably Orietta Murdock who was fired in 1991 and was suing Michael for unfair dismissal. She's been one of the people who befriended Victor Gutierrez (and possibly the Chandlers too) and was selling stories to tabloids and was extremely vindictive to MJ. Yet, she never mentioned any knowledge about settlements and allegations against MJ prior to the Chandlers. And she worked in high position at MJJ Productions. According to a prosecution motion from 2005 she only mentioned things like the Robsons, Safechuck and Spence hanging out with MJ and receiving gifts from MJ, which is common knowledge and no one ever denied. She never claimed that there were allegations or settlements before. All she did in that motion is voicing her suspicion about those gifts (in the hindsight of the Chandler allegations), but not claiming actual knowledge about sexual abuse, let alone previous allegations or settlements. If there had been a knowledge within the companies about previous allegations or settlements I am sure someone like Murdock would not have hesitated to disclose that. But not even she claims anything like that.

And ironically, one of the claims she made can now be used against the Robsons:

I never said it was in Robson's lawsuit. In fact, what I said was just the opposite - that it undermines Robson's lawsuit that he blames the companies but not his mother. I said it was in a prosecution motion in 2005. It's in that 66 page document where the prosecution names the witnesses who they want to use in "prior bad acts".

Thanks to the amazing people on this board, I have noticed a pattern. When MJ died 7 years ago alot of friends, business associates etc lost their meal-ticket (Abandonment) And I bet a lot of them went to the estate hoping to get their MJ project's endorsed only to be turned down (Rejected). What does someone like Wade etc do when that happens and they find themselves in a bind?, They retaliate by smearing MJ in the press with gossip and innuendo and/or they sue. Abadonment + Rejection = Retaliate by opportunists with an agenda/axe to grind.

Robson's case against the companies is so convoluted I actually wouldn't have been
surprised if they had accidentally shot themselves in the foot by including that green card story.

He was in those Pepsi commericals and made appearances during the BAD tour, and it was around the time that everyone wanted to be associated with MJ again eg. Sheryl Crow, and Spike Lee was interviewing people that were with MJ during that particular era. Its just my theory that I think because he wasn't invited to do that doco etc, he figured he'd jump on the Robson train and sue for child abuse hoping for that big pay day. You know the ultimate F**ck U to the estate for not including him.

Robson pissed off because he missed out on those lucrative Cirque du Soleil gigs (that went to his rivial Jaime King) that's long term employment, and in this day and age where the music scenes has changed so much and there is hardly any demand for choreographers like him, you gotta take what u can get.....and he really WANTED that gig. On the very day of those tickets went on sale in 2013, boom the estate got hit with the Robson lawsuit. As we have all seen timing is everything with him isn't it?

Like I said in another post Abandonment+Rejection = Retaliation. These cases have nothing to do with child abuse......its about about ENTITLEMENT and PAYBACK. U don't give me what I want......I will get even, hence these stupid lawsuits!

So according to some Alan in Shana's book on the set of Jam MJ invited 16 year old Safechuck on tour with him?


1. Safehuck was not 16 in 1992 when Jam was shot. He was 14.

2. Who da **** is Alan?

3. Why would this Alan know about what MJ supposedly asked from Safechuck and what Safechuck responded
and how MJ reacted and why would he talk about all that to Shana or all people?

4. If this story is true and MJ wanted Safechuck on tour with him it totally contradicts his lawsuit
and kills the whole "MJ dumped boys when they hit puberty" narrative.

5. This Alan really believed that MJ spending time with kids interfered with his work? Bullshit.
I don't buy that for a second, MJ was married to his career and he was a workaholic and even
according to Safechuck's lawsuit MJ didn't spend that much time with him at all.
Shana is mixing facts and fiction throughout her book, I sure would like to know which one
MJ inviting Safechuck to the tour was.

Thanks. I havnt followed the details of this for obvious reasons. So he claims he stopped been around mj in or before 92? Claims he was on the dangerous tour? Has he given an excuse as to why he was in budapest after all that terrible abuse ? and he cant give any dates / info on these hundreds of times yet remembers it was hundreds of times *rolleseyes*

No, he doesn't.

He claims that MJ sexually abused him between 1988 and 1992. He claims after that or even before 1992 already MJ started to drift away and started to "prepare him for seperation" as James stepped into puberty. He actually claims this started when he turned 12, that would be 1990. He makes mention of the shooting of the Jam video (1992) where he says he was invited along with other kids, such as Wade and Brett. He say Brett slept in MJ's room which made him (Safechuck) jealous and he cried and then he was sent home earlier than when he was supposed to.

No. He does mention the 1994 Budapest thing. He mentions being an director assistant (I think that was his position) and a "hand double" for MJ in the Earth Song video (1995). He mentions MJ paying all kind of tutors for him who would teach him film making as MJ encouraged him to pursue a movie making career. He blames it on MJ that he focused on that rather than "real studies".

He actually initially claimed that after MJ paying him the tutors they lost contact and he never heard of MJ again until 2005 when MJ started calling him to pressure him to testify for him. But later he added to his story that MJ actually kept calling him once or twice every year after the 90s too - now he alleges to remind him to keep silent about his alleged abuse. But he only added this story after he needed it from a legal POV (when he needed to show how MJ allegedly continously threatened him all those years).

I sure would like to see Safechuck's probate case ruling. This is a massive contradiction and no way the judge
missed it. Didn't Safechuck submit a sworn declaration too?

BTW Safechuck's story that MJ wanted Brett to sleep in his room because he was younger does not make sense.
Wade was there too and was younger and MJ didn't want him in his room at all. Joy Robson testified that she had no idea
where MJ slept and Wade was not with him. So MJ supposedly wanted to molest Brett only but arranged for his three victims to meet each other, because that's somehow good for a predator. How so? Why would he risk any of them asking the other?
What was the point of bringing Safechuck there and for multiple days?

The story about Michael helping Wade and his family to get into the US only prove that Michael was willing to help a family in need.

Yuuuuup but sometimes when a high profile person like MJ dies people come out of the woodwork making all kinds of claims......and show their true colors. I have even seen this in my own family over property etc. So I really wasn't surprised by this at all. And I won't be surprised if something similar happens with the Prince estate.....once everything is sorted out. MJ wasn't a predator.....Robson and every other opportunists out there are!

Yuuuuuuuuup because by going after a person who is not here to defend himself, they probably felt that they had a better chance of a settlement, thinking that the estate would cave in due to the bad publicity they are creating with their lies. So far the estate hasn't caved in and are fighting these bogus lawsuits. However, there are some people who believe that if these lawsuits do go to trial (get past the summary judgements etc).....at the last moment the estate will settle with Robson and his goons rather go through another media circus of trial. I hope that's not the case.
