Too bad Schopenhauer never said that. It's a made-up fake quote that usually conspiracy nuts use to reassure themselves about the "validty" of their craziest ideas. There are similar quotes by others, but they all relate to the evolution of scientific ideas and not allegations of any kind.

I wonder if he posted this now again because the rebuttal of the Radar Online story in the Huffington Post is starting to grow legs.

I swear none of MJ's accusers have sunk as low as Wade. He has no moral compass whatsoever.

Fortunately I'm not alone this time on this one. Many people are calling out the site inquiring why the only "sources" are sites in Spanish and others putting the interview Macaulay gave to Voici on June 1st.

And exactly what is that "reputable" media which published this garbage?
Can't you contact them directly and demand a correction?

or the one where he was alone with MJ the first night and with his sister the second night?
The one where he visited MJ in his condo a couple of times or the one where he often visited MJ in his condo?
The one where he was in Neverland without his mother only once in 1993 or the one where
he was alone in Neverland for 5 days in 1990?

The one where MJ was the reason he believed in the pure goodness of humankind or the one where
he did the most evil things imaginable?

When Wade first came out with this story in 2013 he was hoping that the Estate would settle quick but that did not happen so now Wade has creation these lies hoping to force the Estate to end this once and for all. From what I'm reading here, NO. Somebody and I don't know who started it, made it up and it seems like they concocted it from the "Child Porn Raid" fake story and the recent, very nice interview Mac gave talking about what a good friend Michael was.

I just wish Mac would come out and say something bout this fake crap that going round bout him. I mean being silent is not good if someone is spreading false crap bout him or anyone for that matter, it's kinda feeds it imo

Aristegui Noticias is a news website owned by a generally respected Mexican journalist called Carmen Aristegui (she also works in CNN Mexico.) There were so many people, I include myself disappointed at the site telling it was just a vile rumor originated in Latin America, others posting Mac's interview to Voici and the link redfrog posted that the note is gone, they erased it. I'd have liked to see a retraction and/or apology instead. I'll check later if it's in CNN en español, the other newspapers where it was picked on don't have the same regards of respectability.

He is probably not even aware of it. It's not like it is some big news that everyone is talking about. It's just on some South American, Spanish speaking websites.

I don't think fans should make it bigger than it is. Unless they speak Spanish and they can post rebuttals on the Spanish websites.

That's very disappointing. Some of these journalist don't even care any more if what they post is a blatant lie when it comes to smearing MJ. Some of it actually seems totally, utterly deliberate.

BTW, I experienced the same once on the website of the biggest Hungarian tabloid. I posted a factual rebuttal to one of their MJ smears and they simply deleted my post, while they left all kind of disgusting and vulgar comments up. Talk about double standards. Other fans told the same about that website, that it happened to them as well.

Interesting how they bascially censor and suppress opposing opinions now.

My bad, it was not picked on CNN Mexico or en español. Unless they deleted the note, I didn't saw it yesterday there the Mexican media who picked on the note published it yesterday. Mexico is in North America, by the way, although the rumor started in South America. It wouldn't surprise me if Víctor Gutiérrez was responsible of that crap. I found too weird just media Spanish media in America picked on it.

I didn't mentioned this because I thought it was my imagination but even some people demanded retraction to Aristegui Noticias regarding the crap Radar Online note they copied and pasted about the child porn. I joined their demand as well posting the Huffington Post rebuttal, my comment was deleted 7 times thinking the first 3 times it might have been a bug, error. However, I posted the Huff link on another FB page where they were calling out Aristegui how the article was a lie and has been deleted 3 more times. I don't know if it's same to assume FB doesn't want the huff link in the comments on purpose.

I saw their retraction at 12:30pm but now it's gone, it appears another thing. I don't know if they will write a better rebuttal but many people are still angry at them for not investigating because they created a reputation of being truthful but they fell into the 'copy & paste' practice.

It was a lazy apology IMO, they didn't write why it was a hoax specifically, they didn't quote what Mac really said to Voici. I came across an article earlier in the morning telling the rumor may have been originated because the Latin American media mistranslated what Mac truly said in that French interview. He talking about securing abuse but never sexual abuse.

This was not a mistake. It was yet another deliberate attempt to smear MJ.

(it's a fact Robson's lawyers read MJ facts, they referenced it in one of their motions).

What? Which motion? I always suspected that these two collaborate but never saw proof of it.
If they use MJFacts the Estate would be an idiot not to use it against them, if it goes to a trial.

As for deleting comments or posting comments...
we have to be very careful what we can post, I mean... some of the words are censored, like porn or pornography.

I used to reply using these words.... and very often ... my whole comment wasnt added... and later I figured out why.

I tried to avoid using "some" words and it was added.
Instead of using porn/sex I wrote - prn or seks ... and so on, or didnt use the words and replaced them with other synonyms.

The other problem is with the external links, many times you have to divide the link into several pieces like: (without http) www. mjjcommunity. com/ forum/ threads/ 129320-Discussion-Wade-Robson-James-Safechuck-file-claim-of-sexual-abuse-against-MJ-Estate/ page961

... then ask the readers to join the words to make a link, some websites allow expernal links, but many dont.

and then ... There is s problem that the author of the blog article on Huff Post is the blogger of pro-MJ/MJ fan blog Allforloveblog

So..., anyone (MJ haters and tabloid) can simply qiestion or deny the info, or the article or the rebuttal thing of the article because it is from an MJ fan.

I would recommned the bloggers: dont post articles under the MJ fan signature, as well as... all those who have an MJ avatar on the profiles through the comments on the articles!!!!!!

I mentioned this in the "Debates with other People" thread, but I had spent time on Billboard, People and ABC News (a VERY MAINSTREAM newsite), about this story and all I did was state that Zonen had rebutted the fact that they found any child pornography and so did the Santa Barbara Sheriff's department. I was very polite, and civil and kept my cool.
But then a troll started harassing me, and about a week later I found all my comments were removed from ABC (his vile ones are still there) and I'm BANNED from ABC News.
The only thing I can think of is that the troll reported and flagged my comments, and they removed them and banned me without reading the actual conversation. I guess it could also be because I'm sure I used the word "porn" once or twice, but I don't think so. I'm pretty sure he did it.

I read that I can just change my IP address, but I have no idea how to do that, and isn't that connected to your computer somehow? But it is so blasted aggravating. There are lots of stories I comment on with ABC, not just Michael.

Just because something is posted by a fan it is not a reason to be censored. Fans cannot have an opinion now? Is there a disclaimer somewhere on those websites that MJ fans aren't allowed to post? And how are haters and hater websites any less biased?

Let's face it, those are just excuses. They just don't want their narrative and agenda to be opposed and challenged.

I noticed recently they started to attack fans in articles. Most notably that Daily Fail article which was specifically dedicated to trying to discredit fans. They realized that fans have all the factual info to rebute their nonsense and they know fans are their biggest obstacle to spread and cement their BS about MJ unchallenged, because fans will always bring the receipts to refute them. So the tactic is discrediting them with ad hominems now.

It is stupid to think that just because a fan says it it cannot be true. That's a fallacy. People on the other side of the debate have just as much bias as MJ fans do. It's not who says it that should matter but what they say and whether it can be proven or not. Fans are usually the most knowledgable group of people when it comes to these allegations. Everyone has a certain level of bias - that's not any less true of haters and the hater agenda, nor the media though. Actually, haters usually operate with cherry picking and omitting and deliberate twisting and even making up things and presenting only one side of the case (ie. prosecution documents and tabloid articles). That's a lot less honest than the kind of research that fans are doing which is examining and presenting both sides of the case.
